Using standard techniques, the Nambu-Jona-Lasinio Lagrangian with its chirally invariant four-fermion couplings is transformed into a bosonized form which includes scalar, pseudo-scalar, vector and axial-vector fields. Then, after eliminating the scalar and axialvector fields in an appropriate way, we obtain the Lagrangian given by Bando et al. based on the “hidden” local symmetry approach, except that in the present approach the free parametera of their model is now uniquely given by a=(1? M V 2 /M A 2 )?1 in terms of the vector and axial-vector meson massesM V andM A. The value ofa=2, which led them to remarkable phenomenological successes is therefore directly connected with the Weinberg mass relation MA=√2MV in this model. The formal equivalence between the hidden symmetry approach and the massive Yang-Mills scheme is clearly demonstrated in the present approach, which derives an effective meson theory starting from a Lagrangian at the underlying quark level.  相似文献

Described is the preparation of chiral octaethylporphyrin derivatives having two 2-substituted naphthyl groups in a trans orientation at the 5- and 15-meso positions and formyl or hydroxymethyl or alkoxymethyl group derived therefrom at the 10-meso position. One of the derivatives has been successfully resolved into enantiomers by means of HPLC.  相似文献

13C NMR spectra are reported for derivatives of toxic sesquiterpenes, anisatin (I) and neoanisatin (II). Chemical shifts for each compound have been assigned on the basis of off-resonance decoupling experiments, known chemical shift rules, and comparison of the spectra among the compounds examined. Toxic anisatin (I) is known to isomerize under mild conditions to a non-toxic compound, anisatinic acid. The structure of anisatinic acid has been determined unambiguously to be IIIa by the 13C NMR spectral analysis of a derivative 8 of anisatinic acid. Some aspects of the substituent effects on the 13C chemical shifts obtained in the present investigation are described.  相似文献

Polycyclic aromatic compounds consisting of four or five fused anthracene units were synthesized by PtCl2-catalyzed cycloisomerization as novel long expanded helicenes. These compounds have helical structures with significant stacking of the terminal anthracene moieties at 0.33 nm interlayer distance. In the UV-vis and fluorescence spectra, the absorption and emission bands were red-shifted as the number of fused anthracene units was increased. The characteristic broad and long-lived emission bands of the long analogues are explained by the excimer-like stabilization of the excited state. These photophysical data as well as their cyclic voltammetric data are discussed on the basis of the π-conjugation and interlayer π⋅⋅⋅π interactions in the molecular structures and the molecular orbitals. The barrier and mechanism of helical inversion are also reported.  相似文献

The stereochemistry around the N‐benzoylated indole moiety of indometacin was studied by restricting the rotation about the N? C7′ and/or C7′? C1′ bond. In the 2′,6′‐disubstituted ones, an atropisomeric property was found and the atropoisomers were separated and isolated as stable forms. Their biological abilities to inhibit cyclooxygenase‐1 (COX‐1) and cyclooxygenase‐2 (COX‐2) were examined. Only the aR‐isomer showed specific inhibition of COX‐1, and COX‐2 was not inhibited by either atropisomer. Conformational analysis in NMR studies and X‐ray crystallography, and CD spectra in combination with calculations were utilized to elucidate the bioactive conformations.  相似文献

The development and manufacture of an adsorbent to remove phosphate ion for the prevention of eutrophication in lakes are very important. The characteristics of phosphate adsorption onto aluminum oxide hydroxide were investigated to estimate the adsorption isotherms, the rate of adsorption, and the selectivity of adsorption. Phosphate was easily adsorbed onto aluminum oxide hydroxide, because of the hydroxyl groups. The adsorption of phosphate onto aluminum oxide hydroxide was influenced by pH in solution: the amount adsorbed was greatest at pH 4, ranging with pH from 2 to 9. The optimum pH for phosphate removal by aluminum oxide hydroxide is 4. The selectivity of phosphate adsorption onto aluminum oxide hydroxide was evaluated based on the amount of phosphate ion adsorbed onto aluminum oxide hydroxide from several anion complex solutions. It is phosphate that aluminum oxide hydroxide can selectively adsorb. The selectivity of phosphate onto aluminum oxide hydroxide was about 7000 times that of chloride. This result indicated that the hydroxyl groups on aluminum oxide hydroxide have selective adsorptivity for phosphate and could be used for the removal of phosphate from seawater.  相似文献

Effects of the second-order correction in multiple scattering theory and the nucleon binding correction to the optical potential are investigated in π?-4He elastic scattering and total reaction cross-sections. The second-order correction includes not only nucleon-nucleon correlation effects but also the contribution from spin (isospin) double-flip processes. It is found that the latter has an ascendency over the former. We have also shown that the nucleon binding effect is very important to reproduce the energy dependence of the total elastic cross section and the total reaction cross section, especially in the low energy and resonance energy regions.  相似文献
