Isotherms of sorption of butane, propane, ethane, methane, and carbon dioxide on an asphaltene sample of known elemental composition were measured. The effect of the pressure and temperature on the shape the sorption isotherms for all the adsorption systems studied was examined. The values of the initial heat of sorption were determined and compared to the energies of interaction of the molecules with asphaltene. The results obtained suggest that asphaltene is a swellable amorphous sorbent.  相似文献

4-(2-Chloroethoxy)phenyl (CEP) aglycon belongs to the class of Janus aglycons and has already been used as a pre-spacer in the synthesis of neoglycoconjugates and as a temporary protective group in the synthesis of oligosaccharides. In the present work, a set of glycosides of various monosaccharides containing CEP aglycon was synthesized. The possibility of modification of CEP aglycon was demonstrated using the corresponding lactoside as an example.

Modern trends in producing liquid fuels from coals by gasification, Fischer-Tropsh synthesis, and direct hydrogenation in Russia and foreign countries are reviewed. Results of the latest investigations conducted at the Institute of Fossil Fuels at bench and pilot installations on upgrading the Russian technology of coal hydrogenation under a low hydrogen pressure (6–10 MPa) with using high-dispersity, so-called pseudohomogeneous catalysts, followed by hydrogenation of coal distillates to obtain ecologically friendly motor fuels are demonstrated. Qualitative characteristics of the resulting motor fuels in comparison with their oil analogs, as well as economic features of the above-mentioned processes are shown.  相似文献

Using O-acetyl-N-acyl derivatives of O-methyl sialoside methyl esters, it was shown that an ion trap and a hybrid analyzer (linear quadrupole–time-of-flight analyzer, reflectron) give comparable, though not identical secondary mass spectra for the [M + Na]+ and [M + K]+ ions. A parallel use of an ion trap and a hybrid QqToF instrument gives information about the fragmentation pathways of ions of sialic acid derivatives under collisional activation. In this case, the sequence of fragmentation may be established using an ion trap, whereas a QqToF instrument offers a possibility of revealing the elemental composition of fragment ions quickly and unequivocally.  相似文献

Efficient multigram two-step syntheses of 4-(2-chloroethoxy)phenol and 4-(3-chloropropoxy)phenol in >70% yields starting from 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde and reagents with general formula Cl(CH2) n X (X = Cl, n = 2; X = OTs, n = 3) are proposed. 4-(2-Chloroethoxy)phenol can also be conveniently prepared from 4-methoxyphenol and 1,2-dichloroethane. The compounds thus obtained can be used in carbohydrate chemistry to synthesize glycosides bearing "universal" 4-(ω-chloroalkoxy)phenyl aglycons.  相似文献

Readily accessible N-acetylneuraminic acid (Neu5Ac) glycosyl chloride, which was regarded to be a poor glycosyl donor, was shown to react with dibenzyl phosphoric acid salts in the absence of glycosylation promoters to give the corresponding -Neu5Ac dibenzyl glycosyl phosphate in high yield.  相似文献

Various approaches to the synthesis of per-O-acetylated thioglycosides of N-acetylneuraminic acid (Neu5Ac) containing an unprotected carboxy group starting from the corresponding methyl esters were comparatively studied. One-step demethylation of methyl thioglycoside (LiI, Py, reflux) proceeded inefficiently in contrast to the analogous smooth reaction of phenyl thioglycoside. An indirect route to derivatives with a free carboxy group involving saponification followed by acetylation of hydroxy groups proved to be more efficient for methyl -thioglycoside of Neu5Ac.  相似文献
