Initial study on the structure and photoluminescence properties of SiC films doped with Al

SiC films doped with aluminum (Al) were prepared by the rf-magnetron sputtering technique on p-Si substrates with a composite target of a single crystalline SiC containing several Al pieces on the surface. The as-deposited films were annealed in the temperature range of 400-800 °C under nitrogen ambient. The thin films have been characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that the introduction of Al into films hinders crystalline formation process. And with the increase of annealing temperature, more Si particles are formed in the films, which strongly affect the optical absorption properties. The photoluminescence (PL) spectra of the samples show two peaks at 370 nm and 412 nm. The intensities of the PL peaks are evidently improved after Al doped. We attribute the origin of the two PL peaks to a kind of Si-related defect centres. The obtained results are expected to have important applications in modern optoelectronic devices.     

金属卟吩的给体性质

研究了四-(邻氯苯基)卟吩(OCITPP)和四苯基卟吩(TPP)系列的某些金属络合物在2,4-二硝基氯代苯(DNCB)存在下的可见吸收和荧光光谱, 发现吸收和荧光强度均比金属卟吩单独存在时为低, 表明金属卟吩作为给体, 与π受体DNCB形成分子络合物. OCLTPP系列的金属卟吩, 由于苯环上邻位氯取代降低分子对称性和产生空间阻碍等因素, 使它们与DNCB的络合常数减小, 从而削弱了受体对给体的荧光猝灭作用.     

二(β-二酮)氧钒(Ⅳ)与含氮碱加合物的合成和表征

合成了一系列VO(β-dik)_2L类型加合物,其中β-dik分别为苯甲酰丙酮,2-噻吩甲酰三氟丙酮,L3-甲基吡啶、4-甲基吡啶、吗啉、异喹啉,VO(bza)_2Mor、VO(tta)_2Mor、VO(tta)_2iso-q为首次合成,并通过元素分析、摩尔电导、红外光谱、电子光谱、顺磁共振波谱等对加合物进行了较系统的表征工作。     

VO(PMBP)2·nL型加合物的合成和性质研究

本文合成了四个VO(PMBP)₂·nL型加合物,元素分析确定其组成为VO(PMBP)₂·2H₂O、VO(PMBP)₂·py、VO(PMBP)₂·β-MP·H₂O、VO(PMBP)₂·γ-MP,其中PMBP、py、β-MP、γ-MP分别为1-苯基-3-甲基-4-苯甲酰吡唑酮-5,吡啶,3-甲基吡啶、4-甲基吡啶.通过摩尔电导、差热热重分析、红外光谱、电子光谱、顺磁共振波谱等方法研究了加合物的性质.     

药物分子与β—环糊精络合的光谱研究

环糊精能在水溶液中包络尺寸合宜的分子至其疏水性的环状腔体中,包络过程被用于增大有机分子的水溶性,用作酶的模拟,用于色谱学、荧光光度法和室温磷光法等。β-环糊精(β-CD)是最通用的一种,其内腔直径为0.7nm。     

溴化稀土冠醚配合物LnBr3(18-C-6)·nH2O的振动光谱与结构

本文合成了溴化稀土冠醚配合物, 测定了3500—100 cm~(-1)的付里叶红外和激光喇曼光谱, 并由振动光谱推断LnBr_3(18-C-6)·nH_2O的可能分子结构。     

无亲水基团取代的四苯基卟吩类LB膜的制备与表征

拉制了4种无亲水基团的四苯基卟吩LB膜,用透射电镜、荧光寿命、荧光光谱和紫外-可见光谱测量表征了膜的形貌和结构,发现膜中卟吩主要以聚集体形式存在。     

Normal Coordinate Analysis of Long Chain Mono-Unsaturated Alcohol Acetates

Long chain mono-unsaturated alcohol acetates are important in practice as insect sex pheromones of lepidoptera. We have studied the relationship between the vibrational spectra of this kind of compounds and their structures⁽¹⁾. The compounds are similar in vibrational spectra even though they have differerces in both the length of chain and the position of double bond. The normal coordinate analysis of these compounds have not been reported in the literature yet.
