基于Apollo信号控制台的NQR炸药探测方法

介绍了一种基于Apollo信号控制台的核四极矩共振（NQR）炸药探测方法，描述了系统的结构组成、工作原理和实现方法，并给出了对RDX的测试试验结果. 试验表明该方法可实现对RDX信号的探测.     

Simple preparation and catalytic properties of ZnO for ozonation degradation of phenol in water

ZnO particles about 200 nm were prepared through a facile hydrothermal method.Compared with single ozonation,the degradation efficiency of phenol increased about 23.7%and the degradation efficiency of intermediates improved about four times in the presence of ZnO at 298 K.In addition,the catalyst had good stability in the ozonation process.The influence of temperature was investigated and it was found that the better catalysis efficiency could be obtained at lower temperature.

Synthesis and Characterization of Samarium （Ⅲ） Containing Poly-（N-vinylacetamide） Complex

Poly (N-vinylacetamide) (PNVA) was synthesized by the free radical polymerization and its samarium (Ⅲ) binary complex was prepared and characterized by means of IR, UV-vis, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and fluorescence spectra. The fluorescent intensity of samarium (Ⅲ) characteristic emission was increased significantly due to efficient energy transfer from polymeric ligand to Sm (Ⅲ) ion in the complex.

两性离子交换树脂吸附L-苹果酸热力学研究

本文研究了两性离子交换树脂柱吸附分离L－苹果酸的热力学行为，在分析柱上测定了不同温度时的吸附等温线热力学性能的变化，结果表明，当温度对20℃至80℃变化时，该树脂对L－苹果酸的吸附量显著减小。故可采用热水作为洗脱剂进行脱附。进一步计算得该树脂吸附热△H为－34.89KJ/mol，该值远大于一般的酸／碱离子交换树脂，因而温度对其平衡产生很大的影响。

碳纳米管/聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵/磷钼酸复合膜的组装及其在溴酸盐检测中的应用

通过静电层层组装技术在玻碳(GC)电极表面制备{多壁碳纳米管(MWCNT)/聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵(PDDA)}n多层膜,并采用循环伏安法在多层膜的表面电化学修饰一层磷钼酸(PMo12)膜,构筑GC/{MWCNT/PDDA}n-PMo12复合膜修饰电极.利用SEM对比观察{MWCNT/PDDA}n和{PDDA/MWCNT}n-PMo12的微观结构,并研究该复合膜修饰电极的电化学及其对溴酸盐(BrO3-)电催化还原性质.在此基础上研发一种基于GC/{MWCNT/PDDA}n-PMo12复合膜修饰电极的电流型BrO3-传感器,该传感器表现出明显增大的响应电流.在最优的实验条件下,采用电流时间曲线(i-t)法考察该复合膜修饰电极对BrO3-的安培响应.实验结果表明,该传感器在BrO3-浓度为50～400nmol/L的范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数R2为0.9950,响应时间为1.53s,检出限为20nmol/L,灵敏度为13.81mA(mmol/L)-1cm-2.     

Semi-Synthesis of Harringtonolide Derivatives and Their Antiproliferative Activity

Harringtonolide (HO), a natural product isolated from Cephalotaxus harringtonia, exhibits potent antiproliferative activity. However, little information has been reported on the systematic structure−activity relationship (SAR) of HO derivatives. Modifications on tropone, lactone, and allyl positions of HO (1) were carried out to provide 17 derivatives (2–13, 11a–11f). The in vitro antiproliferative activity against four cancer cell lines (HCT-116, A375, A549, and Huh-7) and one normal cell line (L-02) was tested. Amongst these novel derivatives, compound 6 exhibited comparable cell growth inhibitory activity to HO and displayed better selectivity index (SI = 56.5) between Huh-7 and L-02 cells. The SAR results revealed that the tropone and lactone moieties are essential for the cytotoxic activities, which provided useful suggestions for further structural optimization of HO.
