A simple method for the hydrolysis of acetals and ketals was accomplished in neutral water or aqueous media by hydrothermal treatment without using acidic reagents. The deacetalization reaction was effectively accelerated in the presence of calcium chloride. Because no acidic catalysts were employed, neutralization of the reaction mixture was not necessary after the reaction. This sequence was successfully applied to the hydrolysis of chitosan, a biodegradable polyaminosaccharide.  相似文献

This article discusses some smoothing estimates of the initial value problem for dispersive equations with constant coefficients. In particular, it is shown that a certain condition for the principal part of the symbol (see the assumption (1.3) below, which is equivalent to the one “of principal type” in the paper by Ben-Artzi and Devinatz [2]) is necessary and sufficient for the maximal smoothing in space-time. The adhesion of Cu on Ru substrates with different crystal orientations was evaluated. The crystal orientation of sputter deposited Ru could be changed from (1 0 0) to (0 0 1) by annealing at 650 °C for 20 min. The adhesion of Cu was evaluated by the degree of Cu agglomeration on Ru. Cu films on annealed Ru films with the (0 0 1) crystal orientation showed 28% lower RMS values and 50% lower Ru surface coverage than Cu as-deposited on Ru having the (1 0 0) crystal orientation after annealing at 550 °C for 30 min, which suggest that Cu wettability on the Ru(0 0 1) was better than that on the Ru(1 0 0) plane. The low lattice misfit of 4% between Cu(1 1 1) and Ru(0 0 1) may be the reason for this good adhesion property.  相似文献

Isotachophoretic qualitative indices, RE, for twenty-eight dipeptides were measured in the range pH 7.4–9.6. The absolute mobility, mo, and pKa values were evaluated by the use of the least-squares method, utilizing a simulation of the isotachophoretic steady state. The mo values were newly evaluated and the pKa values were in good agreement with literature values. By comparison of the evaluated mo and pKa values of the dipeptides with those of the constituent amino acids, simple relationships were found which may be used to estimate the mo and pKa values of other dipeptides. The separability of the dipeptides was also evaluated by considering the differences between their simulated effective mobilities. It is concluded that isotachophoresis is very convenient for the separation of dipeptides and their constituent amino acids.  相似文献

Six novel 2-substituted analogues of 1alpha,25-dihydroxy-19-norvitamin D(3), 6a,b-8a,b, were efficiently synthesized utilizing (-)-quinic acid as the A-ring precursor. The C2-modified A-rings were prepared as 4-alkylated (3R,5R)-3,5-dihydroxycyclohexanones 12-15 from (-)-quinic acid based on radical allylation at the C4 position of methyl (-)-quinicate. The new type of the CD-ring coupling partner 23 was synthesized from 25-hydroxy Grundmann's ketone 19 to apply to the modified Julia olefination to construct a diene unit between the A-ring and the CD-ring. The coupling yields, including a deprotection step, were 47-62%. After the separation of the diastereomers based on C2 stereochemistry, the structure (2alpha or 2beta) was determined by (1)H NMR experiments and compared to DeLuca's 2-methyl- and 2-ethyl-1alpha,25-dihydroxy-19-norvitamin D(3). Thus, the synthesized 2alpha-(3-hydroxypropyl)-1alpha,25-dihydroxy-19-norvitamin D(3) (8a) showed almost the same potency in binding to the bovine thymus vitamin D receptor (VDR) as the natural hormone 1, while its beta-isomer 8b had only a 3% affinity. Both 2alpha-allyl- and 2alpha-propyl-1alpha,25-dihydroxy-19-norvitamin D(3) (6a and 7a) and their 2beta-analogues (6b and 7b) possessed a weak affinity for the VDR. The strong VDR ligand 8a was ca. 36-fold more potent in induction of HL-60 cell differentiation than 1, and interestingly, even the weaker ligand 8b showed a 6.7-fold higher potency in the cell differentiation activity than that of 1.  相似文献

Silicone has been utilized as a carrier material for sustained release system of lipophilic drugs. Extensive studies revealed that drug release rate is influenced by factors such as physicochemical properties of the drug and additives.(1-5)) When a lipophilic drug is highly potent at low concentrations, the drug release rate should be strictly controlled so as to avoid side effects. In this study, using vitamin D(3) (VD(3)) as an example of such drugs, we investigated novel method to suppress initial burst and to modify drug release rate from silicone matrix. As a result, it was found that (a). addition of human serum albumin (HSA) suppressed initial burst and enhanced release rate in the later stage, resulting constant release of VD(3), (b). covering a matrix formulation with a membrane of low diffusivity (core-rod formulation) suppressed initial burst and released drug in a constant rate, and (3) using materials for which the drug has high affinity as dissolution solvent (reservoir formulation), the drug release rate was reduced.  相似文献
