The structures of two of the three isomeric products of the reactions between cis- and trans-cyclohexanedicarboxylic anhydrides and methylhydrazine were determined by single-crystal X-ray methods to ascertain their tautomeric forms and stereochemistries. One product was found to be cis-N-methylamino-1,2-cyclohexanedicarboximide and the other trans-hexahydro-2-methylcyclohexa[d]pyridazine-1,2-dione.  相似文献

Metal nanoparticles (NPs) are a subject of global interest in research community due to their diverse applications in various fields of science. The stabilization of these metal NPs is of great concern in order to avoid their agglomerization during their applications. There is a huge pool of cations and anions available for the selection of ionic liquids (ILs) as stabilizers for the synthesis of metal NPs. ILs are known for their tunable nature allowing the fine tuning of NPs size and solubility by varying the substitutions on the heteroatom as well as the counter anions. However, there has been a debate over the stability of metal NPs stabilized by ILs over a long period of time and also upon their recycling and reuse in organocatalytic reactions. ILs covalently attached to solid supports (SILLPs) have given a new dimension for the stabilization of metal NPs as well as their separation, recovery, and reuse in organocatalytic reactions. Poly(ILs) (PILs) or polyelectrolytes have created a significant revolution in the polymer science owing to their characteristic properties of polymers as well as ILs. This dual behavior of PILs has facilitated the stabilization of PIL-stabilized metal NPs over a long period of time with negligible or no change in particle size, stability, and size distribution upon recycling in catalysis. This review provides an insight into the different types of imidazolium-based ILs, supported ILs, and PILs used so far for the stabilization of metal NPs and their applications as a function of their cations and counter anions.  相似文献

A series of 2,3-disubstituted pyridines and pyrido[2,3-d]pyridazines have been synthesized. The molecular structure of the compounds have been elucidated by using chromatography; ir, nmr, and mass spectrometry; and chemical methods, in particular metal complexation. The new compounds offer interesting chemistry and are envisaged to function as potential chemotherapeutic and pharmacodynamic agents.  相似文献

The heats of solution of benzene, chlorobenzene, and aniline in mixtures of methanol or n-decane with 1-butanol or 1-decanol were measured by the calorimetric method at 25°C. The resulting data were supplemented with published data for the same solutes in a mixture of hexane with 1-butanol. The standard heats of solution of the investigated substances are described by common equations with a new independent variable: The relative fraction of hydroxy groups in the solution for the following pairs of mixtures with the same common component (alcohol): hexane-1-butanol + 1-butanol-methanol, decane-1-butanol + 1-butanol-methanol, and decane-1-decanol + 1-decanol-methanol.  相似文献

A series of 3-substituted (chloro, bromo, fluoro or methyl) 7-(3,3-dimethyl-1-triazeno)-10-methylphenothiazines were synthesized as potential antitumor agents. Treatment of p-substituted anilines with ammonium thiocyanate in the presence of bromine gave 6-substituted 2-aminobenzthiazoles which, after methylation with methyl iodide were hydrolyzed in 50% potassium hydroxide to give 5-substituted 2-methylaminothiophenols in moderate yield. Condensation of methylaminothiophenols with 3,4-dichloronitrobenzene in ethanol under an atomsphere of nitrogen gave adducts which were cyclized in dimethylformamide under the catalysis of copper and cuprous iodide to give 3-substituted 7-nitro-10-methylphenothiazines. The nitro group was reduced to the amino function with stannous chloride. Diazotization of the amines followed by coupling with dimethylamine gave the corresponding triazenes.  相似文献

A lipophilic chelate formed from tropolone and99mTc is described. Radiochemical yields of the chelate were 90–95%. The radiochemical purity of neutral chelate as determined by HPLC was greater than 95%. The octanol/water partition coefficient of the chelate was 3.2 Whole-body distribution studies of the labeled chelate were carried out in rats.  相似文献
