High resolution Fourier transform spectra of deuterated hydrogen sulfide have been recorded in the region 2400-3000 cm−1. Rotational structures of the ν1 + ν2, ν2 + ν3 bands of D232S, of the ν3 and ν1 + ν2 bands of HD32S, and of the ν1 + ν2 band of HD34S were analyzed. Band centers and rotational, centrifugal distortion, and resonance parameters were obtained, which reproduce the initial values of the upper energy levels within a mean accuracy of 1.39 × 10−4 cm−1 for the states (110) and (011) of D232S, 1.61 × 10−4 cm−1 and 1.82 × 10−4 cm−1 for the states (001) and (110) of HD32S, and 2.09 × 10−4 cm−1 for the state (110) of HD34S, respectively.  相似文献

Biofilm growth of Bacillus subtilis, Pseudomonas fragi, Pediococcus inopinatus and Listeria monocytogenes was studied on stainless steel surfaces at room and low temperatures to evaluate the results of traditional hygiene measures. The results were compared with those of image analysis of stainless steel surfaces in an epifluorescence microscope. Statistical analyses were carried out to determine the variations between the conventional cultivation swab method, the glycocalyx amount obtained using swabbing, and the values of the areas of the biofilm, slime and cells. As a general rule, old biofilms showed total counts at approximately the same levels as the young biofilm. The results showed that temperature affected the results for all strains except B. subtilis. The strains of Pe. inopinatus and Ps. fragi showed increased attachment at 6°C and L. monocytogenes at 25°C. The biofilm slime was more easily detached than the cells. The results indicated that the traditional swab method is not reliable for the measurement of biofilm formation on surfaces.  相似文献

The infrared spectrum in the range 900-1230 cm(-1) including the fundamental bands nu(3) and nu(6) of CD(3)CN has been studied. The resolution attained was 0.0025 cm(-1) in the measurement on the Bruker 120 HR Fourier spectrometer in Oulu. About 4000 lines were assigned in the nu(6) band. For the weak nu(3) band, which has not been observed earlier directly, we were able to assign 206 lines in three subbands K=8-10. These lines become detectable due to the strong nu(3)/nu(6) Coriolis resonance. There is also an l(1,-2) resonance between nu(3) and nu(6), which made it possible to obtain a value 2.647721(50) cm(-1) for the axial rotational constant A(0), when D(0)(K) from force field calculations was applied. Different types of resonances with the overtone 3nu(8) and the combinations nu(4)+nu(8) and nu(7)+nu(8) were observed. A simple and general standard-addition method for a single-component determination is presented. The method uses two independent variables for the calculation of the analyte concentration (the amount of sample taken and the amount of analyte added) and one dependent variable, the response. The sensitivity and the response of the blank can also be estimated from the model by changing the amount of the sample and the amount of the analyte addition. In the simples case, a linear equation is assumed to exist between the variables. Geometrically, the model can be expressed by the response plane in the variable-space. The method has all the advantages of the ordinary standard-addition method but also includes automatic blank elimination and versatile matrix-interference control. Two examples of the use of the method are based on graphite-furnace atomic absorption spectrometry of chromium and lead. Standard statistical packages are applied.  相似文献

The serotonin receptor 5-HT1A ligand 4-[18F]fluoro-N-[2-[1-(2-methoxyphenyl)-1-piperazinyl]ethyl-N-2-pyridinyl-benzamide (p-[18F]MPPF) was produced by a simplified method of Le Bars et al. Traditional oil bath heating was compared to microwave heating. Various radioanalytical methods, radio-Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC), High Pressure Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and Mass Spectrometry (MS), were compared in the evaluation of the labelled product(s). The crude reaction mixture consisted of p-[18F]MPPF and 2–4 radioactive by-products eluting after the product fraction, and the reverse-phase HPLC method failed occasionally to separate p-[18F]MPPF from the radioactive by-product with close retention time. The heating method had no significant effect on the composition of labelled by-products. In LC-(ESI)-MS analysis of p-[18F]MPPF the labelled product was identified with m/z ratio of 435 ([M + H+]). The other HPLC fractions were measured to have following m/z ratios: (1) 327; 349; (675) (2) 402; 407/408; (791) and (3) 436, suggesting different kind of decomposition of the labelled product and/or the inactive precursor. The ion trap mass spectrometer was sufficient for the qualitative analysis of p-[18F]MPPF. However, differentiation of by-products arising from the decomposition of p-[18F]MPPF or from its precursor p-MPPNO2 proved to be challenging.  相似文献

The precipitation of micro- and nanoparticles of calcium carbonate onto lignocellulosic microfibers was investigated at different microfiber concentrations with and without polyacrylic acid (PAA), i.e. a polymer commonly used to form polymer-induced liquid precursors of CaCO3. Concentrations of PAA, Ca(OH)2, CO2 and microfiber were varied in order to study the impact of reaction conditions on PCC formation in a batch reactor operated at ambient temperature. High resolution scanning electron micrographs of the samples show that both microfiber concentration and PAA dosage affected the nucleation and crystal growth of PCC filler on cellulosic fiber. Interestingly, at higher microfiber concentrations, larger amount of nano-sized spherical crystals were formed on the microfibers. A higher dosage of PAA, on the other hand, resulted in less nucleation on the microfiber, suggesting a preferential bulk nucleation mechanism. A higher concentration of PAA during the precipitation also led to the formation and stabilization of amorphous CaCO3, which was supported by SEM images and XRD analysis (lack of characteristic crystal structure).  相似文献

The infrared spectrum of doubly deuterated methane CH2D2has been recorded in the region from 1900 to 2400 cm−1at almost Doppler-limited resolution by using two high-resolution Fourier transform spectrometers. The vibrational bands observed include 2ν4, ν4+ ν7, 2ν7, ν2, ν8, ν4+ ν9, and ν7+ ν9, which were analyzed by taking into account Coriolis and Fermi interactions among them and also those with ν4+ ν5, ν3+ ν7, and ν5+ ν7. Most of the centrifugal distortion constants were constrained to appropriate values, while the vibrational term value and three rotational constants in each of the seven excited states were adjusted along with Coriolis and Fermi interaction parameters by the least-squares analysis of the observed spectrum. The vibration–rotation interaction constants αsthus determined for the ν2and ν8states were combined with those of other fundamental states already published to calculate the equilibrium C–H distance.  相似文献

Mimicking the action of enzymes by simpler and more robust man-made catalysts has long inspired bioorganic chemists. During the past decade, mimics for RNA-cleaving enzymes, ribonucleases, or, more precisely, mimics of ribozymes that cleave RNA in sequence-selective rather than base-selective manner, have received special attention. These artificial ribonucleases are typically oligonucleotides (or their structural analogs) that bear a catalytically active conjugate group and catalyze sequence-selective hydrolysis of RNA phosphodiester bonds.  相似文献
