A rapid and simple method has been developed and validated for the determination of m-nisoldipine and its five related substances using micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography (MEKC). The key factors, including pH, buffer concentration and buffer additive, sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) concentration, applied voltage and temperature were systematically investigated in an uncoated fused silica capillary. The total analysis time was less than 9 min. The forced degradation products of m-nisoldipine, which were induced by hydrogen peroxide, acidic and basic conditions, heat and light, were also tested.

We investigate the mean spin direction, length of mean spin and spin squeezing in a general superposition of a GHZ state and a W state. It is shown that the mean spin direction and spin squeezing parameter are determined by the coefficients of superposition and the relative phase between the GHZ state and the W state; while the length of mean spin is only determined by coefficients of superposition.  相似文献

主要运用最优化的思想对机械臂运动路径的设计问题进行了讨论.首先利用空间几何知识,得出了机械臂末端的空间位置与各关节角度间的关系,然后就不同问题进行具体分析后分别建立了最优化模型并设计了相应算法,根据模型和算法并采用逐步缩小搜索范围等方法对各个问题进行了求解.最后,从提高机械臂灵活性和扩大其适用范围方面提出了改进建议.  相似文献

The adsorption behaviors of CO2 and CH4 on new siliceous zeolites JSR and NanJSR (n = 2, 8, 16) were simulated using the Grand Canonical Monte Carlo method. The adsorption isotherms of CO2 became higher with an increase in the Na+ number at a low pressure range (<150 kPa), whereas the isotherms showed a crossover with increasing pressure and the adsorption amount became smaller at a high pressure range (>850 kPa). With an increase in Na+ number, the pore volume decreased as the pore space was occupied by increasing Na+ ions. Additionally, two energy peaks on the interaction energy curves implied that CO2 was adsorbed on two active sites. On the other hand, the adsorption amount of CH4 decreased with an increase in the Na+ number and only one energy peak was observed. Adsorption isotherms were well fitted with the Langmuir and Freundlich equations up to 1000 kPa and the adsorption affinity of CO2 on Na16JSR zeolite was highest. The adsorption capacities of CO2 in the studied zeolites were up to 38 times higher than those of CH4. Diffusion constants of CO2 and CH4 decreased with an increase in the adsorbed amount and Na+ number. Considering the adsorbed amount, adsorption selectivity and affinity, zeolites JSR with a low Na+ number (JSR and Na2JSR) is a good candidate for a pressure swing adsorption in the separation of CO2/CH4 mixture whereas JSR zeolites with high Na+ ratios (Na16JSR and Na8JSR) may be a better selection for a vacuum swing adsorption.  相似文献

尝试了用正丙醇/正己烷二组分体系和正丙醇/正己烷/水三组分体系来萃取小球藻中的脂质,结果表明:按正丙醇/正己烷/水的添加顺序,三者体积比为7/2/1时,藻油的产率最高6.44%(藻油质量/干藻质量)。该方法和文献中报道的方法相比具有较高的萃取率,而且使用的正己烷及正丙醇具有较低毒性,可以用于实验室中藻油的提取。  相似文献

近年来,为提高磁共振成像(MRI)信号信噪比(SNR)、缩短成像时间,同时多层成像技术受到了极大的关注.为了实现同时多层的选择性激发,现有的多层成像序列大多使用组合射频(RF)脉冲,该脉冲可包含多个独立的幅值相同相位不同的简单脉冲,由于其采用简单的线性叠加方法,该类脉冲射频功率随脉冲数量呈现平方增长,因而应用受限.针对这一问题,基于自旋动力学和优化控制原理,本文提出了一种针对同时多层MRI的选择性射频脉冲的数值优化方法,该方法充分运用射频脉冲的调控机制,获得优化脉冲,并配合层选梯度,可实现任意层厚、层间距、层数的同时高效选择性激发.最后,通过数字模体的同时多层模拟成像实验验证了优化脉冲的有效性.  相似文献

建立了快速分析配合饲料中睾酮、甲基睾酮、勃地龙、美雄酮、雄烯二酮、脱氢异雄酮、诺龙、丙酸诺龙、司坦唑醇、美伦孕酮、黄体酮11种蛋白同化激素的高效液相色谱-串联质谱(HPLC-MS/MS)法。样品采用乙腈提取,经PSA粉净化后上机测定。采用Phenomenex C18(100 mm×2.1 mm,2.6μm)色谱柱,以0.01%甲酸溶液-乙腈作为流动相进行梯度洗脱,电喷雾离子源正离子模式检测,同位素内标法定量。结果表明,11种蛋白同化激素的线性范围为1~100 ng/mL,相关系数均为0.999,检出限为20μg/kg,定量下限为50μg/kg。50、250、500μg/kg加标水平下,鸡配合饲料中各蛋白同化激素的回收率为94.5%~111%,日内相对标准偏差(RSD)和日间RSD均不大于13%;猪配合饲料中各蛋白同化激素的回收率为90.1%~109%,日内RSD不大于9.0%,日间RSD不大于8.8%。实际样品中检出睾酮和勃地龙,含量分别为9.09~14.68 mg/kg和1.22~1.84 mg/kg。该方法可为饲料中蛋白同化激素的滥用监管提供技术支撑。  相似文献
