The effects of lithium oxide dopants (0.5–0.8 at. % Li) on the electrophysical and sorption properties of ZnO were studied in the temperature range from 150 °C to 410 °C. The introduction of lithium increases the activation energy of the conductivity of ZnO, decreases its conductivity, and increases the amount of S02 sorbed. The structures, spectra, and electron density distributions of the alumophenylsiloxane (APS) complex and its fragments have been calculated using semiempirical (AM1) and ab initio (SCF/3-21G and SCF/6-31G*) quantum chemical approximations. It has been shown that the local properties of the central fragment of alumophenylsiloxane, which is a slightly distorted tetrahedron AlO4, are described with the (LiO)2AlOBe(OH) cluster. M. V. The mutual influence of SO2 and Cl2 during their consecutive chemisorption on the In2O3 surface has been investigated. It was found that SO2 is chemisorbed in the uncharged form, and the amount of chemisorption decreases as the temperature increases. The preliminary chemisorption of Cl2 results in a dramatic decrease in the amount of SO2 sorbed and in a change in the character of the bonding of SO2 with the oxide surface. When SO2 is sorbed first, the temperature of the formation of chlorides during subsequent chemisorption of Cl2 decreases.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. In this paper, we present detailed studies of the EPR spectra of Cu2+ ions in single crystals of ZnSeO4·6H2O. We describe the spectrum with a rhombic spin Hamiltonian with the following parameters: gz=2.427; gy=2.095; gx=2.097; A z 65 =138.4·10?4 cm?1; A x 65 =22.3·10?4 cm?1. We studied spin-lattice relaxation in the temperature range 4–300 K at the frequency v≈9.3 GHz. The measured spin-lattice relaxation rate for the orientation H∥L4 is described well at T<5 K by a linear dependence, while at T>5 K it is described by the sum of three exponentials: $$T_1^{ - 1} = 0.27T + 3.3 \cdot 10^{\text{s}} \exp \left( {\frac{{ - 69.5}}{T}} \right) + 2.6 \cdot 10^7 \exp \left( {\frac{{ - 140}}{T}} \right) + 1.36 \cdot 10^{10} \exp \left( {\frac{{ - 735.6}}{T}} \right){\text{ sec}}^{{\text{ - 1}}} $$ .We discuss possible reasons for the exponential dependence of T 1 ?1 for the Raman process.  相似文献

It is shown that nickel–phosphorus–graphite composite coatings can be deposited by the autocatalytic deposition method. The optimal concentration of graphite and the duration of ultrasonic treatment of a graphite suspension in solution for deposition of composite coatings based on the nickel–phosphorus alloy were determined. The influence exerted by thermal treatment parameters on the properties of the deposits was examined. The optimal process conditions are suggested.  相似文献

It was established that heating to 90 °C of nitrate solutions of U, Np and Pu in the presence of hydrazine hydrate results in the formation of hydrated dioxides of these elements. On ignition under inert or reducing conditions in the temperature range of 280–800 °C hydrated uranium dioxide transmogrify into crystalline UO2. On ignition in air atmosphere UO2·nH2O turns into UO3 at 440 °C and into U3O8 at 570–800 °C. It was shown that thermolysis of the solution containing a mixture of uranium, neptunium and plutonium nitrates at 90 °C in the presence of hydrazine hydrate allows one to prepare hydrated dioxides (U, Np, Pu)O2·nH2O which on heating to ~300 °C transmogrify into crystalline product of UO2, NpO2 and PuO2 solid solution. The technique of preparation of solid solutions of U and Pu dioxides is very promising as simple and effective method of production of MOX-fuel for.  相似文献
