Heterogeneous systems based on the proton–conducting oxide of La0.95Sr0.05ScO3 – δ with Cu, Fe, Ni, Pd, La0.9Sr0.1MnO3 – δ considered as potential materials of solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) electrodes are synthesized. Chemical interaction between individual components of composite materials is studied, dependences of thermal and chemical expansion of the electrolyte and composites are obtained, conductivity of electrodes is measured under the conditions of SOFC operation.  相似文献

Technique was developed for fabrication of a supporting thin-walled gas-tight ZrO2–Y2O3 electrolyte base of strict configuration for tubular solid-oxide fuel cells. The technique includes a plasma-assisted deposition and vacuum impregnation with salt solutions, followed by a thermal treatment. The properties of plasma-ceramic solid electrolytes based on cubic and tetragonal (t') forms of ZrO2 and the same electrolytes modified with small additions (0.5 wt %) of aluminum oxide were examined. The phase composition, electrical conductivity, thermal expansion, and stability of the materials synthesized were studied. A high stability in time of the tetragonal t'-solid electrolytes was noted, which opens up prospects for their application in solid-oxide fuel cells.  相似文献

Fundamental aspects of the phase formation and morphology of films of the proton-conducting solid electrolyte La0.95Sr0.05ScO3–δ, produced by wet deposition from inorganic salts on a porous cathode substrate La0.6Sr0.4MnO3–δ. The conditions in which gas-tight films are deposited onto substrates with porosity of up to 25% were determined. The electrical conductivity of La0.95Sr0.05ScO3–δ films was examined in relation to temperature and gas-phase composition (рН2О, рО2). The effect of the architecture of the electrolyte membrane on its transport properties was analyzed. The results of the study are of fundamental importance for development of proton-ceramic fuel cells with a supporting electrode.  相似文献

The conductivity and ion and proton transfer numbers were measured in La1 ? x Sr x Sc1 ? y Mg y O3 ? α system (x = y = 0.10–0.20). The partial conductivities (total ion, proton, oxygen, hole) and their effective activation energies were calculated. The measurements were carried out in air with respect to humidity (pH2O = 0.04?2.65 kPa) within the temperature range from 630 to 920°C.  相似文献

Structural transformations of V-P-O catalysts have been studied in situ in oxidative, inert and reducing atmosphere by the high-temperature X-ray diffraction method. Formation of vanadyl phosphates is shown to depend on the P/V ratio in the initial sample. It has been established that transformations in the phase composition of catalysts is independent of the reaction media at P/V=2. The effect of catalyst composition on catalytic properties is discussed.

The Pt-La0.9Sr0.1ScO3 ? δ interface was studied by impedance spectroscopy at different temperatures (600–900°C) and partial pressures of oxygen (50 < pO2 < 2.1 × 104 Pa) in the gas phase saturated with H2O vapors at 25°C (pH2O = 3.17 kPa). The polarization resistance of electrodes was calculated taking into account the shunt effect of the hole conductivity of the electrolyte. In the range of temperatures and partial oxygen pressures in the gas phase under study, the mechanism of the electrode reaction at the Pt-La0.9Sr0.1ScO3 ? δ interface was shown to be the same.  相似文献
