Equiatomic electrodeposition of Ni-Sn alloys is known for its corrosion resistance. Mössbauer spectra of Ni-Sn layers and Ni-Sn intermetallics are best interpreted by the coexistence of Ni3Sn2, Ni3Sn4 and SnO in varying amounts. The presence of an intermetallic &";NiSn&'; has not yet been verified. XRD and STM exhibit the nanostructure of the electrodeposited substrate. 相似文献

The application of analytical and semi-preparative columns in reversed-phase liquid chromatography-solid-phase extraction-nuclear magnetic resonance (HPLC-SPE-NMR) was compared. The work was aiming at separating a higher sample amount in a single run and in this way to reduce the necessary NMR measurement time of separated compounds. Several parameters for compound separation and trapping procedures were optimised: flow rate of HPLC and make-up water pumps, choice of stationary phase cartridges and drying time. The separation and loadability of nine model compounds on analytical and semi-preparative columns was determined, as well as the focussing capacity of SH-type SPE cartridges. It was found that a semi-preparative column--or multiple peak trapping on analytical columns--gave better results than a standard 4.6mm analytical column for non-polar compounds (e.g. flavonoid aglycones, sesquiterpene lactones, non-polar terpenes, logP>2), but for polar compounds (logP<-2) did not offer any advantage over an analytical column, or was even disadvantageous. For intermediately polar compounds (-2相似文献

High-performance liquid chromatography with UV and mass spectrometry detectors are used to monitor the composition and stability of anthocyanins in blackcurrants harvested from different Ribes nigrum breeds at various ripeness phases. The highest amounts of pigments are found in overripe berries. The concentration of anthocyanins is higher in the berries of late blackcurrant breeds (Vakariai and Ben Alder). Delphinidin- 3-rutinoside is the dominant component in the reddish color berries (onset of ripening), and cyanidin-3-rutinoside is a major pigment in the black ones (ripe berries). Studies of the effect of temperature and light on the stability of the main pigments in blackcurrants show that aqueous solution prepared from a dry colorant is more stable when compared with the liquid water and ethanol extracts of coloring substances. Cyanidin-3-rutinoside is found to be the most thermally stable anthocyanin. 相似文献

CoFe2O4-BaTiO3 composites were prepared using conventional ceramic double sintering process with various compositions. Presence of two phases
in the composites was confirmed using X-ray diffraction. The dc resistivity and thermoemf as a function of temperature in
the temperature range 300 K to 600 K were measured. Variation of dielectric constant (ɛ′) with frequency in the range 100 Hz to 1 MHz and also with temperature at a fixed frequency of 1 kHz was studied. The ac
conductivity was derived from dielectric constant (ɛ′) and loss tangent (tan δ). The nature of conduction is discussed on the basis of small polaron hopping model. The static value of magnetoelectric
conversion factor has been studied as a function of magnetic field. 相似文献

Leaves of Sorbus L. have been used in various traditional medicine systems. Phenolic compounds determine the main pharmacological effects of Sorbus L. In this study, phytochemical and antioxidant profiles of Sorbus anglica, Sorbus aria, Sorbus arranensis, Sorbus aucuparia, Sorbus austriaca, Sorbus caucasica, Sorbus commixta, Sorbus discolor, Sorbus gracilis, Sorbus hostii, Sorbus semi-incisa and Sorbus tianschanica were determined. Twenty four constituents were identified in Sorbus L. species using ultra high performance liquid chromatography coupled to quadruple and time-of-flight mass spectrometers. Post-column FRAP assay identified compounds with reducing activity and revealed significantly greatest total antioxidant activity of 175.30 μmol TE/g DW, 169.20 μmol TE/g DW and 148.11 μmol TE/g DW in S. commixta, S. discolor and S. gracilis leaf samples, respectively, with neochlorogenic and chlorogenic acids being most significant contributors. Characteristic fingerprints of phytochemical and antioxidant profiles could be applied for the quality evaluation of various raw materials of Sorbus L. species. 相似文献

The essential oils from 14 Achillea cartilaginea samples (leaves and flowers) collected from natural habitats in Lithuania were analysed by GC-MS. In total, 97 compounds were identified, 69 of which have not been reported previously in this species. In general, the essential oils of A. cartilaginea were rich in oxygenated monoterpenes. Remarkable chemical polymorphism was observed within the population of A. cartilaginea in Lithuania. It was observed that 1,8-cineole, camphor, cis-chrysanthenol, β-thujone, sabinol, chrysanthenone, terpinen-4-ol, bornyl acetate and β-sesquiphellandrene were the major constituents in the oils of the analysed plants. Hierarchical cluster analysis, which was based on the 19 major components exceeding 5% in the total oil, indicates the presence of several main chemical groups in the analysed plant populations. 相似文献

The stability and droplet size of protein and lipid stabilised emulsions of caraway essential oil as well as the amount of protein on the emulsion droplets have been investigated. The amount of added protein (beta-lactoglobulin) and lipid (phosphatidylcholine from soybean (sb-PC)) were varied and the results compared with those obtained with emulsions of a purified olive oil. In general, emulsions with triglyceride oil proved to be more stable compared with those made with caraway essential oil as the dispersed phase. However, the stability of the emulsions can be improved considerably by adding sb-PC. An increase in the protein concentration also promoted emulsion stability. We will also present how ellipsometry can be used to study the adsorption of the lipid from the oil and the protein from the aqueous phase at the oil-water interface. Independently of the used concentration, close to monolayer coverage of sb-PC was observed at the caraway oil-aqueous interface. On the other hand, at the olive oil-aqueous interface, the presence of only a small amount of sb-PC lead to an exponential increase of the layer thickness with time beyond monolayer coverage. The amounts of beta-lactoglobulin adsorbed at the caraway oil-aqueous interface and at the olive oil-aqueous interface were similar, corresponding roughly to a protein monolayer coverage. 相似文献
