Treatment of [Ti(O-i-Pr)(2)Cl(2)] with NaL(OEt) (L(OEt)(-) = [CpCo[P(O)(OEt)(2)](3)](-), Cp = eta(5)-C(5)H(5)) afforded [L(OEt)Ti(O-i-Pr)(2)Cl] that reacted with HCl in ether to give [L(OEt)TiCl(3)] (1). The average Ti-O and Ti-Cl distances in 1 are 1.975 and 2.293 A, respectively. Reaction of titanyl sulfate with NaL(OEt) in water followed by addition of HBF(4) afforded [L(OEt)TiF(3)] (2), the Ti-O and Ti-F distances of which are 2.020(2) and 1.792(2) A, respectively. The Zr(IV) analogue [L(OEt)ZrF(3)] (3) was prepared similarly from zirconyl nitrate, NaL(Oet), and HBF(4) in water. The Zr-O and average Zr-F distances in 3 are 2.139(2) and 1.938(2) A, respectively. Treatment of 1 with tetrachlorocatechol (H(2)Cl(4)cat) afforded [L(OEt)Ti(Cl(4)cat)Cl] (4). The average Ti-O(P), Ti-O(C), and Ti-Cl distances in 4 are 1.972, 1.926, and 2.334 A, respectively. Hydrolysis of 4 in the presence of Et(3)N yielded the mu-oxo dimer [(L(OEt))(2)Ti(2)(Cl(4)cat)(2)(mu-O)] (5). The average Ti-O(P), Ti-O(C), and Ti-O(Ti) distances in 5 are 2.027, 1.926, and 1.7977(9) A. Treatment of 1 with 1,1'-binaphthol (BINOLH(2)) in the presence of Et(3)N afforded [(L(OEt))(2)Ti(2)(mu-O)(2)(mu-BINOL)] x 2BINOLH(2) (6.2BINOLH(2)). Complex 1 is capable of catalyzing ring opening of epoxides with Me(3)SiN(3) under solvent-free conditions presumably via a Ti-azide intermediate.  相似文献

A series of new C2-symmetric 2,2′-bipyridine-contaning crown macrocycles 1-4 has been developed for enantiomeric recognition of amino acid derivatives. These new macrocycles have been showed to be strong complexing agents for primary organic ammonium salts (with K up to 4.83×105 M−1 and −ΔG0 up to 32.4 kJ mol−1) and also useful chromophores for UV-vis titration studies. These macrocyclic hosts exhibited enantioselective binding towards the (S)-enantiomer of phenylglycine methyl ester hydrochloride (Am1) with K(S)/K(R) up to 2.10 (ΔΔG0=−1.84 kJ mol−1) in CH2Cl2 with 0.25% CH3OH. The structure-binding relationship studies showed that the aromatic subunit and the ester group of the ammonium guests are both important for good enantioselectivity. In addition, the host-guest complexes have been studied using various NMR experiments.  相似文献

A simple catalytic system that uses commercially available manganese(II) perchlorate as the catalyst and peracetic acid as the oxidant is found to be very effective in the epoxidation of aliphatic terminal alkenes with high product selectivity at ambient temperature. Many terminal alkenes are epoxidised efficiently on a gram scale in less than an hour to give excellent yields of isolated product (>90 %) of epoxides in high purity. Kinetic studies with some C9-alkenes show that the catalytic system is more efficient in epoxidising terminal alkenes than internal alkenes, which is contrary to most commonly known epoxidation systems. The reaction rate for epoxidation decreases in the order: 1-nonene>cis-3-nonene>trans-3-nonene. ESI-MS and EPR spectroscopic studies suggest that the active form of the catalyst is a high-valent oligonuclear manganese species, which probably functions as the oxygen atom-transfer agent in the epoxidation reaction.  相似文献

A series of novel polynuclear iron-based photosensitizers (1–3) with cyano-bridged to form a molecular square were synthesized and their optical, electrochemical, and photovoltaic properties were investigated. The modification of anchoring groups with 4,4'-dicarboxy-2,2'-bipyridine, 2,2'-bipyridine, and 4,4'-dimethoxy-2,2'-bipyridine does not show significant changes on the both absorption and electrochemical properties of these iron-based dyes. This indicates that the polynuclear iron-based photosensitizers have better flexibility to regulate their physical properties of solubility, surface absorption, and thin-film formation for device preparation. The polynuclear new dyes show power conversion efficiencies ranged from 0.43 to 0.48% that is almost the best system among the published iron-based photosensitizers. These iron-based dyes were able to chemisorb on TiO2 surface efficiently and then promoting electron injection and photocurrent generation in a dye-sensitized solar cell with solar irradiation.

