Conductivity measurements of the crystals of the N5RESi4O12 family, where RE=SmLu, have been made. A reversible phase transition R32
R3c has been established. The conductive channels have been determined using a high temperature X-ray structural analysis of the Na5RESi4O12 crystals, as well as the ion exchanged Ag phase.  相似文献

The influence of humidity on the conductivity of graphite oxide (GO) films has been considered. Graphite oxide films of a 200–500 nm thickness become conductors to have a conductivity of 10?6 to 10?2 S/cm when humidity increases from 30 to 100%. Film morphology varies during the course of water diffusion. Ultraviolet light-mediated reduction of GO decreases the sensitivity to humidity until its complete disappearance.  相似文献

The proton conductivity of hydrates of calix[4]arene-para-sulfonic acids is studied. The high proton conductivity is observed at ambient temperatures in the wide ranges of environmental humidity and, correspondingly, water content in the hydrate. For the air humidity of 10 rel. %, the conductivity of compounds is 10?4-10?3 S cm?1 and approaches 10?2-10?1 S cm?1 as the humidity increases up to 70 rel. %.  相似文献

Electrocatalysts based on platinized titania modified with ruthenia (0–9 mol %) were studied. The synthesized materials were investigated as working electrodes in potentiometric sensors sensitive to hydrogen and carbon monoxide. All electrocatalysts showed reproducible behavior at pure gas concentrations from 400 to 4000 ppm. In CO-H2 mixtures with comparable concentrations of both gases, the sensors were selective toward hydrogen at ≥0.05 mol % Ru, but not selective to hydrogen or CO at less than 0.05 mol % Ru in the substrate.  相似文献
