采用简单的化学偏聚法合成出Ag3PO4纳米颗粒、磷酸钴(Co3(PO4)2,CoP)纳米片以及它们两者的纳米复合结构(CoP/Ag3PO4),同时还比较了它们的可见光催化活性.采用场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、紫外-可见(UV-Vis)吸收光谱以及光致发光谱等手段对其形貌、结构、光学以及可见光催化性能等进行表征.结果表明,CoP/Ag3PO4复合纳米结构的可见光降解甲基橙(MO)的速率和循环稳定性均明显优于其它两种物质.这表明CoP应该起着共催化剂的作用,它能够抑制光生电子与空穴之间的复合,并且提供大量高活性的光生空穴.此外,我们还发现CoP/Ag3PO4降解另一种阳离子型染料——罗丹明B(RhB)的能力则远不如纯Ag3PO4,这可能是与光催化剂的表面性质发生改变有关,造成更低的RhB吸附能力.本文提供了一种廉价制备高效可见光催化剂的新方法.  相似文献

建立液相色谱-串联质谱(LC-MS/MS)检测生物合成咖啡酸苯乙酯体系中咖啡酸(Caffeic acid,CA)和咖啡酸苯乙酯(Caffeic acid phenethylester,CAPE)的方法。采用LC-MS/MS电喷雾电离(ESI),负离子选择反应监测(SRM)模式检测。以V(乙腈)∶V(水)∶V(冰醋酸)=55∶45∶0.5为流动相,流速1.0mL/min,Hypersil C18色谱柱分离并检测生物合成咖啡酸苯乙酯体系中的咖啡酸以及咖啡酸苯乙酯的含量,并对生物合成咖啡酸苯乙酯的收率进行了动力学分析。本方法在进样量为0.2~20μg时具有良好的线性关系,咖啡酸和咖啡酸苯乙酯样品的加标回收率分别为93.4%~98.2%和90.3%~97.8%,相对标准偏差分别为1.79%~2.56%和1.82%~3.67%,咖啡酸苯乙酯收率在3d内可以达到15.54%,表明本方法简便、快速、可靠。  相似文献

Dichloro(1,2-diaminocyclohexane)platinum(II)(DACHPt), a cisplatin(CDDP) analog, has shown lower toxicity than CDDP and no cross-resistance with CDDP in many CDDP-resistant cancers. PEGylated hyaluronan(m PEG-HA) is an m PEG conjugated with hyaluronan biodegradable polymer which is a naturally occurring biopolymer in the interstitium, is primarily cleared by the lymphatic system. m PEGhyaluronan–DACHPt(PEG-HA–Pt) conjugate could circulate long-term in the bloodstream and increase DACHPt concentration in the tumor site and decrease systemic toxicity. m PEG-HA conjugates with the range of 1%–5% substitution were synthesized, and the structures were confirmed by1 H NMR and IR. The particle size of DACHPt incorporated with m PEG-HA was about 86 nm and the loading content and efficiency were about 19%(w/w) and 86%, respectively. The synthesized m PEG-HA with different PEG substitution degrees presented non toxicity, and the cell viability of DACHPt loaded in m PEG-HA nanoparticles increased with increasing doses of DACHPt. DACHPt release from nanoparticles slightly decreased with increasing PEG substitution degree from 1% to 5% at 37 8C, pH 7.4 PBS solution. The DACHPt loaded in m PEG-HA nanoparticles significantly inhibited the growth of A549 xenografts in nude mice when compared to the DACHPt loaded in HA nanoparticles and the control group after 4 weeks treatment(p 0.01 compared with control). The body weight change curve shows that the mice weight loss was less than 5% by treating with both DACHPt loaded in m PEG-HA and HA nanoparticles. In conclusion, a novel DACHPt loaded m PEG-HA delivery system was developed with sustained release and increased platinum concentration in the tumor.  相似文献

The method of polarography for determination of trace In(III) had been reported by reference(l-2), However, The method of catalytic kinetic polarography has not been reported. Author discovered that trace indium(III) cold catalyze the discoloring oxidizing reaction of methyl orange by potassium bromate in 0.03mol/L H2SO4——0.25mol/L NH3.H2O supporting electrolyte, methyl orange exhibits a sensitive polarography wave at -0.45V(vs.SCE), The change in methyl orange concentration is traced by polarography. Hence, a new catalytic kinetic polarography method for determination of trace indium has been established. The method was used to determined trace indium in pure metallic zine with satisfactory results.  相似文献

In this paper, We demonstrate an approach to determine the phase transition point and critical temperature of Bose-Einstein condensation. During the fitting sequence of time-of-flight images, for just one picture we take four kinds of different calculations instead of only one. By calculating the quantitative least-square errors, which have always been neglected before, we find out that this value can act as a criterion to judge the status of atom clouds. Using this criterion, we can not only discriminate the status around the phase transition point, but can also find the critical point precisely. Also with this method, we can achieve the totally automatical running of calculating programs without human's judgments.  相似文献

A liquid chromatographic method was developed for the simultaneous quantification of four major active components in tobacco (Nicotiana tobaccum L.) wastes. Samples were extracted with 70% v/v aqueous methanol, four compounds including chlorogenic acid, cryptochlorogenic acid, neochlorogenic acid and caffeic acid were identified and determined by using LC coupled to electrospray tandem mass spectrometry and LC–UV method, respectively. Separation in LC–UV was on an Alltima C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm i.d.; 5 μm) with a mobile phase consisting acetonitrile: ammonium acetate buffer (pH 4.5) (5:95 v/v), at a flow rate of 1.0 mL min−1, detected at 327 nm. Four regression equations showed good linear relationships (r 2 > 0.999) between the peak area of each marker and concentration. The method has good repeatability and precision, the intra-day and inter-day RSD for both retention time and peak area was less than 1.0%. The recoveries, measured at three concentration levels, varied from 96.33 to 101.10%. The LOD (S/N = 3) and LOQ (S/N = 6) were less than 0.010 and 0.795 μg·mL−1, respectively. This assay was successfully applied to the determination of four active compounds in ten samples. The results indicated that the developed assay method was rapid, accurate, reliable and could be readily utilized as a quantitative analysis method for various of tobacco wastes.

采用简单的水热法合成出单晶ZnIn2S4纳米片阵列以实现可见光响应光电化学固氮。并采用光沉积法将超细Au纳米颗粒(5 nm)沉积于ZnIn2S4纳米片的棱角位置处,实现了可见光俘获和载流子分离能力的同时增强。当负载合适含量的Au纳米颗粒,ZnIn2S4纳米片阵列的光电固氮活性由1.092 μg·cm-2·h-1提升至2.262 μg·cm-2·h-1。我们还提出一个简单模型用以阐明其性能增强机制,这也被光致发光(PL)谱和光电化学(PEC)性能结果所证实。  相似文献

结合激光外差干涉法和透射式椭偏测量原理,研究了一种快速、高精度测量纳米厚度薄膜光学参数的方法。计算并分析了复灵敏度因子随薄膜参数和入射角度的变化规律、椭偏参数的选择及容许测量误差。两个声光调制器产生20kHz的拍频,采用简单的直接比相方法即可获得优于0.1°的相位分辨率,而且测量系统中没有使用任何波片和运动部件,抗干扰能力强且测量过程完全自动化,适用于工业现场在线连续测量。实验数据和理论分析表明,此方法可以达到亚纳米级测量精度。  相似文献
