3-(4-Phenyl) benzoyl propionic acid was used as the starting material for the synthesisof furanones (2), pyrrolinones (5), pyridazinones (7), benzoxazinones (8) and quinazolinones (9-11). YBa2Cu3-xVxO7-y(x=0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5 and 0.6) superconductors have been prepared. X-ray diffraction shows that the system remains orthorhombic for all compositions studied, but for x > 0.4 V2O5 was detected as an impurity phase. Substitution of V5+ for Cu2+ occurs in the Cu(2) sites on the Cu(2)-O planes. The introduction of the high valence element, vanadium, produces the extra free-electrons. These electrons recombine with the positive carrier of the system. It makes depression of the mobility and the Hall number of YBa2Cu3-xVxO7-v and also results in a depression of TC.  相似文献

Abstract— Chemiluminescence of the Eu(II)/Eu(III)-adenine nucleotide-H2O2 system and fluorescence of the Eu(III)-adenosine triphosphate system have been investigated. The spectral distribution of the chemiluminescence emission has shown an occurrence of three main bands (Λ=470–480,590–620 and ca. 700 nm). The energy transfer process from the adenosine triphosphate molecules to the Eu(III) ions has been observed in the fluorescence spectrum. The examined chemiluminescence and fluorescence spectra show that these both kinds of emission originate from the 5 D ***τ7F*** ( n =1–4) transitions in the Eu(III) ions.  相似文献

The last 2 years multi-compound methods are gaining ground as screening methods. In this study a high-resolution liquid chromatography combined with time-of-flight mass spectrometry (HRLC–ToF-MS) is tested for the screening of about 100 veterinary drugs in three matrices, meat, fish and egg. While the results are satisfactory for 70–90% of the veterinary drugs, a more efficient sample preparation or extract purification is required for quantitative analysis of all analytes in more difficult matrices like egg. The average mass measurement error of the ToF-MS for the veterinary drugs spiked at concentrations ranging from 4 to 400 μg/kg, is 3.0 ppm (median 2.5 ppm) with little difference between the three matrices, but slightly decreases with increasing concentration. The SigmaFit value, a new feature for isotope pattern matching, also decreases with increasing concentration and, in addition, shows an increase with increasing matrix complexity. While the average SigmaFit value is 0.04, the median is 0.01 indicating some high individual deviations. As with the mass measurement error, the highest deviations are found in those regions of the chromatogram where most compounds elute from the column, be it analytes or matrix compounds. The median repeatability of the method ranges from 8% to 15%, decreasing with increasing concentration, while the median reproducibility ranges from 15% to 20% with little difference between matrices and concentrations. The median accuracy is in between 70% and 100% with a few compounds showing higher values due to matrix interference. The squared regression coefficient is >0.99 for 92% of the compounds showing a good overall linearity for most compounds. The detection capability, CCβ, is within 2 times the associated validation level for >90% of the compounds studied. By changing a few conditions in the analyses protocol and analysing a number of blank samples, it was determined that the method is robust as well as specific. Finally, an alternative validation strategy is proposed and tested for screening methods. While the results calculated for repeatability, within-lab reproducibility and CCβ show a good comparison for the matrices meat and fish, and a reasonable comparison for the matrix egg, only 27 analyses are required to obtain these results versus 63 analysis in the traditional, 2002/657/EC, approach. This alternative is suggested as a cost-effective validation procedure for screening methods.  相似文献

