An Improved Approach for Practical Synthesis of 5-Hydroxymethyl-2′-deoxycytidine (5hmdC) Phosphoramidite and Triphosphate

5-Hydroxymethyl-2′-deoxycytidine (5hmdC) phosphoramidite and triphosphate are important building blocks in 5hmdC-containing DNA synthesis for epigenetic studies. However, efficient and practical methods for the synthesis of these compounds are still limited. The current research provides an intensively improved synthetic method that enables the preparation of commercially available cyanoethyl-protected 5hmdC phosphoramidite with an overall yield of 39% on 5 g scale. On the basis of facile and efficient accesses to cyanoethyl protected-5hmdU and 5hmdC intermediates, two efficient synthetic routes for 5hmdC triphosphate were also developed.     

Synthesis and the effect of alkyl chain length on photochromic properties of diarylethene derivatives

A new class of photochromic diarylethenes bearing pyrrole and thiophene units with different length of alkyl chains at 2-position of thiophene rings have been synthesized. Their characteristics, including photochromism and fatigue resistance were investigated systematically, and each diarylethene derivative showed good photochromic properties whether in solution or in PMMA films. The alkyl group moiety was connected directly to the central cyclopentene ring as a heteroaryl unit and availably participated in photoisomerization reaction. And some properties, for example, the conversion ratio in the photostationary state(PSS) and the absorption coefficient of the ring-closed isomers in acetonitrile were significantly affected by the alkyl chain length. The results revealed that substituents of alkyl chain played an important role in the photoisomerization process of diarylethenes.     

Crystal Structure and Photochromic Properties of [1-(2-Methyl-5-(4-cyanophenyl)-3-thienyl)]-2-(2-methyl-5-phenyl-3-thienyl)perfluorocyclopentene

A new photochromic diarylethene, [1-(2-methyl-5-(4-cyanophenyl)-3-thienyl-2-(2-methyl-5-phenyl-3-thienyl)]perfluorocyclopentene(1o, C28H17F6NS2), was synthesized and its structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Its crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 24.1381(5), b = 9.3834(6), c = 11.1073(8), β = 94.477(4)°, Z = 4, V = 2508.1(3) A3, D3 c = 1.445 mg/m, μ = 0.275, F(000) = 1112, the final R = 0.0482 and wR = 0.1429 for 5834 observed reflections(I 2σ(I)). Further study demonstrated the diarylethene underwent reversible photochromism, changing between colorless and blue in hexane solution, crystalline phase and PMMA films, respectively.

基于a 尺度正交单尺度函数，分别给出重数为2和3的a 尺度正交多尺度函数的构造算法。并给出对应正交多小波的显式构造。最后给出伸缩因子为3的正交多小波的构造算例。     

对称的高逼近阶多小波的构造

本文基于已有的对称多小波,给出构造对称的高逼近阶多小波的一个显式算法．具体地,假设Φ（x）：=（φ1（x）…．,φr（x））T是一个具有逼近阶m的对称加细函数向量．对于任意非负整数n,一个具有逼近阶m＋n的新对称加细函数向量Φ^new（x）：=（φ1^new（x）…．,φr^new（x））^T可由上述算法构造出来．另外,揭示了Φ（x）与Φ^new（x）之间的关系．为了使我们的结果具体化,从具有逼近阶4的三次Hermite函数出发,构造了一个具有逼近阶6的对称加细函数向量．     

二芳烯材料在重复擦写体全息存储中的应用研究

二芳烯材料是一种性能优异的光致色变材料,具有很好的抗疲劳性能,一般能重复擦写上万次,而不损失其性能。通过体全息光栅记录实验、角度复用体全息存储实验、重复擦写及强光记弱光读等实验,对二芳烯材料在重复擦写体全息存储中的应用进行了系统研究。由于二芳烯材料具有很高的折射率调制度(Δn=1.15×10-3)、可多次重复擦写、强光记弱光读的准非易失等性能,在可重复擦写的体全息存储中具有广阔的应用前景。     

高维紧支撑正交对称的小波

基于仿酉矩阵的对称扩充方法,该文提出了一种尺度因子为3的紧支撑高维正交对称小波构造算法.即设φ(x)∈L~2(R~d)是尺度因子为3的紧支撑d维正交对称尺度函数,P(ξ)是它的两尺度符号,p_(0,v)(ξ)为P(ξ)的相位符号.首先提出一种向量的对称正交变换,应用对称正交变换对3~d维向量(p_(0,v)(ξ))_v,v∈E_d的分量进行对称化.通过仿酉矩阵的对称扩充,给出了3~d-1个紧支撑高维正交对称小波构造.这种方法构造的小波支撑不超过尺度函数的支撑.最后给出一个构造算例.     

Hf(OTf)4-Catalyzed Three-Component Synthesis of N-Carbamate-Protected β-Amino Ketones

Hafnium(IV) triflate (Hf(OTf)₄) has been identified as a potent catalyst for the direct three-component synthesis of β-carbamate ketones. This new method, featuring a low catalyst loading, fast reaction rate, and solvent-free conditions, provided facile access to a diversity of carbamate-protected Mannich bases. A mechanistic investigation indicated that the three-component reaction proceeds via sequential aldol condensation and aza-Michael addition, but not the Mannich-type pathway.     

小波紧框架的显式构造

该文研究对应于3带尺度函数的小波紧框架,这个小波紧框架是由V_1中的l个函数ψ^1, ψ^2, ψ^n 构成.给出这l个函数构成小波紧框架的充分条件.由此给出由3 带尺度函数构造出一个小波紧框架的显式公式.特别的,如果给定尺度函数的符号是有理函数,则可以构造出符号为有理函数的小波紧框架.最后还给出类似于小波的小波紧框架的分解与重构算法.      

一种新光致变色二芳基乙烯化合物的合成、光致变色反应动力学、荧光和结构研究

The photochromic diarylethene, 1,2-bis[2-methyl-5-（3-trifluoromethylphenyl）-3-thienyl]perfluorocyclopentene （BMTTP）, was synthesized and its photochromic kinetics, fluorescence and X-ray structure were investigated. This compound underwent a photochromic reaction both in solution and the single crystalline phase. Its cyclization/cycloreversion process was determined to be zeroth/first order reaction, respectively, and this is the first report on the cyclization/cycloreversion reaction order. In addition, its fluorescence property was also discussed.
