The generalized Hamiltonian structures for a hierarchy of nonlinear evolution equations are established with the aid of the trace identity. Using the nonlinearization approach, the hierarchy of nonlinear evolution equations is decomposed into a class of new finite-dimensional Hamiltonian systems. The generating function of integrals and their generator are presented, based on which the finite-dimensional Hamiltonian systems are proved to be completely integrable in the Liouville sense. As an application, solutions for the hierarchy of nonlinear evolution equations are reduced to solving the compatible Hamiltonian systems of ordinary differential equations.  相似文献

The current laboratory practices of organic synthesis are labor intensive, impose safety and environmental hazards, and hamper the implementation of artificial intelligence guided drug discovery. Using a combination of reagent design, hardware engineering, and a simple operating system we provide an instrument capable of executing complex organic reactions with prepacked capsules. The machine conducts coupling reactions and delivers the purified products with minimal user involvement. Two desirable reaction classes – the synthesis of saturated N-heterocycles and reductive amination – were implemented, along with multi-step sequences that provide drug-like organic molecules in a fully automated manner. We envision that this system will serve as a console for developers to provide synthetic methods as integrated, user-friendly packages for conducting organic synthesis in a safe and convenient fashion.

Polymeric micelles based on amphiphilic diblock copolymers methoxy poly(ethylene glycol)-polylactide with various hydrophobic lengths were designed as carriers of poorly water-soluble anticancer drug methotrexate (MTX). Relationship between physicochemical characteristics of micelles and release behavior was explored. The critical micelle concentration was determined by fluorescence spectroscopy using 9-chloromethyl anthracene as fluorescence probe. Core-shell type polymeric micelles were prepared by free-surfactant dialysis technique. The mean size of micelles loaded with MTX was 50-200 nm with narrow polydispersity. Physicochemical properties of drug-loaded micelles were evaluated. In vitro release behavior of MTX was also investigated. MTX was continuously released from micelles and less than 50% MTX was released in 5 days. Release rate was dependent on chemical structures of micelles and enhanced by decreasing polylactide lengths.  相似文献

Natural convection in vertical slots has been studied experimentally with oscillation of a cold wall temperature. It is found that at sufficiently large Rayleigh numbers travelling-wave instability occurs, but only in the region close to the cold wall when the hot wall is maintained at the initial temperature, and appears in both cold and hot regions when both hot and cold wall temperatures are changed simultaneously and symmetrically with the initial temperature value, although the hot wall temperature is kept constant after the change. The observed instability may be attributed to the leading-edge effect induced by the cold wall temperature oscillation, and selectively amplified by the natural convection flow.The author would like to thank Professor R. Aims: Annexin A5 (ANXA5) exhibited potent antithrombotic, antiapoptotic, and anti-inflammatory properties in a previous study. The role of ANXA5 in traumatic brain injury (TBI)-induced intestinal injury is not fully known. Main methods: Recombinant human ANXA5 (50 µg/kg) or vehicle (PBS) was administered to mice via the tail vein 30 min after TBI. Mouse intestine tissue was gathered for hematoxylin and eosin staining 0.5 d, 1 d, 2 d, and 7 d after modeling. Intestinal Western blotting, immunofluorescence, TdT-mediated dUTP nick-end labeling staining, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays were performed 2 days after TBI. A series of kits were used to assess lipid peroxide indicators such as malonaldehyde, superoxide dismutase activity, and catalase activity. Key findings: ANXA5 treatment improved the TBI-induced intestinal mucosa injury at different timepoints and significantly increased the body weight. It significantly reduced apoptosis and matrix metalloproteinase-9 and inhibited the degradation of tight-junction-associated protein in the small intestine. ANXA5 treatment improved intestinal inflammation by regulating inflammation-associated factors. It also mitigated the lipid peroxidation products 4-HNE, 8-OHDG, and malonaldehyde, and enhanced the activity of the antioxidant enzymes, superoxide dismutase and catalase. Lastly, ANXA5 significantly enhanced nuclear factor E2-related factor 2 (Nrf2) and hemeoxygenase-1, and decreased high mobility group box 1 (HMGB1). Significance: Collectively, the results suggest that ANXA5 inhibits TBI-induced intestinal injury by restraining oxidative stress and inflammatory responses. The mechanisms involved sparking the Nrf2/hemeoxygenase-1-induced antioxidant system and suppressing the HMGB1 pathway. ANXA5 may be an attractive therapeutic candidate for protecting against TBI-induced intestinal injury.  相似文献

同步辐射光源中的高次谐波会使透射光栅衍射效率标定精度变差。为了校正光源中的高次谐波对透射光栅衍射效率标定的影响,提出了一种光源存在弱谐波情况下的透射光栅衍射效率标定方法,通过使用谐波X射线的衍射效率修正基波衍射效率标定中谐波的影响,从而得到更为准确的透射光栅衍射效率。使用该标定方法在北京同步辐射光源上开展了透射光栅相对衍射效率标定工作。实验结果表明:在100~800 eV存在高次谐波能段,修正后透射光栅一级与零级的相对衍射效率与理论模拟结果吻合较好,修正后光栅二级与一级的相对衍射效率更接近理论模拟结果,但与理论模拟结果仍有较大偏差,该偏差主要来源光栅较弱的二级衍射。  相似文献

胭脂红是食品添加剂中最常用的一种食用色素之一,国家标准对其在食品中添加的剂量有明确的规定,研究其荧光光谱特性具有一定的实际意义。文章分别从理论与实验上对220~400 nm不同激发波长下胭脂红标准溶液的荧光光谱进行了分析,结果表明,胭脂红可以产生较强的荧光,分别在420,530,635,687 nm波长处产生了4个荧光峰,各荧光峰的最佳激发波长也不尽相同,文章给出了相应的荧光光谱图。经研究认为胭脂红荧光是由—OH中的n电子的nπ*跃迁和奈环中的π电子的ππ*跃迁这两类跃迁而产生的,其中420 nm处的荧光峰是由nπ*跃迁产生的, 而530, 635和687 nm这3个波长处的荧光峰是由ππ*跃迁而产生的, 同时其4个波长处的荧光相对强度随激发波长的变化相对改变不同,文章分别从微观机理上给出了一定的解释。研究胭脂红的荧光光谱及其特性可为其他偶氮类色素的荧光光谱研究提供参考,同时能为食品安全检测提供新的方法与途径。  相似文献

以陶瓷基功能材料载体为研究对象,按照其生产工艺配方,研究了纤维种类(莫来石、氧化铝、氧化锆)及其添加量对陶瓷基功能材料载体性能的影响.在相同实验条件且不影响其功能化参数前提下,将其与未添加纤维的空白试样力学性能进行对比.结果表明,试样经1200℃烧成后,相比莫来石与氧化铝纤维增强的陶瓷基功能材料载体,氧化锆纤维的增强效果最好.当氧化锆纤维的添加量为0.8 wt;时,试样的吸水率和气孔率均较低,分别为2.0;、4.0;,相比空白对比试样抗折强度增强了42.4;.  相似文献
