The temperature effect on the separation of fullerenes in LC was examined using monomeric type C30, C18 and C8 alkyl bonded stationary phases. It appears that the C30 phase exhibits superior separation ability for fullerenes. It is observed that the maximum retention temperature of fullerenes on the C30 phase is around 20 degrees C. A strong correlation between the changes in NMR spectra and the retention behavior of the solutes was found. The interpretation of the retention behavior of fullerenes on the alkyl bonded stationary phases, including the behavior in subambient temperature, is discussed using the information obtained by CP-MAS solid-state NMR spectroscopy and LC.  相似文献

A microanalytical method for the determination of traces of natural brassinosteroids as their dansylaminophenylboronates by liquid chromatography with fluorimetric detection is described. The boronates are easily prepared by the reaction of brassinosteroids with dansylaminophenylboronic acid (DABA), which was newly synthesized as a precolumn fluorogenic reagent for brassinosteroids. The potential of the method is demonstrated by the separation of a standard brassinosteroid mixture and the analysis of a biologically active fraction sample obtained from an extract of Zea mays L. pollen. The detection limit of the DABA derivative was found to be 25 pg for brassinolide, which is superior to that of the phenanthreneboronate derivative.  相似文献

Intercalation of alkylalcohols into -zirconium phosphate was investigated at 25°C and/or under reflux.n-Alcohols having two to five carbons and 2-propanol were taken up at 25°C. These alcohols, andn-hexanol and heptanol, also intercalated under reflux.n-Alcohols having eight to eighteen carbon atoms intercalated when a stepwise method was employed. 2-Butanol and tertiary amylalcohols intercalated under reflux using a butanol intercalate as a starting material. Ethanol-to-butanol intercalates were unstable at room temperature, losing alcohols and changing to -zirconium phosphate. The particle size of the -zirconium phosphate did not affect the intercalation of alcohols.  相似文献

Tie-line results at 298.15 K and atmospheric pressure are reported for (cyclohexane + acetonitrile + methylcyclohexane + toluene) and for {(acetonitrile + methylcyclohexane) + benzene or + toluene or + cyclohexane or + chlorobenzene). The extended UNIQUAC and UNIQUAC equations are used to correlate binary vapour-liquid equilibria and mutual solubilities for 10 mixtures constituting the ternary mixtures and to predict the ternary and quaternary liquid-liquid equilibria by use of only binary parameters.  相似文献

The oxidation of alcohols using catalytic amounts of metal complexes is highly attractive from the viewpoint of green chemistry principles. However, examples of metal complex-catalyzed oxidations of alcohols with O2 using water as the solvent are still rare, and precious metals, high-pressure O2 or air, and a stoichiometric amount of base are often required. In this study, it was found that an oxovanadium-4,4′-t-Bubpy (4,4′-di-tert-butyl-2,2′-bipyridyl) complex exhibited high catalytic activity in the oxidation of benzhydrols under an atmosphere of O2 in water as the sole solvent. Interestingly, this catalytic oxidation method could be applied to the gram-scale aerobic oxidation of alcohols in water under the atmosphere.  相似文献

Dimerization of 3-methyl-3-butenenitrile (1) by lithium dialkylamide gave selectively 3,5,5-trimethyl-1-amino-4-cyanocyclohexa-1,3-diene (2), which was easily hydrolyzed by aqueous acid to afford 4-cyanoisophorone (3,5,5-trimethyl-4-cyano-cyclohex-2-enone) (3) quantitatively.  相似文献
