A theory of a planar disk-shaped RF plasma source under anomalous skin effect conditions is developed. In the absence of an external magnetic field, such conditions are satisfied for transverse electromagnetic waves with phase velocities below the electron thermal velocity, and, in the presence of this field, they are satisfied for electron cyclotron waves with frequencies corresponding to the resonant absorption line. For each of these cases, the RF field power deposited in a plasma with given parameters is determined and the equivalent plasma resistance is calculated.  相似文献

The eudesmane-type methylene lactones (isoalantolactone, alantolactone, 4,15-epoxyisoalantolactone, 2′,2′-dichloro-4H-spiro[cyclopropane-1′,4-eudesma-11(13)-en-8β,12-olide], and alantolactone) react with 8-bromoxanthines (8-bromocaffeine, 8-bromotheobromine, 8-bromo-3-butyltheobromine, 8-bromotheophylline, 8-bromo-9-butyltheophylline) under Heck reaction conditions to produce the target (E)-13-(2,6-dioxo-2,3-dihydro-1H-purin-8-yl)eudesma-4(15),11(13)-dien-8β,12-olides and the subsequent endocyclic isomers - 11-(2,6-dioxo-2,3-dihydro-1H-purin-8-yl)-13-normethyleudecma-4(15)-7(11)-dien-8α,12-olides. It was revealed that the yield and product ratio depends on the reaction conditions and the structure of methylene lactone. The effectiveness of Pd(OAc)2–caffeine catalytic system has been demonstrated in this reaction. The electric eel acetylcholinesterase inhibitory activity of the eudecmanolide-xanthine hybrids was evaluated. Among the new type bisheterocycles compound 27 with butyl and 2-oxodecahydronaphtho[2,3-b]furan-3(2H)-ylidene)methyl substituents at C-7 and C-8 of the xanthine core showed moderate activity with IC50 value of 40 μM.  相似文献

The non-linear dynamics of stable carbon and hydrogen isotope signatures during methane oxidation by the methanotrophic bacteria Methylosinus sporium strain 5 (NCIMB 11126) and Methylocaldum gracile strain 14 L (NCIMB 11912) under copper-rich (8.9 µM Cu2+), copper-limited (0.3 µM Cu2+) or copper-regular (1.1 µM Cu2+) conditions has been described mathematically. The model was calibrated by experimental data of methane quantities and carbon and hydrogen isotope signatures of methane measured previously in laboratory microcosms reported by Feisthauer et al. Different types of methane monooxygenases produce similar carbon and hydrogen isotope fractionation patterns during methane oxidation. Geochim Cosmochim Acta. 2011;75:11731184. doi: 10.1016/j.gca.2010.12.006[Crossref], [Web of Science ®] [Google Scholar]] M. gracile initially oxidizes methane by a particulate methane monooxygenase and assimilates formaldehyde via the ribulose monophosphate pathway, whereas M. sporium expresses a soluble methane monooxygenase under copper-limited conditions and uses the serine pathway for carbon assimilation. The model shows that during methane solubilization dominant carbon and hydrogen isotope fractionation occurs. An increase of biomass due to growth of methanotrophs causes an increase of particulate or soluble monooxygenase that, in turn, decreases soluble methane concentration intensifying methane solubilization. The specific maximum rate of methane oxidation υm was proved to be equal to 4.0 and 1.3 mM mM?1 h?1 for M. sporium under copper-rich and copper-limited conditions, respectively, and 0.5 mM mM?1 h?1 for M. gracile. The model shows that methane oxidation cannot be described by traditional first-order kinetics. The kinetic isotope fractionation ceases when methane concentrations decrease close to the threshold value. Applicability of the non-linear model was confirmed by dynamics of carbon isotope signature for carbon dioxide that was depleted and later enriched in 13C. Contrasting to the common Rayleigh linear graph, the dynamic curves allow identifying inappropriate isotope data due to inaccurate substrate concentration analyses. The non-linear model pretty adequately described experimental data presented in the two-dimensional plot of hydrogen versus carbon stable isotope signatures.  相似文献

This work is devoted to systematic investigation into the radial dependence of the plasma parameters of a low-pressure inductive radio-frequency (RF) discharge on pressure within a wide range of 0.8–1 Torr. Experimental results that were obtained under the considered pressures make it possible to analyze the patterns of the changes in plasma parameters upon both a nonlocal mode of discharge and a transition from a nonlocal to local mode of the RF power input. Discharges in helium, neon, argon, and krypton were considered. Experimental data were compared to the results of the numerical simulation of the inductive RF discharge using the particle-in-cell (PIC) method.  相似文献

A general analytical theory is developed and numerical simulations are carried out of cylindrical plasma sources operating at an industrial frequency of f=13.56 MHz ω=8.52×107 s−1). Purely inductive surface exciters of electromagnetic fields (exciting antennas) are considered; the exciters are positioned either at the side surface of the cylinder or at one of its end surfaces. In the latter case, the plasma flows out of the source through the opposite end of the cylinder. A study is made of both elongated systems in which the length L of the cylinder exceeds its diameter 2R and planar disk-shaped systems with L<2R. The electromagnetic fields excited by the antenna in the plasma of the source are determined, and the equivalent plasma resistance, as well as the equivalent rf power deposited in the plasma, is calculated.  相似文献

High-temperature thermoluminescence (TL) emitted in the temperature region from +50 to +150°C has been studied in a variety of chlorophyll-containing samples that were allowed to dry during the TL measurement. Analysis of the recorded traces by a multicomponent-fit-ting procedure revealed the existence of up to three bands of nonphotosynthetic origin with peak positions at62–75,114–128 and151–157°C and apparent activation energies of 27.0-28.8, 14.1-15.4 and 22.1-23.3 kcal/mol (the bands are denoted as HT1 HT2 and HT3, respectively). Low-temperature treatment of leaves, incubation of algae in the presence of paraquat, exposure of algae or isolated thylakoids to a strong light, all conditions known to stimulate oxidative damage to membrane lipids, caused appearance of a small HT1, band and significant rise in the intensity of the HT2 band. The increase in the HT2 component correlated positively with accumulation of conjugated dienes and malondialdehyde in thylakoids illuminated with a strong light. Different quenchers of active oxygen species and scavengers of free radicals added to preilluminated thylakoids or thylakoid lipid extracts before the TL measurements, as well as injection of argon into the TL measuring chamber, caused no changes in the intensity of the HT2 emission. The HT2 band in the thylakoids increased strongly upon addition of linoleate peroxidized by hydroxyradicals generated in the Fenton reaction but remained unchanged if the linoleate was oxidized with the use of lipoxygenase. We suggest that the HT2 band arises due to thermal decomposition of lipid cyclic peroxides present in the samples. In turn, the decomposition reaction leads to formation of carbonyls in triplet state with following migration of excitation energy toward chlorophyll. Contrary to the HT1, and HT2 bands, the HT3 band of TL cannot be associated with the thermolysis of lipid peroxidation products already present in the samples before starting the TL gradient.  相似文献

The various equations of hydrolysis kinetics included into the generalized simulation model (METHANE) were tested on the anaerobic digestion of cellulose, sludge, and cattle manure. The good agreement between the model simulation results and experimental data was obtained. The Contois equation, taking into account a hydrolytic biomass, and the firstorder equation with respect to the particulate substrate only, were shown to be the approximations of two-phase hydrolysis kinetics.  相似文献
