A Barbier‐type regioselective propargylation of aldehydes and ketones with (3‐bromobut‐1‐ynyl)trimethylsilane has been achieved using reactive barium as a low‐valent metal in THF. Especially in the case of ketones, the corresponding homopropargylic alcohols form almost exclusively. In the reaction of α,β‐unsaturated carbonyl compounds, only 1,2‐adducts have been observed. This method is also applicable to propargylation of imines, and the corresponding homopropargylic amines are obtained regiospecifically in good yields with diastereomeric ratios of up to 87:13. 相似文献

Some of the Zingiberaceae herbs are known to be useful as stomachics. Water extracts and methanol extracts of eight such herbs were examined in intact unanesthetized rabbits for their effect on gastric secretion. Oral administration of either water extracts or methanol extracts caused a significant decrease in gastric secretion. A significant effect of these extracts appeared at 3 h after administration. The effect of water extracts on gastric secretion was very similar to that of cimetidine, with a significant decrease in acid output. The effect of the methanol extracts was primarily observed as decreased pepsin output. 相似文献

TiO(2) has been widely used in pharmaceutical products, and it also has been used as a photocatalyst. In this study, the influence of photocatalytic activity on the stability of solid-state mequitazine, an H(1)-blocker, was investigated. The photo-degradation of mequitazine with TiO(2) occurred under irradiation with both light sources. The degree of degradation of mequitazine with anatase was higher than that of rutile. The degradation was significantly enhanced with increasing relative humidity. The relationship between the apparent degradation rate constant and water vapor pressure could be clearly described by a simple power law. The major photo-degradation products of mequitazine, resulting from photocatalytic activity of TiO(2), were mequitazine-S-oxide and mequitazine-sulphone. A remarkable degradation of mequitadine occurred with addition of TiO(2), and its photocatalytic activity was controlled by water vapor pressure. The photo-degradation of mequitazine with TiO(2) is a different process from mequitazine without TiO(2), because mequitazine-S-oxide and mequitazine-sulphone are not formed with normal photo-degradation of mequitazine. 相似文献

A flow-injection system is described for the simultaneous determination of calcium and magnesium with simultaneous injection of two sample plugs and a masking agent plug and with a single detector. The system utilizes the simultaneous injection of an ethylene glycol-bis(2-aminoethylether)-N,N,N',N'-tetra-acetic acid plug and two small sample plugs into the same carrier stream and which are merged downstream with 3,3'-bis[N,N-bis(carboxymethyl)aminomethyl)]-o-cresolphthalein solution for spectrophotometric determination of calcium and magnesium. The results for the analysis of natural waters by the proposed method correspond well with those obtained by the conventional titration method with ethylenediaminetetra-acetic acid, and showed good reproducibility. We describe the synthesis of a new asymmetric P,N,N′-tridentate ligand (bis(pyrid-2-ylethyl) menthylphosphine, BPEMP), containing two pyridyl rings and (1S,2R,5S)-menthylphosphino group. The ligand is obtained in five steps from natural abundant l-menthol. The coordination behavior of the ligand toward cationic (allylic)Pd(II) moiety and its first application in palladium-catalyzed asymmetric allylic alkylation are presented. Crystallographic and spectroscopic analyses reveal that [(η3-allylic)Pd(BPEMP)]+ complex forms only one isomer in the solid state as well as in solution. 相似文献

A new quaternary oxide, calcium yttrium stannate, Ca0.8Y2.4Sn0.8O6, is isostructural with Mg3TeO6 (trigonal, R). The empirical formula can be expressed as (Ca0.2667Y0.7333)6(Y0.4Sn0.6)SnO12. The Ca/Y site has a distorted coordination octahedron of O atoms, with Ca/Y—O distances ranging from 2.227 (3) to 2.350 (3) Å, while the octahedra of O atoms that coordinate to the Sn and Y/Sn sites are nearly regular, with an Sn—O distance of 2.066 (2) Å and a Y/Sn—O distance of 2.147 (3) Å. 相似文献

A thick silica gel film, corresponding to the glass film of 10–20 micron in thickness, has been formed at the interface between
two immiscible liquids, hexane and water, using E-40, a partially polymerized silicon alkoxide, as the precursor. The film
formation was possible using both acid- and base-catalyzed water, but was greatly dependent on the type of catalyst. Only
the trace of a film was observed for the system catalyzed with a strong electrolyte such as HCl, HNO3 or NaOH, while a gel film, corresponding to the glass film of several to 10 micron in thickness was formed with a weak electrolyte
such as ammonia, organic acid like acetic acid, citric acid, etc., of similar pH value. The direct introduction of organic
base catalyst like triethylamine in hexane was much more effective than the use of ammonia water, suggesting that the polymerization
of E-40 to form a gel film takes place in the organic phase, where water molecules, as well as undissociated ammonia or organic
