Unexpected formation of β, meso-directly linked diporphyrin products has been described in the reactions of β-formyl porphyrins with pyrrole under Adler–Longo reaction conditions. Preliminary mechanistic studies indicates that β-dipyrromethane substituted porphyrin structure is the crucial intermediate for the formation of diporphyrin product.  相似文献

Ethynyl-bridged porphyrin-corrole dyads and triads were synthesized by using Pd(0) mediated coupling reactions and their structures were characterized by NMR, FT-IR, UV/Vis and fluorescence techniques. Besides spectroscopic techniques, computational studies at B3LYP/6-311G(d,p) level of DFT were also used to elucidate the minimum energy geometries and the molecular orbital characteristics of the new dyads and triads. DFT calculations pointed out the presence of charge separated donor-acceptor property between macrocycles of dyads and triads, and the emission studies indicated an excited state interaction between macrocycles, and energy transfer from the porphyrin to the corrole unit.  相似文献

A new synthetic route for the synthesis of 5,10,15,20-tetraphenyl porphyrins has been developed based on the reaction of 5-substituted dipyrromethanes with N-tosyl imines in the presence of a metal triflate catalyst. meso-Substituted tetraphenyl porphyrins were synthesized in a two-step process. The first step of the method is the metal triflate-catalyzed condensation of 5-substituted dipyrromethanes with N-tosyl imines to form a porphyrinogen intermediate and the second step is the oxidation of the porphyrinogen to porphyrin. The method was applied to the synthesis of trans-A2B2-tetraarylporphyrins and the products were obtained with only a trace amount of one scrambling product. The synthesis of two important building blocks for porphyrin synthesis, mono and di-sulfonamide alkylated 5-substituted dipyrromethanes, was achieved by the addition of 5-substituted dipyrromethane to N-tosyl imine. The application of mono and di-sulfonamide alkylated 5-substituted dipyrromethanes in ‘2+2’ porphyrin formation reactions is presented.  相似文献

The Schiff base compound, N-N′-bis(4-methoxybenzylidene)ethylenediamine (C18H20N2O2) has been synthesized and its crystal structure has been investigated by X-ray analysis and PM3 method. The compound crystallizes in monoclinic space group P21/n with a=10.190(1), b=7.954(1), c=10.636(1) Å, β=111.68(1)°, V=801.1(1) Å3, Z=2 and Dcal=1.229 Mgm−3. The title structure was solved by direct methods and refined to R=0.056 for 2414 reflections [I>3.0σ(I)] by full-matrix anisotropic least-squares methods. The energy profile of the compound was calculated by PM3 method as a function of θ[N1′–C9′–C9–N1]. The most stable molecular structure of the title compound is the anti conformation, which is different in energy by 5.0 and 1.0 kcal mol−1 from the eclipsed conformation I and gauche conformations, (III and V), respectively.  相似文献

Supply chain: the polycyclic core of (-)-berkelic acid (1) was constructed in just one step from very simple starting materials. The total synthesis of 1 involves a seven-step linear sequence. Protection/deprotection steps were avoided and all but the last step were performed on a gram scale. This synthesis could solve the supply problem associated with the exhaustion of the natural source.  相似文献

The natural radioactivity levels and some radiological parameters of Turkish Portland cements (PC) originated in various regions were determined in this study. The activity concentration of cement samples for 226Ra, 232Th, and 40K were measured using a gamma-ray spectrometer with high purity germanium radiation detector. The PC samples had activity concentrations of 33.0, 16.7, and 239.5 Bq kg−1 for 226Ra, 232Th, and 40K, respectively. The mean value of radium equivalent value (Raeq) was found to be 75.4 Bq kg−1. The radium equivalent values in the cement samples were lower than the acceptable level of 370 Bq kg−1. The calculated radiological parameters were found to be below the acceptance levels.

5-Substituted dipyrromethanes were synthesized by the reaction of N-tosyl imines with excess pyrrole in the presence of metal triflates. Tripyrromethane and other oligomeric side products were not observed. High yields of 5-substituted dipyrromethanes were obtained for electron donating and withdrawing substituents by performing the reaction at two different temperatures. The new reaction procedure is simple and anhydrous conditions are not required.  相似文献

The Cu(OTf)2 catalysed reaction of pyrrole with N-tosyl imines gives pyrrole sulfonamides in high yields. The addition reaction takes place regioselectively at C(2) of the pyrrole. The procedure is simple and does not require anhydrous conditions.  相似文献
