Two new endiandric acid derivatives, beilschmiedic acid F ( 1 ) and beilschmiedic acid G ( 2 ), together with three known constituents, beilschmiedic acid A, beilschmiedic acid C, and sitosterol 3‐β‐D ‐glucopyranoside, were isolated from the stem bark of Beilschmiedia anacardioides. Their structures were elucidated mainly by using a combination of 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR techniques. The structure and relative configuration of beilschmiedic acid G ( 2 ) was also confirmed by X‐ray crystallographic analysis.  相似文献

Two new prenylated xanthones, afzeliixanthones A (1) and B (2), together with three known xanthones (3-5) and two phytosterols, beta-sitosterol and stigmasterol, were isolated from the CH2Cl2/MeOH (1:1) extract of the stem bark of Garcinia afzelii ENGL. collected in the South West Province of Cameroon. Structures were mainly established using one and two-dimensional NMR and mass spectroscopies. The antioxidant activities of the crude extracts as well as the new compounds (1) and (2) were evaluated.  相似文献

The CH2Cl2/CH3OH (1/1) extract of the dried stem of Drypetes chevalieri Beille afforded two new triterpeno?ds named drypechevalin A (11-oxo-beta-amyrin-3beta-ylcaffeate) and drypechevalin B (3,7-dioxo-D:A-friedooleanan-24-al) along with five known compounds: lupeol, lupeone, erythrodiol, putranjivadione, friedelin. From the methanol extract of the stem bark of Ficus exasperata, a new sphingolipid named Ficusamide, (2S,3S,4R,11E)-2-[(2',3'-dihydroxyhexacosanoylamino)]-11-octadecene-1,3,4-triol (1), along with three known furanocoumarins, (S)-(-) oxypeucedanin hydrate (2), (R)-(+) oxypeucedanin hydrate (3), bergapten (5-methoxypsoralen) and six other known compounds, were isolated. Their structures were characterized basing on spectroscopic methods and chemical evidence. Compounds (1-3) were analyzed for their antimicrobial activity. Ficusamide (1) showed wick activity (minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC)=312.5?μg/mL) against Escherichia coli, while the furanocoumarins (2) and (3) showed significant activity (MIC=9.76?μg/mL) against Bacillus cereus, Candida albicans and Microsporum audouinii.  相似文献

One new depsidone, polyanthadepsidone A (1), together with four known compounds were isolated from the dichloromethane extract of the leaves of Garcinia polyantha. The structures of all compounds were determined by comprehensive analyses of their 1D and 2D NMR and EI mass spectral data. All the isolates exhibited suppressive effect on phagocytosis response upon activation with serum opsonised zymosan in the IC50 range of 4.5–23.80 μM, tested in vitro for oxidative burst studies of whole blood.  相似文献

A series of neutral [3 + 2 + 1] coordinated iridium complexes bearing tridentate bis-NHC carbene chelates (2,6-bisimidazolylidene benzene), bidentate chelates (C^N ligands, e.g. derivatives of 2-phenylpridine), and monodentate ions (halides and pseudo-halides, such as Br, I, OCN and CN ions) have been systematically designed and synthesized. X-ray single crystal structure characterization revealed that the nitrogen atom in C^N ligands is located trans to the carbon atom in the benzene ring in tridentate chelates, while the coordinating carbon atom in C^N ligands is located trans to the monodentate ligands. Photophysical studies reveal that the C^N ligands play a vital role in tuning the UV absorption and emission properties, while the tridentate bis-NHC carbene chelates influence the lowest absorption band and emission energy when compared to heteroleptic Ir(ppy)2(acac) [i.e. molar absorptivities at ∼450 nm for ppy-OCN and Ir(ppy)2(acac) are 350 M−1 cm−1 and 1520 M−1 cm−1 and emission maximum peaks are at 465 nm and 515 nm respectively]. Among monodentate ligands that the complexes bear, the group containing the cyanide ligand displays higher emission energy, higher photophysical quantum yields, longer triplet lifetimes and better electrochemical and thermal stabilities than those of cyanate and bromide. Particularly, a blue organic light-emitting diode (OLED) based on dfppy-CN exhibited a maximum external quantum efficiency of 22.94% with CIE coordinates of (0.14, 0.24). Furthermore, a small efficiency roll-off of 5.7% was observed for this device at 1000 cd m−2.

The CH2Cl2/MeOH extract of the stem bark of Oriciopsis glaberrima ENGL. afforded four new acridone alkaloids namely oriciacridone C, D, E and F along with six known compounds: atalaphyllidine, oleanolic acid, butulinic acid, beta-sitosterol, stigmasterol, glucoside of stigmasterol and one synthetically known acridone: 1,3,5-trihydroxy-4-prenylacridone. The structures were established on the basis of MS, 1D and 2D NMR experiments. The acridones 1, 4 and 5 showed potent activity against alpha-glucosidase, while the acridones 1-5 showed moderate free radical scavenging activity against 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH).  相似文献

In addition to one known compound, 3beta,8alpha-dihydroxyguaian-4(15),10(14),11(13)-trien-6,12 olide (8-desacylcynaropicrin) (3), two new sesquiterpene lactones have been isolated from the aerial parts of Crepis cameroonica. By means of spectroscopic analysis, the structures and relative configurations of the new compounds were established as 3beta,9beta-dihydroxyguaian-4(15),10(14),11(13)-trien-6,12 olide (1) and 8alpha-hydroxy-4alpha(13),11beta(15)-tetrahydrozaluzanin C (2). The in vitro antimicrobial spectrum of pure compounds and crude extracts are also reported.  相似文献

The MeOH extract of the stem barks of Drypetes tessmanniana (Euphorbiaceae) afforded two new triterpene derivatives characterized as 3beta-O-(E)-3,5-dihydroxycinnamoyl-11-oxo-olean-12-ene and 3beta,6alpha-dihydroxylup-20(29)-ene together with seven known compounds.
