Ammonia, NH3, is an essential molecule, being part of fertilizers. It is currently synthesized via the Haber–Bosch process, from the very stable dinitrogen molecule, N2 and dihydrogen, H2. This process requires high temperatures and pressures, thereby generating ca 1.6 % of the global CO2 emissions. Alternative strategies are needed to realize the functionalization of N2 to NH3 under mild conditions. Here, we show that boron-centered radicals provide a means of activating N2 at room temperature and atmospheric pressure whilst allowing a radical process to occur, leading to the production of borylamines. Subsequent hydrolysis released NH4+, the acidic form of NH3. EPR spectroscopy supported the intermediacy of radicals in the process, corroborated by DFT calculations, which rationalized the mechanism of the N2 functionalization by R2B radicals.  相似文献

The regioselective C-H functionalization of the five-membered ring of the 6,5-fused heterocyclic systems is nowadays well documented due to its high reactivity compared to the six-membered ring. So, developing new procedures of C-H functionalization of the six-membered ring “by thinking out of the box” is extremely challenging, which explains the limited number of reports published to date. This review paper aims to highlight advances achieved in this emerging chemistry research and discusses recently reported methods.  相似文献

Intermolecular, stepwise functionalization by BH bonds of a (triphosphine)MoIV–nitrido complex generated by N2 splitting is reported. The imido–hydride and di‐hydride–amido MoIV complexes have been isolated and characterized. Addition of PinBH to the [Mo(H)2(N(BPin)2)]+ complex at room temperature results in the liberation of borylamines from the metal center.  相似文献

With the growing interest in more environmentally friendly solvents and processes, the introduction of Natural Deep Eutectic Solvents (NaDES) as low cost, non-toxic and biodegradable solvents represent a new opportunity for green and sustainable chemistry. Thanks to their remarkable advantages, NaDES are now arousing growing interest in many fields of research such as food, health, cosmetics and biofuels. Around the world, NaDES are seen as a promising alternative to commonly used petrochemical solvents. The objective of this review is to draw up a panorama of the existing skills on NaDES in French laboratories and industries for the valuation of natural products. This review therefore focuses on current applications, skills and perspectives, in order to analyze the place of French research in the use of NaDES for the valorization of biomass since 2015.  相似文献

Blood serum concentrations of polychlorinated biphenyls (PCB) and organochlorine pesticides (OCP) such as dichlorodiphenytrichloroethane and its metabolites (DDTs), hexachlorobenzene (HCB) and hexachlorocyclohexane isomers (HCHs) were measured in maternal serum (n = 82) from mothers living in different regions in Tunisia. Gas chromatography with electron capture detection was used to quantify residue levels on a volume basis of the organochlorine compounds (OCs). The pattern of OCP in human serum showed that DDTs was consistently the prevalent OC in blood. p,p′-DDE, the major metabolite of p,p′DDT, and HCB were found in all serum samples with mean concentrations of 1.69 and 0.42 ng mL?1, respectively. PCB congeners 138, 153 and 180 were the predominant congeners measured in all serum samples with a detection frequency of 80%, 72% and 83%, respectively. In general, results found in the investigated group are lower than the concentrations measured in serum blood in other countries.  相似文献

Getting access to the effective diffusion coefficient is a key point to provide realistic predictions of migration of radionuclides from radioactive waste repository in deep argillaceous geological formations. In the present work, the effective diffusion coefficient was computed inside an argillite micro-fracture as a function of its saturation level. The micrometric fracture geometry was extracted from the X-ray \(\mu \)-tomography image (\(0.7\,\upmu \mathrm{m}\) voxel resolution) of an Opalinus clay sample. It was collected in the host rock excavated damaged zone surrounding a borehole in the Mont Terri laboratory. The computations were performed using two two-relaxation-time lattice Boltzmann models. The first one, a phase separation model, was used to extract the connected liquid phase inside the fracture for given saturations. The second, a diffusion model, was used to compute non-reactive tracer diffusion in the connected liquid phase of the fracture and to calculate the effective diffusion coefficient for the associated saturations. The dependence of the effective diffusion coefficient on saturation was found to be quasi-linear and to qualitatively match the Maxwell expression for saturations lower than 0.8.  相似文献

Nanoparticles of two molecule-based conductors, namely TTF·TCNQ and TTF[Ni(dmit)2]2, have been prepared in organic solution in the presence of ionic or nonionic species bearing a long-chain alkyl group, acting as growth-controlling agents. The size, morphology, and state of dispersion of the nanoparticles depended on the nature of the growth-controlling agent and the reaction temperature. In the presence of a long-chain alkyl-based ionic liquid at ?50 °C, electron micrographs evidence that TTF·TCNQ nano-objects are frequently elongated, whereas TTF[Ni(dmit)2]2 nanoparticles are aggregated. In the presence of a neutral long-chain alkyl-based imine at room temperature, nanoparticles are spherical (mean diameter <20 nm) and well dispersed. Vibration spectra evidence that the amounts of charge transfer for TTF·TCNQ and TTF[Ni(dmit)2]2 as nano-objects are very similar to those for the same phases as bulk materials. According to the thermoanalytical investigations, the prepared nanoparticles are stable thermally up to approximately 200 °C, and their decomposition is generally a multi-step process. Their heat treatment results in various sulfur-containing volatiles (CS2, SO2, H2S); moreover, HCN is also detected in the case of nitrogen-containing molecules (TCNQ).  相似文献
