We present a simple strategy to obtain non-symmetrical polyethylene glycols equipped with telechelic phosphorus-containing dendrimeric moieties having adhesive phosphonate surface functions. The dendronized PEG tails were characterized by means of multi-nucleus NMR. The grafting abilities of model symmetrical PEG compounds equipped with telechelic amino-bis(methylene-dimethylphosphonates) and amino-bis(methylenephosphonic acids) were rapidly screened on plasma treated silicon wafers and activated silica. 相似文献

An efficient synthetic strategy to synthesize phosphorus-containing dendrimers capped with isosteric acid functions derived from tyramine is described. The method is demonstrated on a first generation dendrimer that can be easily capped with 12 amino(bismethylene) sulfonic acids and amino(bismethylene) carboxylic acids that are strict analogs of the corresponding amino(bismethylene) phosphonic acids. 相似文献

This review presents the synthesis of dendrons (dendritic wedges) based on cyclotriphosphazene cores, in which one function is a fluorescent group, and the five remaining functions are used for growing the dendritic branches. The growing of the branches is carried out by a divergent method, using a two-step process which implies hydroxybenzaldehyde and the phosphorhydrazide H2NNMeP(S)Cl2. Four different fluorophores have been used, derived from maleimide, julolidine, pyrene, or from a near-infra-red fluorophore. Depending on the type of fluorophore and on the type of terminal functions of the dendrons, different applications have been targeted. One can cite experiments in catalysis or for the elaboration of materials, transfection experiments, the study of anti-cancer properties, and imaging in relation with the human immune system. 相似文献

Reaction of the thiol-terminated fourth-generation dendrimer 2-G4 (96 SH groups) with the gold cluster compound Au55(PPh3)12Cl6 in a 3:1 molar ratio in dichloromethane results in the formation of bare Au55 clusters. The cuboctahedrally shaped Au55 particles coalesce to well-formed microcrystals (Au55) infinity. The role of the dendrimer is not only to remove the phosphine and chlorine ligands but also to act as an ideal matrix for perfect crystal growth. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM), small- and wide-angle X-ray diffraction (SAXRD and WAXRD) measurements indicate a structure where rows of edge-linked Au55 building blocks form a distorted cubic lattice. The X-ray data fit best if a 5% reduction of the Au-Au bond length in the Au55 clusters is assumed, in agreement with previous extended X-ray absorption fine structure (EXAFS) measurements. Energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX) analyses and IR investigations show the absence of PPh3 and Cl in the microcrystals. 相似文献