Treatment of 2-(methylsulfinyl)benzaldehyde (1) with ethylenediamine or (1R,2R)-(-)-1,2-diaminocyclohexane afforded N,N'-bis[2-(methylsulfinyl)benzylidene]ethylenediamine (L(1)) or (1R,2R)-N,N'-bis[2-(methylsulfinyl)benzylidene]-1,2-cyclohexanedia mine (L(2)), respectively. Lithiation of 2-bromobenzaldehyde diethylacetal with n-BuLi/TMEDA followed by reaction with (1R,2S,5R)-(-)-menthyl-(S)-p-toluenesulfinate afforded 2-(S)-(p-tolylsulfinyl)benzaldehyde diethyl acetal (2). Deprotection of 2 with pyridinium tosylate followed by condensation with ethylenediamine, (1R,2R)-(-)-diaminocyclohexane, or (S,S)-(+)-diaminocyclohexane afforded N,N'-bis[2-(S)-(p-tolylsulfinyl)benzylidene]ethylenediamine (L(3)), (1R,2R)-N,N'-bis[2-(S)-(p-tolylsulfinyl)benzylidene]-1,2-cyclohexanediamine ((R,R)-L(4)), or (S,S)-N,N'-bis[2-(S)-(p-tolylsulfinyl)benzylidene]-1,2-cyclohexanediamine ((S,S)-L(4)), respectively. Treatment of [Ru(PPh(3))(3)Cl(2)] with L afforded trans-[Ru(L)Cl(2)] [L = L(1) (3), L(2) (4), L(3) (5), (R,R)-L(4) ((R,R)-6), (S,S)-L(4) ((S,S)-6)]. The X-ray structures of (S(S),R(S))-4, (R,R)-6, and (S,S)-6 have been determined. The average Ru-N, Ru-S, and Ru-Cl distances in (S(S),R(S))-4 are 2.063, 2.2301, and 2.4039 A, respectively. The corresponding distances in (R,R)-6 are 2.071, 2.256, and 2.411 A, and those in (S,S)-6, 2.058, 2.2275, and 2.3831 A. Compound 3 exhibited a reversible Ru(III/II) couple at 0.56 V vs Cp(2)Fe(+/0) in CH(2)Cl(2). Treatment of 3 with AgNO(3) in water afforded the aqua compound trans-[Ru(L(1))Cl(H(2)O)][PF(6)] (7), which has been characterized by X-ray crystallography. The Ru-Cl, Ru-O, average Ru-N, and average Ru-S distances in 7 are 2.3733(6), 2.1469(16), 2.071, and 2.2442 A, respectively. Treatment of 3 with AgNO(3) followed by reaction with PPh(3) afforded [Ru(L(1))(PPh(3))(2)][PF(6)](2) (8). Treatment of [Os(PPh(3))(3)Cl(2)] with L(1) resulted in deoxygenation of one sulfoxide group of L(1) and formation of [Os(L(5))Cl(2)(PPh(3))] (9) (L(5) = N-[2-(methylsulfinyl)benzylidene]-N'-[2-(methylthio)benzylididene]ethylenediamine), which has been characterized by X-ray crystallography. The average Os-S(O), Os-N(trans to P), Os-N(trans to S), Os-P, and Os-Cl distances are 2.1931, 2.085, 2.175, 2.3641, and 2.4266 A, respectively.  相似文献

A detail study on the Eu(fod)_3-catalyzed rearrangement of al-lylic esters was described. A significant effect of the substituentsat the allylic backbone was observed. A new switch-on fluorescent probe containing the natural product cryptolepine analogue benzofuroquinolinium moiety (binding scaffold) and a benzothiazole moiety (signalling unit) shows a remarkable fluorescence enhancement selective for the G-quadruplex nucleic acid structure. Binding studies revealed that the highly selective response of the fluorescent probe arises from end-stack binding to G-quadruplex.  相似文献

A novel Re(I) complex covalently anchored with a pyrrolidinium moiety was successfully synthesized and used as an efficient and recyclable catalyst in the cycloaddition of CO2 with epoxides under mild reaction conditions to give excellent isolated yield and selectivity of cyclic carbonates in pyrrolidinium ionic liquid.  相似文献

Terpyridine macrocycle 1 is shown to be a strong chelating agent for organic ammonium salts and also a useful chromophore in fluorescent sensing. It exhibits very good enantioselectivity (K(obs)(S)/K(obs)(R)= 3.8) in chiral discrimination of alpha-phenylglycine methyl ester hydrochloride (PhEtOMe).  相似文献
