ZnO layers were deposited by chemical spray pyrolysis (CSP) using zinc chloride aqueous solutions onto indium tin oxide (ITO) glass substrates at growth temperatures in the region of 400–580 C. The layers were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and low-temperature () photoluminescence (PL) measurements. The flat film of ZnO obtained at 400 C evolves to a structured layer by raising the temperature up to 500 C. Deposition around 550 C and above results in a layer comprising well-shaped hexagonal ZnO nanorods with diameter of 100–150 nm and length of up to 1 micron. XRD shows strong c-axis orientation of ZnO being in accordance with the SEM study. Deposition of nanorods was successful using ITO with grain size around 100 nm, whereas on fine-grained ITO (grain size < 50 nm) with smooth surface fat crystals with diameter up to 400 nm and length of about 300 nm were formed. Sharp near band edge (NBE) emission peaks centered at 3.360 and 3.356 eV dominated the PL spectra of ZnO at , originating from the exciton transition bound to neutral donors. PL and XRD results suggest that ZnO rods prepared by spray pyrolysis are of high optical and crystalline quality.  相似文献

Polydopamine (PolyD) coating was used as an adhesive layer in the preparation of biological stationary phases for open tubular capillary electrochromatography (OT-CEC). The influence of coating solution freshness, coating time, temperature and dopamine hydrochloride concentration on the PolyD layer formation was studied. The performance of the polyD coating was monitored by measuring the electro-osmotic flow in coated capillaries. Following polyD coating of the capillary, secondary layer material (e.g. cell membrane solutions, phospholipid mixtures or mitochondria) was inserted into the capillary for at least 1?h. The performance of these double-coated capillaries (a polyD layer+a biological material layer) was compared with capillaries containing the respective biological material directly attached to the capillary wall. The study reveals that the presence of polyD layer in fused silica capillaries improves the performance of lipid and membrane fragment coatings in capillaries. At the same time, the thickness of the polyD layer does not have marked impact on the secondary coatings. Analysis with test analytes demonstrated that double-coated capillaries can be applied to study membrane-drug interactions.  相似文献

We have prepared a surface imprinted polymer (SIP) film for label-free recognition of immunoglobulin G (IgG). The IgG-SIPs were obtained by covalent immobilization of IgG via a cleavable covalent bond and a suitable spacer unit to a gold electrode, followed by electrodepostion of a nm-thin film of polydopamine (PDA). The IgG was then removed by destruction of the cleavable bond so that complementary binding sites were created on the surface of the film. IgG-SIPs with various thicknesses of the PDA films were compared with respect to their affinity to IgG using a quartz crystal microbalance combined with flow injection analysis. The films were also characterized by cyclic voltammetry and scanning electron microscopy. The IgG-SIPs with a film thickness of around 17 nm showed the most pronounced imprinting effect (IF 1.66) and a binding constant of 296 nM.

A strategy for preparation of the IgG-Surface Imprinted Polymeric (IgG-SIP) thin films was developed. IgG was covalently immobilized via a cleavable cross-linker to a gold electrode surface followed by electrochemical deposition of a nanometer thin PDA film. After cleaving S-S bond in the linker the IgG was removed leaving behind the complementary binding sites confined in the surface of the polymer film. The prepared IgG-SIPs were applied for IgG recognition.

This paper deals with the formation of Cu2ZnSnSe4 (CZTS) in the process of selenization of metal precursor layers in elemental selenium vapour. Metallic precursors were sequentially evaported from Sn, Zn and Cu sources. Precursor Sn–Zn–Cu films have a “mesa-like” structure and consist mainly of Cu5Zn8 and Cu6Sn5 phases. It was confirmed that the formation of different binary copper selenides is the dominating process of selenization in elemental Se vapour at temperatures up to 300 °C. The formation of kesterite CZTS films begins at 300 °C and dominates at higher temperatures, always resulting in multiphase films that consist of high-quality Cu2ZnSnSe4 crystals and of a separate phase of ZnSe.  相似文献
