选择性远程DEPT NMR技术用于萜类生物碱的结构测定

从中草药勒党根茎中分离出二个化合物, 其一为已知的萜类生物碱culamtraramine, 其二为它的差向立体异构体, 为新化合物, 定名为isoculantraramine。用选择性远程核磁共振技术测定了它们的结构。     

毛细管气相色谱法测定热不稳定有机磷农药辛硫磷

The thermo-labile organophosphorous pesticide Phoxim was determined by capillary gas chromatographywith flame phototnetric detector. When high linear velocity H_2(>200cm/s) was used as carrier gas,the thermo-decomposition of Phoxim was considerably reduced.The most important gas chromatography conditions,injectortempereture and column head pressure,were studied.The thermo-decomposition preducts were identified by gaschromatography-mass spectrometry.     

Structure-based design,synthesis of novel inhibitors of Mycobacterium tuberculosis FabH as potential anti-tuberculosis agents

Mycobacterium tuberculosis FabH,an essential enzyme in mycolic acids biosynthetic pathway,is an attractive target for novel anti-tuberculosis agents.Structure-based design,synthesis of novel inhibitors of mtFabH was reported in this paper.A novel scaffold structure was designed,and 12 candidate compounds that displayed favorable binding with the active site were identified and synthesized.

双氢埃托啡(1)为合成的高效镇痛剂。药理实验结果表示,其镇痛作用优于吗啡。该化合物的~1H和~(13)C NMR谱都较为复杂,尚未见报道,并且多数谱峰采用一般方法难以指定。     

Ureido-modification of the resin-bound LHRH analogue with N,N''-carbonyldiimidazole

The ureido-modification of the resin-bound a luteinizing hormone releasing hormone (LHRH) analogue was investigated by CDI-activating method. The amino group at the side chain of LHRH analogue could be transformed into various substituted urea moieties in high yields. However, its terminal amino group was partially converted to a hydantoin structure due to the attack of the N atom of the adjacent amide bond.     

Actinolactomycin,a New 2-Oxonanonoidal Antitumor Antibiotic Produced by Streptomyces flavoretus 18522,and its Inhibitory Effect on the Proliferation of Human Cancer Cells

In the course of our screening for new anticancer agents from microbial resources usingmammalian cancer tsFT210 cells1-3, we found that the fermentation broth of anactinomycete strain 18522 significantly inhibited the cell cycle of tsFT210 cells at theG0/G1 phase. 微波辅助碱解荧光分光光度法快速测定河豚毒素含量

建立了一种快速、简便、灵敏地测定河豚毒素的新方法。在水和异丙醇混合碱性溶液中对河豚毒素进行微波碱解,通过测定碱解产物的量来间接测定河豚毒素的含量。结果表明:C9碱的最大激发波长为380nm,最大发射波长为496 nm,其在0.1~10μmol.L-1的浓度范围内与荧光强度呈线性关系,相关系数r=0.999 1,检测限为0.05μmol.L-1,比文献报道降低近20倍。该方法快速、灵敏和准确,可用于河豚毒素的定量检测。

A novel synthesis of 5-aryl-3-cyano-2-pyridones by using vinamidinium salts

A variety of vinamidinium salts were condensated with cyanoacetamide in refluxing methanol that contained sodium methoxide to produce 5-aryl-3-cyano-2-pyridones in good yield.Simple experimental conditions were used to prepare ten different 5-aryl-3-cyano -2-pyridones,four of which are new compounds.     

Drug Discovery Based on the Structure of FKBPs： Design, Synthesis and Evaluation of L-1, 4-Thiazane-3-carboxylic Acid Derivatives as Neuroimmunophilin Ligands

Based on the structure of FK506, FKBP12 and calcineurin complex and the interactive characteristics of small molecular ligands with FKBPs, a series of L-1,4-thiazane-3-carboxylic acid derivatives as neuroimmunophilin ligands was designed and synthesized. The results of evaluation show that compound N308 has a great promise as a candidate of neuroprotective and neuroregenerative agent.
