One-pot hydroiodination and deconjugation of 5-aryloxy(or thiophenyl)-3-pentyn-2-one with a reagent system of sodium iodide/trimethylsilyl chloride/water in acetonitrile at 25℃ have been described.The plasuible mechanism was discussed.The reaction provided a simple and useful method for the preparation of (Z)-β-substituted β,γ-enones and (Z)-β-substituted α,β-unsaturated ketones.  相似文献

Using two versions of the first principles full potential linear muffin-tin orbitals method (FPLMTO) which enable an accurate treatment of the interstitial regions, the electronic and optical properties of (110) growth axis Si/SiGe superlattices are investigated. A comparative study with (001) growth axis superlattices is made. In particular, it is found that the bottom of the conduction band (CB) is closer to ΓΓ in the (110) system but the optical activity is not enhanced. Furthermore, the absorption spectra of the superlattices are calculated and are found to be quite different from those of bulk Si and Ge but fairly close to their average.  相似文献

A surface wave in a planar nonlinear waveguide is a current problem that has several applications in modern electronics and optics such as optical sensors design. The effect of thermal stress on the optical performance of a nonlinear symmetrical sensor is studied. The mathematical forms of the dispersion equation and thermal-stress sensitivity are analytically derived and plotted numerically. It is found that the thermal sensitivity of the sensor can be controlled by tuning the core size, by changing the loading materials, and by carefully selecting the materials.  相似文献

The electronic properties of both ScxGa1−xAs and ScxGa1−xN ternary alloy and superlattice systems are investigated within the first-principles full-potential linear muffin-tin orbitals method (FPLMTO) in its atomic sphere approximation (ASA) using the technique of empty spheres, which allows an accurate treatment of the interstitial regions. The phase transition from the rocksalt (B1) to the zinc blende (B3) structure is investigated and the possibility of zinc blende/zinc blende GaN/ScxGa1−xN and GaAs/ScxGa1−xAs superlattices is expected. Wide and direct gaps are found to be possible in these systems, predicting them as good candidates for optoelectronic applications.  相似文献

The synthesis and the single crystal structure of the title compound (I), C52H50O2S2, consisting of five benzene rings and four carbon‐carbon triple bonds and with methylthio groups at both ends were described. The distance, according to the X‐ray data, between the two ended sulfur atoms of compound (I) was close to the calculated value from Spartan'04//Hartree‐Fock//3–21G(*). The dihedral angle between the adjacent two benzene rings in this linear conjugated molecule is about 17°.  相似文献

A mild transformation of various amides and imides into the corresponding esters and diesters in good yields by using chlorotrimethylsilane and alcohols at rt are described. The preparation of mixed thiophene/furan oligomers with alkyl groups at α,α′‐position by the method which we discovered recently in our lab is presented. Thus, the mixed thiophene/furan oligomers can be prepared in good yields from monoiodoarene in the presence of 5 mol % of palladacycle catalyst and 1.2 equiv of N,N‐diisopropylethylamine in DMF at 100°C for 8 h.  相似文献
