The method of substructural molecular fragments based on representation of the molecular graph by ensembles of fragments and involving calculations of those contributions to the given property is applied to the modelling of stability constants of the complexes of strontium(II) with organic ligands in water. Reliability of predictions of developed structure-property models was examined using three different test sets of structurally diverse ligands. The obtained models have been used for generation and screening of combinatorial library of virtual ligands. Some hypothetical efficient Sr(II) binders were suggested. 相似文献

Polyvinylchloride (PVC) samples with a fairly developed surface were prepared by the spontaneous removal of the solvent (benzyl alcohol) from a polymer gel. The surface of the product was modified to obtain ethanolocyclame and sodium acetocyclame nanofilms. The structure and composition of the nanofilms were studied by IR Fourier spectroscopy. The adsorption of nitrogen vapor at ?196°C and benzene and water at 20°C on the nanofilms was investigated. Surface modification was shown to increase the stability of PVC in water and benzene and the specific surface area and volume of nanopores. The conclusion was drawn that nanofilm ligand groups could stoichiometrically interact with water and benzene molecules on PVC with a modified surface. 相似文献

A method for the synthesis of complexes of sodium and lithium borohydrides with crown ethers is proposed. The complexes of sodium borohydride with benzo-15-crown-5, 4′-aminobenzo-15-crown-5, dibenzo-18-crown-6, and diaza-18-crown-6 and the complexes of lithium borohydride with benzo-15-crown-5 and dibenzo-18-crown-6 are synthesized. A material with porous structures formed by jointed aza- and oxa-aza-crowns with peripheral OHgroups is synthesized on the basis of cellulose fabric and PVC transformed into hydroxyethylcyclam. Mesopores are mainly observed on the fiber surface. The specific surface of the material is 6 m2/g; the volume of free space is 0.112 cm3/g. Assuming the internal pores have a disk-like shape, their width is estimated at 2 nm. The material sorbs vapors of aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, alcohols, aldehydes, ketones, amines, amides, nitriles, and sulfoxides. It also swells to a limited degree in organic solvents. When sulfuric acid or sodium hydroxide is sorbed in the pores, compounds of them with H+- and OH–-conducting systems of hydrogen bonds are formed. 相似文献

Poly(N-vinylcarbazole) layers containing tetra-5-crown-5-gallium phthalocyaninate (R4Pc)Ga(OH) are shown to possess photoelectric and photorefractive sensitivity at a wavelength of 1064 nm. This effect is associated with the formation of supramolecular ensembles of (R4Pc)Ga(OH) molecules with electronic optical absorption in the near-IR range and nonlinear optical properties. For the composite containing 5 wt % (R4Pc)Ga(OH) supramolecular ensembles, the dependence of the quantum efficiency of mobile-charge photogeneration on electric field E 0 is well fit by the Onsager equation expanded to E 0 3 at a quantum yield of electron-hole pairs of φ0 = 0.9 s with an initial separation radius of r 0 = 9.8 Å susceptibility χ(3) equal to 1.85 × 10?10 esu is measured via the well-known method of electric-field-induced second-harmonic generation. A sorbent was synthesized as a cellulose cloth, the fibers of which have nanopores with walls made of cellulose chains and ethanol cyclams. The formation of (NH4)2[NiL(NH3)2Cl2] complexes where L2– is the CH–(O–)–CH–(O–) glucopyranose group was established by chemical analysis and IR and UV/Vis spectroscopy. Using small-angle X-ray scattering and measurement of the partial free space and adsorption capacity, the complex formation in the [Ni(NH3)6]Cl2 concentration range of up to 0.43 mol/L was found to occur in nanopores with the sorption constant K sorb = 15.8. The limiting content of the complexes is 2.63 mmol/g and their effective radius is 0.45 nm. In the concentration range of 0.43–0.91 mol/L, the complexation occurs on the fiber surface, K sorb = 1.85. The ion-selective properties of 1,5-bis[2-(hydroxyethoxyphosphoryl)phenoxy]-3-oxapentane H2R2 have been described. The molecular and crystal structure of H2R2 has been determined by powder X-ray crystallography and IR spectroscopy. The molecule has the twofold symmetry axis, orthorhombic crystal system, space group Pbcn, a = 16.830(2) ?, b = 8.866(15) ?, c = 15.7190(2) ?, V = 2346.1(6) ?3, Z = 4.
