New results are presented of an experimental investigation of the spectrum of 36P → 37P two-photon microwave transition in Rydberg atoms of sodium in a constant electric field. Depending on the conditions of excitation of the initial 36P state (the constant electric field is switched on either before or after the exciting laser pulse) and polarization of laser radiation, a strong variation is observed of the amplitudes of individual two-photon transitions between the fine-structure Stark components of the 36P and 37P states. This effect is an analog of the Paschen-Back effect in a strong magnetic field and is due to the break of L-S coupling and to the variation of the wave functions of Rydberg electrons in an electric field. It is also found that the break of L-S coupling affects considerably the shape of double Stark resonance arising upon intersection of the virtual intermediate level of two-photon transition with the real intermediate 37S level. 相似文献

Extension of the working frequency of modern resonator spectrometers into submillimeter wave range is described. Experimental record of atmospheric absorption spectrum covering 45-370 GHz range is demonstrated for the first time, and measured water vapor J′ka′, kc′-Jka, kc = 51,5-42,2 at 325 GHz line parameters are presented. For the first time pressure lineshift for the 325-GHz water vapor line is measured. Further extension of working range is discussed. New estimations of physical limits of time needed for measurements of absorption in the whole Backward Wave Oscillator (BWO) range are given for phase continuous synthesizer regime. Basic schemes of fast broadband continuous phase synthesized sources are discussed. Verification of the previous measurements of water vapor 31,3-22,0 at 183 GHz line parameters is presented. The molecular and crystal structures of porphyrexides, viz., 4-amino-2-imino-(1) and (Z)-2-amino-4-bromoimino-5,5-dimethyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-imidazole 1-oxyls (7), and their diamagnetic precursors were determined. Compound 1 is kinetically unstable because it is oxidized with atmospheric oxygen to form (E)-1,2-bis[1-amino-1-(cyanoimino)-2-methyl-propan-2-yl]diazene 1,2-dioxide.

The phase equilibria and the thermodynamics of coexisting phases in the PrFeO system have been studied using static and dynamic methods for attaining equilibrium with subsequent annealing and identification of the condensed phases by X-ray analysis. Equilibrium phase diagrams have been constructed to define the changes that take place in the PrFeO system on variation of the partial oxygen pressure, the temperature, and the composition of the initial mixture of oxides. An isothermal cross section at 1300°K and equilibrium diagrams of the type PO2 = f(composition) with with one composition parameter fixed and T = f(composition) with PO2 = constant have been constructed. It has been shown in the PrFeO system that only one ternary compound with perovskite structure, PrFeO3, is formed, and furthermore, it is stable no matter how high the partial oxygen pressure. 相似文献
