We investigate the possibility of phantom crossing in the dark energy sector and the solution for the Hubble tension between early and late universe observations. We use robust combinations of different cosmological observations, namely the Cosmic Microwave Background (CMB), local measurement of Hubble constant (H0), Baryon Acoustic Oscillation (BAO) and SnIa for this purpose. For a combination of CMB+BAO data that is related to early universe physics, phantom crossing in the dark energy sector was confirmed at a 95% confidence level and we obtained the constraint H0=71.03.8+2.9 km/s/Mpc at a 68% confidence level, which is in perfect agreement with the local measurement by Riess et al. We show that constraints from different combinations of data are consistent with each other and all of them are consistent with phantom crossing in the dark energy sector. For the combination of all data considered, we obtained the constraint H0=70.25±0.78 km/s/Mpc at a 68% confidence level and the phantom crossing happening at the scale factor am=0.8510.031+0.048 at a 68% confidence level.  相似文献

In order to evaluate the charge collection efficiency (CCE) profile of single‐crystal diamond devices based on a p‐type/intrinsic/metal configuration, a lateral Ion Beam Induced Charge (IBIC) analysis was performed over their cleaved cross sections using a 2 MeV proton microbeam. CCE profiles in the depth direction were extracted from the cross‐sectional maps at variable bias voltage. IBIC spectra relevant to the depletion region extending beneath the frontal Schottky electrode show a 100% CCE, with a spectral resolution of about 1.5%. The dependence of the width of the high efficiency region from applied bias voltage allows the constant residual doping concentration of the active region to be evaluated. The region where the electric field is absent shows an exponentially decreasing CCE profile, from which it is possible to estimate the diffusion length of the minority carriers by means of a drift–diffusion model. The management of periodontitis remains a vital clinical challenge due to the interplay between the microorganisms of the dental biofilm and the host inflammatory response leading to a degenerative process in the surrounding tissues. Quercetin (QUE), a natural flavonol found in many foods, including apples, onions and tea, has exhibited prolonged and strong antibiofilm and anti-inflammatory effects both in vitro and in vivo. However, its clinical application is limited by its poor stability and water solubility, as well as its low bioavailability. Thus, in the present study, electrospun polylactic acid (PLA) nanofibers loaded with different amounts (5–10% w/w) of QUE were produced to rapidly respond to the acidic microenvironment typical of periodontal pockets during periodontal disease. This strategy demonstrated that PLA-QUE membranes can act as a drug reservoir releasing high QUE concentrations in the presence of oral bacterial infection (pH < 5.5), and thus limiting Pseudomonas aeruginosa PAO1 and Streptococcus mutans biofilm maturation. In addition, released QUE exerts antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects on P. gingivalis Lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-stimulated human gingival fibroblast (HGFs). The reported results confirmed that PLA-QUE membranes could inhibit subgingival biofilm maturation while reducing interleukin release, thereby limiting host inflammatory response. Overall, this study provided an effective pH-sensitive drug delivery system as a promising strategy for treating periodontitis.  相似文献

The purpose of this paper is to share some recent observations on the pharmaceuticaluses and properties of Captisol® or SBE7M--CD in controlled porosity osmotic pump tablets (CP-OPT) and the underlying mechanism/sthat lead to apparent zero-order drug release pattern. It would have been simple toattribute the apparent zero-order release mechanism/s of poorly water-soluble drugsfrom CP-OPTs and pellets utilizing Captisol®as both a solubilizing andosmotic agent, to purely osmotic and diffusional components. However, the mechanismmay be more related to a counterbalancing of physical properties as the concentration of Captisol®changes within the matrix. Specifically, the initial concentration of Captisol®within a core is 0.3–0.4M. When this drops to lower values an osmotic pressure drop occurs across the membrane. Therefore, drug release should not follow apparent zero-order kinetics if all the drug is solubilized. However, as the viscosity within the tablet also drops, the apparent diffusion coefficient of both Captisol® and drug increases. Therefore, it appears that there is an initial resistance (hydraulic pressure) to fluid flow from the tablet through the rate-limiting microporous membrane. This resistance decreases so that even as osmotic pressure and concentration differences drop with time, counterbalancing faster release occurs. Osmotic driving force appears to be the most important initial driving force but a diffusional component becomes more significant with time.  相似文献

A series of homoannularly and heteroannularly substituted adamantyl ferrocene derivatives has been synthesized and their effects on membrane fluidity were investigated using liposomes as the membrane models. The liposome formulations of adamantyl ferrocene derivatives were characterized by using dynamic light scattering, differential scanning calorimetry and fluorescence anisotropy measurements. It was demonstrated that adamantyl ferrocene derivatives incorporated into the liposome significantly affect the structure of the lipid bilayer. The results of the study have revealed that adamantyl ferrocene derivatives, compounds 9 – 12, partition into the hydrophobic/hydrophilic interface of the membrane, causing a significant decrease in membrane fluidity. The antioxidant potential of synthesized compounds was assessed with DPPH method and it was shown that the examined compounds possess certain antioxidant activity.  相似文献

We characterize locally Lipschitz mappings and existence of Lipschitz extensions through a first order nonlinear system of PDEs. We extend this study to graded group-valued Lipschitz mappings defined on compact Riemannian manifolds. Through a simple application, we emphasize the connection between these PDEs and the Rumin complex. We introduce a class of 2-step groups, satisfying some abstract geometric conditions and we show that Lipschitz mappings taking values in these groups and defined on subsets of the plane admit Lipschitz extensions. We present several examples of these groups, called Allcock groups, observing that their horizontal distribution may have any codimesion. Finally, we show how these Lipschitz extensions theorems lead us to quadratic isoperimetric inequalities in all Allcock groups.  相似文献

This note addresses the issue as to which ceers can be realized by word problems of computably enumerable (or, simply, c.e.) structures (such as c.e. semigroups, groups, and rings), where being realized means to fall in the same reducibility degree (under the notion of reducibility for equivalence relations usually called “computable reducibility”), or in the same isomorphism type (with the isomorphism induced by a computable function), or in the same strong isomorphism type (with the isomorphism induced by a computable permutation of the natural numbers). We observe, e.g., that every ceer is isomorphic to the word problem of some c.e. semigroup, but (answering a question of Gao and Gerdes) not every ceer is in the same reducibility degree of the word problem of some finitely presented semigroup, nor is it in the same reducibility degree of some non-periodic semigroup. We also show that the ceer provided by provable equivalence of Peano Arithmetic is in the same strong isomorphism type as the word problem of some non-commutative and non-Boolean c.e. ring.  相似文献
