Earlier studies have shown that the β-D-digitoxose (2,6-dideoxy-β-D-mannopyranose) directly attached to the cardiac glycoside steroid C3 has the greatest effect on biological activity. This report describes the synthesis of eight digitoxosides (2a-9a), with widely varying cyclic and acyclic C17β-side groups, and the corresponding C3',C4'-acetonides (2b-9b). NMR analysis of conformational strain introduced by the acetonide groups is supported by crystallographic analysis of the sugars' torsion angles. 相似文献

Peng et al (Int J Uncertain Fuzziness Knowl Based Syst 15:29–41, 2007) introduced, by means of the credibility measure, two dominance relations on fuzzy variables, namely the first- and the second-order dominances. In this paper, we characterize each of these dominance relations, and we justify that they satisfy six well-known properties of comparison methods. We propose a Game Theory approach for the determination of optimal portfolios when returns are fuzzy by introducing the set of best portfolios with respect to the first- and the second-order dominances. Based on the characterization of the first-order dominance, we numerically display some of the best portfolios of the classical set of portfolios of seven independent assets described by triangular fuzzy numbers. 相似文献

A comprehensive investigation on the synthesis and properties of a series of ferrocene‐containing (meth)acrylate monomers and their polymers that differ in the linkers between the ferrocene unit and the backbone was carried out. The side‐chain ferrocene‐containing polymers were prepared via atom transfer radical polymerization. The kinetic studies indicated that polymerization of most monomers followed a “controlled”/living manner. The polymerization rates were affected by the vinyl monomer structures and decreased with an increase of the linker length. Methacrylate polymerization was much faster than acrylate polymerization. The optical absorption of monomers and polymers was affected by the linkers. Thermal properties of these polymers can be tuned by controlling the length of the linker between the ferrocene unit and the backbone. By increasing the length of the linker, the glass transition temperature ranged from over 100 to ?20 °C. Pycnanthus anglonensis is known for its medicinal value. This paper deals with a phytochemical investigation of this species, from which pycnangloside (1), a new cerebroside has been isolated. Its structure was determined by comprehensive analyses of its 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopic, and ESI mass spectrometric data. Four known compounds were also isolated and identified as biochanin A, formonentin, beta-sitosterol, and beta-sitosterol glucopyranoside. 相似文献

Dynamics of the plane and solitary waves in a Noguchi network:Effects of the nonlinear quadratic dispersion

We consider a modified Noguchi network and study the impact of the nonlinear quadratic dispersion on the dynamics of modulated waves. In the semi-discrete limit, we show that the dynamics of these waves are governed by a nonlinear cubic Schrodinger equation. From the graphical analysis of the coefficients of this equation, it appears that the nonlinear quadratic dispersion counterbalances the effects of the linear dispersion in the frequency domain. Moreover, we establish that this nonlinear quadratic dispersion provokes the disappearance of some regions of modulational instability in the dispersion curve compared to the results earlier obtained by Pelap et al.(Phys. Rev. E 91 022925(2015)). We also find that the nonlinear quadratic dispersion limit considerably affects the nature, stability, and characteristics of the waves which propagate through the system. Furthermore, the results of the numerical simulations performed on the exact equations describing the network are found to be in good agreement with the analytical predictions. 相似文献
