To improve control of the process of nano-powder production in the industrial plant based on electron accelerator, partial pressure of vapors was evaluated at evaporation for different reactions of aluminum, silicon, and titanium oxides. The performed experiments qualitatively proved the correctness of calculations. Besides, influence of water vapors added in gas-carrier on the productivity and average size of the particles of the obtained nano-powder were studied experimentally.  相似文献

Conclusion Relatively simple and practical way to construct multichannel diplexer using dielectric resonators placed on substrate with multiple microstrip have been developed. Band-passes less than 160 MGz at level –25 dB have been obtained using multimode structure. Further work must be done to use connected resonators.  相似文献

We construct small solutions x(t) → 0 as t → 0 of nonlinear operator equations F(x(t), x(α(t)),t) = 0 with a functional perturbation α(t) of the argument. By the Newton diagram method, we reduce the problem to quasilinear operator equations with a functional perturbation of the argument. We show that the solutions of such equations can have not only algebraic but also logarithmic branching points and contain free parameters. The number of free parameters and the form of the solution depend on the properties of the Jordan structure of the operator coefficients of the equation.  相似文献

A new technique for measuring the flow velocity of nano-scale powders is used. The hot-wire anemometry method widely used in gas flows is employed for investigating nanopowder flows. By way of illustration, the flows of nanopowders of aluminum oxide C and silicon dioxide aerosil A-90 and A-380 in a vertical channel are studied. The results obtained show that nanoscale powder flow investigation by means of the hot-wire anemometry is promising.  相似文献

The energy distributions of neutrons accompanying the fission of 232Th are measured by the time-of-flight technique at the bombarding-neutron energies of E n=14.6 and 17.7 MeV. The data obtained in this way are compared with the results of previous investigations. An excess of soft neutrons that was observed in the experimental spectra of neutrons from 238U fission at E n=13.2, 14.7, 16.0, and 17.7 MeV in relation to the results of the calculations based on the model of two sources is also present in the spectra for 232Th. The discrepancy between the results of the calculations and experimental data disappears as soon as one assumes the presence of a third source that is related to neutron emission from nonaccelerated fragments.  相似文献