The influence of natural organic matter on the screening of pharmaceuticals in water was determined by using high resolution liquid chromatography (HRLC) combined with full scan mass spectrometry (MS) techniques like time of flight (ToF) or Orbitrap MS. Water samples containing different amount of natural organic matter (NOM) and residues of a set of 11 pharmaceuticals were analyzed by using Exactive Orbitrap? LC-MS. The samples were screened for residues of pharmaceuticals belonging to different classes like benzimidazoles, macrolides, penicillins, quinolones, sulfonamides, tetracyclines, tranquillizers, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), anti-epileptics and lipid regulators. The method characteristics were established over a concentration range of 0.1-500 μg L(-1). The 11 pharmaceuticals were added to two effluent and two influent water samples. The NOM concentration within the samples ranged from 2 to 8 mg L(-1) of dissolved organic carbon. The HRLC-Exactive Orbitrap? LC-MS system was set at a resolution of 50,000 (FWHM) and this selection was found sufficient for the detection of the list of pharmaceuticals. With this resolution setting, accurate mass measurements with errors below 2 ppm were found, despite of the NOM concentration of the different types of water samples. The linearities were acceptable with correlation coefficients greater than 0.95 for 30 of the 51 measured linearities. The limit of detection varies between 0.1 μg L(-1)and 100 μg L(-1). It was demonstrated that sensitivity could be affected by matrix constituents in both directions of signal reduction or enhancement. Finally it was concluded that with direct shoot method used (no sample pretreatment) all compounds, were detected but LODs depend on matrix-analyte-concentration combination. No direct relation was observed between NOM concentration and method characteristics. For accurate quantification the use of internal standards and/or sample clean-up is necessary. The direct shoot method is only applicable for qualitative screening purposes. The use of full scan MS makes it possible to search for unknown contaminants. With the use of adequate software and a database containing more than 50,000 entries a tool is available to search for unknowns.  相似文献

A proficiency test including the screening analysis of antibiotics in beef using cryogenicly minced materials was organized by RIKILT in 2009. The test included blank beef samples and beef samples spiked with either flumequine or a combination of lincomycin and spectinomycin around the maximum residue limits [1]. The suitability of the materials was demonstrated with a homogeneity and a stability study. This study showed that cryogenically minced spiked muscle material is suited for proficiency tests aiming at the screening and the confirmatory analysis.Of the 26 participants, 23 carried out their in-house screening approach involving microbial, biochemical or instrumental methods, or a combination of these to cover the broad range of antibiotic groups. The false negative rate was 73% for microbial methods, 50% for biochemical and 22% for instrumental methods. These results indicate that substantial effort is needed to improve screening approaches and that more regular proficiency tests are needed to reveal the shortcomings in the currently applied screening methods.  相似文献

Chloramphenicol is a broad-spectrum antibiotic with, apart from its human medicinal use, veterinary abuse in all major food-producing animals. Chloramphenicol occurs in four stereoisomers (all para-nitro substituted) and furthermore four meta-nitro analogs of chloramphenicol exist. In this paper these are referred to as eight chloramphenicol isomers. According to EU regulations an analytical method should be able to discriminate the analyte from interfering substances that might be present in the sample, including isomers. For the first time a quantitative method for the analysis of trace levels of eight chloramphenicol isomers in urine by chiral liquid chromatography in combination with tandem mass spectrometric detection is reported. The separation of the isomers on the analytical column, the clean-up of urine and the selectivity of the monitored product ions turned out to be critical parameters. To obtain reproducible retention isocratic elution on a chiral AGP column was applied. For urine samples matrix compounds present in the final extract caused decreased retention of the isomers on the chiral stationary phase and a lack of chromatographic resolution. Therefore an extended clean-up procedure that combines solid phase extraction and liquid-liquid extraction had to be developed. The final method was fully validated and showed satisfactory performance for all isomers with decision limits (CCα) ranging from 0.005 to 0.03 μg L(-1) and within-laboratory reproducibility of all isomers below 20% at the minimum required performance limit level of 0.3 μg L(-1).  相似文献

An in-line collector assembly designed for use in supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) vessels is described. This assembly enables solutes extracted by supercritical fluids (SF) to be retained in-line on standard solid phase extraction (SPE) columns. The assembly consists of a standard 1 mL or 3 mL SPE column fitted into a specially fabricated Teflon© sleeve. The SPE column-Teflon sleeve assembly is inserted into the SFE vessel followed by the sample matrix. This unit forms a leak-tight seal with the vessel's end-cap up to pressures of 680 bar. The choice of sorbents used in the in-line SPE columns is dependent upon the properties of the solute in the supercritical state. After SFE is completed, the SPE column is removed and the solutes are recovered in 1–2 mL of the eluting solvent. No further clean-up is normally required prior to chromatographic analysis of the analyte. A comparison was made of recoveries by in-line and off-line (after SF decompression) techniques for the SFE of three anabolic steroids in fortified chicken liver. The HPLC chromatograms of the steroids from the off-line SPE columns were too complex for quantitation, because of coeluting artifacts, whereas chromatograms obtained from in-line SPE columns were free from UV-absorbing interferences and were easily quantified.  相似文献
