We found a strong paraoxon-hydrolyzing activity (23.4 +/- 8.50 nmol/h/individual and 137 +/- 86.2 nmol/h/mg protein) in the crude extract from larvae of Culex tritaeniorhynchus Toyama 89, which is markedly resistant to organophosphorous insecticides. The activity was higher than those from Cx. tritaeniorhynchus re-e-ae (0.175 +/- 0.0336 and 1.83 +/- 0.651), Anopheles omorii (0.112 +/- 0.0301 and 1.86 +/- 0.746) and An. stephensi (0.0651 +/- 0.0713 and 0.789 +/- 0.910), which are susceptible to organophosphorous insecticides. These facts suggest that the high paraoxon-hydrolyzing activity plays a role in the development of organophosphorous resistance in Cx. tritaeniorhynchus. The enzyme preparation obtained from Toyama 89 showed higher activity in the alkaline pH range and its Km values to paraoxon were 0.67 mM in larvae and 0.50 mM in adults. A calcium ion was strictly required for the hydrolysis of paraoxon. Fenitroxon was also hydrolyzed, in addition to paraoxon. However, it did not degradate parathion and fenitrothion at all. Dichlorvos and phenyl acetate competitively inhibited the enzyme. The phenyl acetate-hydrolyzing activity in the preparation of Toyama 89 was significantly (p less than 0.01) lower than those in susceptible strains, and was irreversibly inhibited by paraoxon. Therefore, the paraoxon-hydrolyzing activity belongs to the class of organophosphate compound hydrolases; it must be thus distinguished from bacterial phosphotriesterase.  相似文献

Previous results on quasi-classical limit of the KP hierarchy and itsW-infinity symmetries are extended to the Toda hierarchy. The Planck constant now emerges as the spacing unit of difference operators in the Lax formalism. Basic notions, such as dressing operators, Baker-Akhiezer functions, and tau function, are redefined.W 1 + symmetries of the Toda hierarchy are realized by suitable rescaling of the Date-Jimbo-Kashiara-Miwa vertex operators. These symmetries are contracted tow 1 + symmetries of the dispersionless hierarchy through their action on the tau function.  相似文献

Chiral diamines, 2-(anilinophenylmethyl)pyrrolidines and 2-(anilinodiphenylmethyl)pyrrolidine, were prepared from N-(tert-butoxycarbonyl)pyrrolidine or (S)-proline as a starting material, respectively. These chiral diamines were efficient for the catalytic enantioselective borane reduction of acetophenone. Using (S)-2-(anilinodiphenylmethyl)pyrrolidine, chiral secondary alcohols were obtained from prochiral ketones with good to excellent enantiomeric excesses (up to 98% ee).  相似文献

A continuum limit of the Toda lattice field theory, called the SDiff(2) Toda equation, is shown to have a Lax formalism and an infinite hierarchy of higher flows. The Lax formalism is very similar to the case of the self-dual vacuum Einstein equation and its hyper-Kähler version, however now based upon a symplectic structure on a cylinderS 1×R. An analogue of the Toda lattice tau function is introduced. The existence of hidden SDiff(2) symmetries are derived from a Riemann-Hilbert problem in the SDiff(2) group. Symmetries of the tau function turn out to have commutator anomalies, hence give a representation of a central extension of the SDiff(2) algebra.  相似文献

We studied structural, optical and vibrational properties of K-doped ZnO nanostructures. X-ray diffraction studies reveal that the prepared particles are hexagonal wurtzite in structure. Increase in lattice parameters and unit cell volume is observed after K doping. Dopant influences on stress, strain of the system are studied using W–H plots. Band gap variation by doping of K is identified from optical absorption studies. Photoluminescence studies have given insight into the enhancement in blue emission observed by K doping along with the near band emission of nano ZnO. From Fourier transform infrared spectral measurements, K-related local vibration mode is observed along with the information related to influence of doping on characteristic vibrational modes of ZnO.  相似文献

Stereoselective formation of carbocycles was carried out through [RhCl(cod)]2-catalyzed reactions of alkenylzirconocene chloride to ω-carbonyl-α,β-ene carbonyls (ketone, ester, and amide) or to bis-enone derivatives. The Rh(I)-catalyzed reaction of alkenylzirconocene chloride with ω-carbonyl-α,β-enoyl amide, which is derived from Oppolzer’s sultam, showed high diastereoselectivity to yield an carbocycle (95% yield, >95% de).  相似文献
