On the basis of the reaction of ethynediylbisphosphonates and chloroethynylphosphonates with classical donor alka-1,3-dienes, a general strategy for synthesis of o-bisphosphanylbenzenes and o-chlorophosphanylbenzenes, which includes two consecutive steps: Diels-Alder condensation → aromatization of the carbocyclic phosphonate (bisphosphonate) formed → reduction of the phosphonate groups, was developed. Convenient procedures are devised for aromatization of phosphorus-containing cyclohexa-1,4-dienes and for reduction of o-phenylenebisphosphonates and o-clorophenylphosphonates to primary phosphines. A series of new alkylsubstituted phosphonic chlorides were prepared, and a possibility of functionalization of methylsubstituted o-phenylenebisphosphonates and o-clorophenylphosphonates by the methyl groups is demonstrated.  相似文献

A synthetic route to a series of 4-alkyl- or arylquinolines, bearing in 2- and 3-position fluorinated and phosphonate functions at the same time, is reported for the first time. These compounds are synthesized via regioselective heterocyclization of XCF2-alkynylphosphonates (X=F, Cl, Br, H, CF3) with ortho-aminoaryl ketones (R=CH3, CF3, Ph) in the presence of K2CO3 or Li2CO3/TMEDA as mediators. 2-Fluoro- and 3-phosphorus-containing 4-Me, 4-CF3 or 4-Ph quinolines are obtained in good to excellent yields. The influence of substituents in the aromatic ketone, the XCF2-group in the alkyne as well as mediators and the reaction medium on the reactivity and specificity of the reaction is also investigated.  相似文献

Herein, we report a new and convenient methodology for the synthesis of ortho-XCF2 arylphosphonates via Diels-Alder reaction of selected 1,3-butadienes with XCF2-≡-P(O)(OEt)2, followed by the aromatization of the cyclic vinylphosphonates obtained using the KMnO4/Al2O3 system. The reactivity of ortho-XCF2 arylphosphonates was then examined to give the respective dichlorides that were converted to the corresponding phosphonic acids, phosphine oxides or a carboxylic acid (upon hydrolysis of the CF2Br group). When ortho-XCF2 arylphosphonates (X=Br) were treated with Zn/CuBr and an electrophile, the dimeric product ArCFCFAr was isolated only. The lithiation of the CF2H group (X=H) allowed however to obtain products of nucleophilic substitution with various electrophiles.  相似文献

A blue-light emitting material based on a boron complex containing heteroaromatic phosphonate ligand is synthesized and characterized. The Phospho-Fries rearrangement is used in the synthesis route of the ligand as a convenient method of introducing phosphonate groups into phenols. Structural, thermal and photophysical properties of the resulting oxazaborinin phosphonate compound have been characterized. DFT geometry optimizations were studied as well as the spatial position and symmetry of the HOMO and LUMO. Good thermal stability up to 250 °C enables vacuum deposition methods next to solution processing. Combining the work function with the optical band gap from UV-Vis measurements shows that band alignment is possible with standard contact materials. Photoluminescence reveals an emission peak at 428 nm, which is suitable for a blue light-emitter.  相似文献

Carbocyclic 1,2-diphosphonates (1a, 1b) are prepared by the Diels-Alder reaction of classical donor alka-1,3-dienes (isoprene and 2,3-dimethyl-1,3-butadiene) with tetraethyl acetylene bisphosphonate. Their aromatization by the KMnO4-Al2O3 system affords 4-methyl and 4,5-dimethylbenzene-1,2-diphosphonates (2a, 2b), used as precursor for the generation of benzyl-type carbanions (3a, 3b) by lithiation with lithium isopropylamide in THF at −80 °C. The carbanions react with electrophilic reagents (chlorotrimethylsilane, p-fluorobenzaldehyde, and ethyl trifluoroacetate) in situ to form corresponding α-substituted monoalkyl- and dialkylbenzenediphosphonates in good yields.  相似文献

An efficient synthesis of 2-perfluoroalkyl 4H-chromen-3-ylphosphonates 4a-i (R(F) = CF(3)) and 5a-i (R(F) = C(2)F(5)) has been accomplished via regioselective cycloaddition of 2-hydroxybenzaldehydes to diethyl 3,3,3-trifluoropropyn-1-yl- and diethyl 3,3,4,4,4-pentafluorobutyn-1-ylphosphonate, using trialkyl amines or phosphines as mediators. 2H-Chromen-3-ylphosphonates 6a-i were regioselectively obtained in the presence of triphenylphosphine. A convenient method for the isomerization of 4H-chromen-3-ylphosphonates into 2H-chromen-3-ylphosphonates 6a-i (R(F) = CF(3)) and 7a-i (R(F) = C(2)F(5)) was established.  相似文献

Diethyl 3,3,3-trifluoroprop-1-ynylphosphonate and diethyl 3,3,4,4,4-pentafluorobut-1-ynylphosphonate are obtained by the dehydration of the corresponding enols using P2O5-Et3N system as a dehydrating agent, affording acetylenes in 50-60% yield. By the reaction of these perfluoroacetylenephosphonates with acyclic and cyclic 1,3-dienes or diene-like heteroaromatic and aromatic compounds corresponding Diels-Alder cyclo- and bicycloadducts were prepared in good yields (65-90%). The reactivity of the dienes and acetylenes which depends on their structure, as well as the regioselectivity of the reaction are established.  相似文献
