用一种全量子理论方法研究了波导、光学微盘腔与三能级量子点耦合系统的动力学过程,求出其耦合后的透射模和反射模的解析解. 由于微腔表面粗糙引起反向散射,在微腔内形成两简并回音壁耦合共振模,其耦合率为β;量子点的两激发态分别以耦合率g1,g2与回音壁耦合共振模产生耦合. 在实数空间里,得出透射光谱和反射光谱的数值解,这些三能级模型结果比二能级模型结果更接近真实光学微盘腔系统,能更好地显示耦合系统的动力学特性.

A series of triblock copolymers,containing a CO2-switchable block poly(2-(dimethylamino)ethyl methacrylate) (PDM) block and two symmetrical hydrophilic blocks polyacrylamide (PAM),were synthesized using atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) method.The pH and conductivity tests showed that the triblock copolymer exhibited switchable responsiveness to CO2,i.e.a relatively low conductivity of solution could be switched on and off by bubbling and removing of CO2,and the triblock copolymer aqueous solution displayed a CO2-switchable viscosity variation.The changes were all attributed to protonation of tertiary amine groups in PDM blocks and proven by 1H-NMR.Cryogenic transmission electron microscopy and dynamic light scattering characterization demonstrated that the viscosity variation was the result of a unilamellar vesicle-network aggregate structure transition.The release of rhodamine B from the vesicles with and without CO2 stimuli showed the potential application in drug delivery domains;after CO2 bubbling,the drug release rate could be accelerated.Finally,reasonable mechanism of CO2-switchable morphology changes and CO2-induced drug release was proposed. 相似文献

We investigate the entanglement dynamics of a quantum system consisting of three superconducting charge qubits (SCQs) interacting with a microwave field. For separable and entangled states of the SCQs, the evolutions are studied under various photon numbers of cavity field. The results show that the amplitude and period of the bipartite entanglement square concurrences can be controlled by the choice of initial states of SCQs and photon numberof cavity field, respectively. This simple model of a quantum register allows us to understand the dynamic process of the quantum storage of information carried by charge qubit. 相似文献

Optical absorption is investigated for asymmetric double quantum wells driven by a resonant terahertz field and a varied terahertz field both polarized along the growth direction. Rich nonlinear dynamics of the replica peak and the Autler-Townes splitting of various dressed states are systematically studied in undoped asymmetric double quantum wells by taking account of multiple factors, such as the frequency of the varied terahertz field and the strength of the resonant terahertz field. Each electron subband splits into two dressed states when the resonant terahertz field is applied in the absence of the varied terahertz field, the optical absorption spectrum shows the first order Autler-Townes splitting of the electron subbands. When a varied terahertz field is added into the resonant system, the replica peak and the second order Autler-Townes splitting of the dressed states near the band edge respectively emerge when the varied terahertz field is non-resonant and resonant with these dressed states. When the strength of the resonant terahertz field is increased, the first order Autler-Townes double peaks and the replica peak in the optical absorption spectrum shift with the shifts of the dressed states. The dynamics of the optomechanical entanglement between optical cavity field modes and a macroscopic mechanical breathing mode in a whispering-gallery cavity as well as the continuous variable entanglement between the phase-quadrature amplitudes of the two whispering-gallery modes have been analysed. Simulated results indicate that under state-of-the-art experimental conditions, optomechanical entanglement is obvious and can occur even at temperatures of above 40 K. Compared with the entanglement of the mechanical oscillator at the ground state temperature, optomechanical entanglement is more intense by several orders of magnitude. 相似文献

By use of the Hartree approximation and the method of multiple scales, we
investigate quantum solitons and intrinsic localized modes in a
one-dimensional antiferromagnetic chain. It is shown that there exist
solitons of two different quantum frequency bands: i.e., magnetic optical
solitons and acoustic solitons. At the boundary of the Brillouin zone, these
solitons become quantum intrinsic localized modes: their quantum
eigenfrequencies are below the bottom of the harmonic optical frequency band
and above the top of the harmonic acoustic frequency band. 相似文献

Using an excitonic basis, we investigate the intraband polarization, optical absorption spectra, and terahertz emission of semiconductor superlattice with the density matrix theory. The excitonic Bloch oscillation is driven by the dc and ac electric fields. The slow variation in the intraband polarization depends on the ac electric field frequency. The intraband polarization increases when the ac electric field frequency is below the Bloch frequency. When the ac electric field frequency is above the Bloch frequency, the intraband polarization downwards and its intensity decreases. The satellite structures in the optical absorption spectra are presented. The quantum solitary wave solutions in
a one-dimensional ferromagnetic chain is investigated by using the
Hartree-Fock approach and the multiple-scale method. It is shown
that quantum solitary wave solutions can exist in a ferromagnetic
system with nearest- and next-nearest-neighbor exchange
interaction, and at the certain value of the first Brillouin zone,
the solitary wave solution of the Hartree wave function becomes the
