Nine new 3-hydroxyflavone derivatives as fluorescent molecular sensors having two well-separated emission bands were synthesized. These sensors can occupy well-determined locations and orientations in macromolecular ensembles, such as micelles due to their finely-tuned designs. These polarity-sensitive dyes can incorporate into the anhydrous hydrophobic core of aqueous micelles.  相似文献

The aldol reactions of 2‐arylimino‐3‐aryl‐thiazolidine‐4‐ones with benzaldehyde carried out at ?78 °C were found to produce sec‐carbinols. Intramolecular hydrogen bonding within the aldol products forming a six‐membered ring enabled the assignment of stereochemistries of the major and minor diastereomers via analysis of the syn and anti 3JH,H 1H NMR coupling constants. Abstract

A series of novel β-mercapto carbonyl compounds (3a–z), methyl 2-(3-oxo-1,3-diarylpropylthio)acetate, were synthesized and characterized via iodine-catalyzed addition of methyl thioglycolate to chalcones (1a–z).

Terpenoid-like bischalcones (3 and 4) were synthesized from the reaction of α- and β-ionones and benzaldehydes in excellent yields. The Michael addition of 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds to bischalcones (3 and 4) resulted in the formation of cyclohexenones derivatives (10a–d and 14a, b) via regioselective addition of 1,3-dicarbonyls and then cyclization.  相似文献

In this study, a series of cyclotriphosphazene derivatives containing a Schiff base (3a–3d) were synthesized by the reactions of hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene (1) with bis-aryl Schiff bases ( 2a – 2d ) having different terminal groups (H, F, Cl, and Br). The products ( 3a – 3d ) were characterized by elemental and mass analyses, FT-IR, and 1 H, 13 C, and 31 P NMR spectroscopies. Furthermore, the structure of compound 3a was also determined by X-ray crystallography. The thermal behaviors and the spectral properties of the new cyclotriphosphazene compounds ( 3a – 3d ) were investigated and the results were compared in the series.  相似文献

Manganese(III) acetate catalyzed oxidative radical‐addition reactions of α‐dicarbonyl compounds such as methyl acetoacetate ( 6 ), acetylacetone ( 7 ), and dimedone ( 8 ) to the mixture of 1‐ and 2‐phenylcyclohepta‐1,3,5‐triene ( 4 and 5 ) were investigated (Scheme 1). The 1‐phenylcyclohepta‐1,3,5‐triene ( 4 ) formed mainly [2+3] and [4+3] dihydrofuran addition products derived from cycloheptatriene and [2+3] dihydrofuran addition products derived from the norcaradiene structure. The 2‐phenylcyclohepta‐1,3,5‐triene ( 5 ) formed mainly [6+3] dihydrofuran addition products derived from cycloheptatriene and [4+3] dihydrofuran addition products derived from the norcaradiene structure. The structures of isolated products were established by their spectroscopic data (IR, 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR, MS, and elemental analysis) and comparison with literature data. The formation mechanism of the products is discussed.  相似文献
