A Self‐Assembled Bicontinuous Cubic Phase with a Single‐Diamond Network

The first single‐diamond cubic phase in a liquid crystal is reported. This skeletal structure with the space group is formed by self‐assembly of bolaamphiphiles with swallow‐tailed lateral chains. It consists of bundles of π‐conjugated p‐terphenyl rods fused into an infinite network by hydrogen‐bonded spheres at tetrahedral four‐way junctions. We also present a quantitative model relating molecular architecture to the space‐filling requirements of six possible bicontinuous cubic phases, that is, the single‐ and double‐network versions of gyroid, diamond, and “plumber′s nightmare”.

Diversification of a β-Lactam Pharmacophore via Allylic C-H Amination: Accelerating Effect of Lewis Acid Co-Catalyst

This report describes the use of Pd(II)/bis-sulfoxide 1 catalyzed intra- and intermolecular allylic C-H amination reactions to rapidly diversify structures containing a sensitive β-lactam core similar to that found in the monobactam antibiotic Aztreonam. Pharmacologically interesting oxazolidinone, oxazinanone, and linear amine motifs are rapidly installed with predictable and high selectivities under conditions that use limiting amounts of substrate. Additionally, we demonstrate for the first time that intramolecular C-H amination processes may be accelerated using catalytic amounts of a Lewis acid co-catalyst [Cr(III)(salen)Cl 2].

本文探讨了鞅分析在具有红利支付的n次幂型欧式期权定价中的应用,即用鞅分析的技巧与方法研究了在标的资产服从分数布朗运动的条件下具有红利支付的n次幂型欧式期权定价问题,并获得了其公式。丰富了已有期权定价结果,使期权定价公式更有利于实际的应用。     

变线距光栅线密度的干涉测量

变线距光栅在同步辐射装置、激光核聚变装置上有着广阔的应用前景，它的制作和检测方法尚未成熟。用干涉法测量变线距光栅的线密度，给出了测量原理、实验中的光路、数据处理的方法、测量结果。在待测光栅表面，衍射光干涉条纹的数量和密度是入射光干涉条纹和倍增后光栅的刻线之差。采用共光路的方案，使光路具有很强的抗干扰能力。用中值滤波消除干涉图像中的干扰。针对不同的干涉条纹，讨论和比较了两种测量方法，提出相对密度不变性。证明了干涉法完全可以用于变线距光栅的线密度测量，并能达到一定的精度，初步解决了检测问题，认为这种方法也可以用于变线密度光栅的加工中。     

Total Synthesis of (−)‐Alstofolinine A through a Furan Oxidation/Rearrangement and Indole Nucleophilic Cyclization Cascade

A reaction cascade of aza‐Achmatowicz rearrangement followed by indole nucleophilic cyclization was developed to generate the common indole‐fused azabicyclo[3.3.1]nonane core of the macroline family alkaloids. The key to the success of the strategy relies on the careful manipulation of protecting groups and judicious selection of chemoselective furan oxidation conditions. The synthetic utility was further demonstrated on the asymmetric total synthesis of (?)‐alstofolinine A.     

Development of the Vinylogous Pictet–Spengler Cyclization and Total Synthesis of (±)‐Lundurine A

A novel vinylogous Pictet–Spengler cyclization has been developed for the generation of indole‐annulated medium‐sized rings. The method enables the synthesis of tetrahydroazocinoindoles with a fully substituted carbon center, a prevalent structural motif in many biologically active alkaloids. The strategy has been applied to the total synthesis of (±)‐lundurine A.     

The trapezoidal cylinder phase: a new mode of self-assembly in liquid-crystalline soft matter

A new rectangular columnar liquid crystalline phase with p2gg lattice is reported, which represents a polygonal cylinder array composed of cylinders with trapezoidal cross section. In these polygonal cylinders, one of the sides has a different length and is composed of a different material than the others. This tiling pattern was obtained in two series of T-shaped facial amphiphilic triblock molecules in which a rigid rod-like p-terphenyl core is substituted laterally by a polar and flexible oligoethylene glycol chain, terminated either by a hydrogen-bonding COOH group or by a Li carboxylate group, and having identical or different alkyl groups in the terminal positions. The trapezoidal cylinder phase provides an improved packing for relatively long and rigid alkyl chains at lower temperature and more space inside the polygonal cylinders than triangular cylinders. This combination of conformational and space-filling effects leads to different phase sequences. The trapezoidal cylinder phases pave the way to a new level of complexity in LC engineering and show the huge potential of the general concept of polyphilic tectons for the design of new complex soft matter structures.

设计了云环境下景区游客流量监控与推荐系统,包括CC3200流量监控与景点推荐两部分,流量监控由RFID电子门票统计游客数量,数据经Wi-Fi上行本地AP节点,由AP节点汇聚至云推荐服务器;当前游客流量、时间富裕度、游客满意度,经服务器解析计算得景点综合推荐指数,主动为游客推荐旅游景点,规划最佳游览路线。经测试,系统工作稳定、数据准确,适用于各类景区游客流量监控与推荐服务。
