Synthesis and characterization of perfluorohexylated poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)

The perfluorohexylated 3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene 5 was prepared via Mitsunobu reaction of perfluorohexylatyed diol 2 with diethyl 3,4-dihydroxythiophenedicarboxylate followed by decarboxylation. The polymerization of 5 was conducted with both oxidative chemical and electrochemical polymerizations. The polymers were characterized by cyclic voltammogram, UV, IR, TGA and DSC.     

含甲硫基和肟醚基的N-甲氧基氨基甲酸酯类化合物的合成及生物活性研究

为了寻找高效、低毒的农药, 设计合成了一系列新的含甲硫基和肟醚基的N-甲氧基氨基甲酸酯类化合物5a～5q, 其结构经IR, ¹H NMR, LC/MS和元素分析确认. 生物活性测定表明, 部分化合物在50 mg/L下对稻瘟病菌(Pyricularia oryzae)、灰霉病菌(Botrytis cinerea)、水稻纹枯病菌(Rhizoctonia solani)和小麦白粉病菌(Blumeria griminis)有很好的抑菌活性.     

固体酸催化酯化的研究─—对苯二甲酸辛酯的合成

用半经验方法ＣＮＤＯ／２计算了对苯二甲酸等羧酸分子的结构，讨论了对苯二甲酸分子的结构特点，探讨了以Ｎａ＿２ＳＯ＿４－Ａｌ＿２Ｏ＿３体系催化对苯二甲酸辛酯的合成。     

A novel formal total synthesis of cephalotaxine

A formal total synthesis of cephalotaxine (CET), the parent structure of antileukemia Cephalotaxus alkaloids, was achieved through a novel synthesis of the pentacyclic amino enone 4 by a rapid annulation of readily available beta-(3,4-methylenedioxy)phenethylamine (2), delta-valerolactone, and bromoacetone.     

Synthesis and antimicrobial activity of a perfluoroalkyl-containing quaternary ammonium salt

A novel perfluoroalkyl-containing quaternary ammonium salt 5 was designed and synthesized. Consequently, the antimicrobial activities of compound 5 were measured with Escherichia coli 8099 as a Gram-negative strain and Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 6538 as a Gram-positive strain. Both the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC, the lowest concentration of compound 5 that inhibits microbial growth) values of quaternary ammonium salt 5 against Escherichia coli 8099 and Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 6538 were 7.8 μg/ml.     

Pairwise exchanges of oxo and imido groups in rhenium(VII) compounds

The kinetic and thermodynamic parameters for the oxo and imido exchange reactions among MeReO(3), MeReO(2)(NR), MeReO(NR)(2), and MeRe(NR)(3) (R = 1-adamantyl, Ad; or 2,6-diisopropylphenyl, Ar) have been measured. The rate constant for the NAr series decreases from 0.27 to 0.0024 L mol(-1) s(-1) at 25 degrees C in benzene as the total number of participating imido groups increases from 2 to 4, indicating that steric effects play an important role in the kinetics of the ligand exchange reactions. But, with NAd, the values of k/L mol(-1) s(-1) are 0.2 (4 NAd), 100 (3 NAd), and 0.74 (2 NAd). The equilibrium constants, also subject to steric effects, are much larger than those predicted by ligand combination statistics and greatly favor the mixed oxo-imido compounds. The different steric demands by imido and oxo ligands are believed to be the main factor for the larger equilibrium constants because the equilibrium constant shows minimal dependence on temperature. The large negative activation entropies for the ligand exchange reactions are consistent with a metathesis mechanism featuring nearly concurrent interchange of oxo and imido groups.     

Intramolecular alkylative arylation of oxabicylic alkene: a potential diene approach for the synthesis of estrone and analogous steroid structures

Regioselective and stereospecific intramolecular alkylative arylation of unsaturated oxabicyclic diol 6, mediated by Lewis acid or strong protic acid to give the tetracyclic products 7a and 7b, as shown above, represents the first example of an electrophilic (cationic in character) ring-opening-cyclization of oxabicyclic alkene. This constitutes the key cyclization step for a long-standing and potentially useful diene approach for the synthesis of estrone and analogous steroid structures. [structure: see text]     

The Shephard Type Problems for General L_p-Centroid Bodies

In this paper, combining with the L_p-dual geominimal surface area and the general L_p-centroid bodies, we research the Shephard type problems for general L_p-centroid bodies.     

微波辅助中空纤维液相微萃取-液相色谱-串联质谱法同时快速测定牛奶中27种抗生素残留

采用微波辅助中空纤维液相微萃取的样品前处理方法,在一段中空纤维管内注入正辛醇-甲苯(1∶1,V/V)作为接受相,两端封口后浸入供相溶液进行萃取。在700 r/min连续磁力搅拌和间歇微波辐照下,12.67 min即可完成27种目标化合物同时萃取。建立了微波辅助中空纤维液相微萃取联用液相色谱-串联质谱同时测定牛奶中27种抗生素(9种喹诺酮、15种磺胺、3种大环内酯)痕量残留的方法。以基质标准曲线外标法定量,线性范围为0.2!5.0"g/kg,相关系数均大于0.99(n=3),定量限(LOQ,S/N=10)在0.036!0.568"g/kg范围内。以0.5、1.0和2.0"g/kg添加浓度水平进行方法验证,回收率为49.0%~115.0%,相对标准偏差为0.89%~21.1%。
