Six new 4″-benzyloxyimino-4″-deoxyavermectin Bla derivatives were synthesized from avermectin Bla by the selective protection of C-5-hydroxy group,oxidation of C-4″-hydroxy group,and deprotection followed by reaction with O-substituted hydroxylamine hydrochlorides.Their structures were confirmed by IR,~1H NMR,~(13)C NMR and MS.Insecticidal activities of the derivatives against Phopalosiphum pseudobrassicae,Spodoptera exigua and Pluteua xylosteua were evaluated.  相似文献

In this paper, 2-carboxybenzaldehyde rhodamine B thiohydrazine(1) was synthesized and developed as a fluorescent probe to recognize Hg2+in DMF/H2 O(1:9, v/v) solution with high selectivity. The probe can be applied to the quanti?cation of Hg2+with a linear concentration range covering from 1.0×10-7mol/L to 1.0×10-5mol/L(R2= 0.9985) and a detection limit of 4.2×10-8mol/L. The experiment results show that the response of probe 1 to Hg2+is pH-independent in a wide range from 4.0 to 9.0. Moreover, the probe 1 exhibits excellent selectivity toward Hg2+over other common metal cations. Most importantly, the probe can be employed to monitor Hg2+in living cells using fluorescent imaging technique with satisfied results.  相似文献

PM2.5 samples for 24 h were collected during winter in Tianjin,China. The ambient mass concentration and chemical composition of the PM2.5 were determined. Ionic species were analyzed by ion chromatog-raphy,while carbonaceous species were determined with the IMPROVE thermal optical reectance(TOR) method,and inorganic elements were measured by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spec-trometer. 5-(1H-Tetrazol-1-yl)isophthalic acid (H(2)L) reacts with Cu(II) ion forming a new metal-organic framework {[CuL]·DMF·H(2)O}(∞) (1) (DMF = N,N-dimethylformamide), with a rutile-related type net topology. Compound 1 possesses a 3D structure with 1D channels that can be desolvated to yield a microporous material. Adsorption properties (N(2), H(2), O(2), CO(2), and CH(4)) of the desolvated solid [CuL] (1a) have been studied, and the results exhibit that 1a possesses fairly good capability of gas sorption for N(2), H(2), O(2), and CO(2) gases, with high selectivity ratios for O(2) over H(2) at 77 K and CO(2) over CH(4) at 195, 273, and 298 K. Furthermore, 1a has excellent O(2) uptake at 77 K and a remarkably high quantity of adsorption for CO(2) at room temperature (298 K) and atmospheric pressure, suggesting its potential applications in gas separation or purification.  相似文献

A novel mode-filtered light gas sensor has been reported.It was constructed by inserting an optical fiber deposited by a thin silicone cladding of cryptophane A into a fused-silica capillary.When different concentration of methane gas was introduced to the sensor,the phenomenon that mode-filtered light intensity decreased with the increasing concentration of methane was observed. Abstract  To explore the influence of the anthracene ring skeleton, with a large conjugated π-system, on the structures and properties of its complexes, two MnII complexes with anthracene-9-carboxylate ligand were synthesized and structurally characterized: {[Mn(L)2(H2O)2](H2O)} (1) and [Mn2(L)4(phen)2(μ-H2O)](CH3OH) (2) (L = anthracene-9-carboxylate and phen = 1,10-phenanthroline). Complex (1) has a one-dimensional (1D) chain structure that is further assembled to form a two-dimensional (2D) sheet, and then an overall three-dimensional (3D) network by π···π stacking and/or C–H···π interactions. Complex (2) makes a dinuclear structure by incorporating the chelating phen ligand, which is further interlinked via inter-molecular π···π stacking and C–H···π interactions to generate a higher-dimensional supramolecular network along the different crystallographic directions. The results reveal that the bulky anthracene ring skeleton in L, by virtue of intra- and/or inter-molecular π···π stacking and C–H···π interactions, plays an important role in the formation of complexes (1) and (2). The magnetic properties of (1) and (2) were further investigated. As expected, the very long inter-metallic separations result in weak magnetic coupling, with the corresponding coupling constant values of J = −10 cm−1 for (1) and J = −2.46 cm−1 for (2). Graphical abstract  The constructions of two new MnII complexes comprising 1D chain (1) and dinuclear subunit (2) structures have been successfully achieved by using a bulky anthracene-9-carboxylic acid (HL), together with incorporating the chelating 1,10-phenanthroline as a co-ligand for (2). The result reveals that the bulky anthracene ring skeleton of HL, by virtue of intra- and/or inter-molecular π···π stacking and C–H···π interactions, plays an important role in the formation of the supramolecular architectures of (1) and (2).
