Ferrocene tethered N‐heterocyclic carbene‐copper complex anchored on graphene ([GrFemImi]NHC@Cu complex) has been synthesized by covalent grafting of ferrocenyl ionic liquid in the matrix of graphene followed by metallation with copper (I) iodide. The [GrFemImi]NHC@Cu complex has been characterized by fourier transform infrared (FT‐IR), fourier transform Raman (FT‐Raman), CP‐MAS 13C NMR spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy (TEM), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), energy dispersive X‐ray (EDX) analysis, X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), Brunauer–Emmett–Teller (BET) surface area analysis and X‐ray diffractometer (XRD) analysis. This novel complex served as a robust heterogeneous catalyst for the synthesis of bioactive N‐aryl sulfonamides from variety of aryl boronic acids and sulfonyl azides in ethanol by Chan‐Lam coupling. Recyclability experiments were executed successfully for six consecutive runs.  相似文献

An NMR‐based approach for rapid characterization of translational diffusion of molecules has been developed. Unlike the conventional method of acquiring a series of 2D 13C and 1H spectra, the proposed approach involves a single 2D NMR spectrum, which can be acquired in minutes. Using this method, it was possible to detect the presence of intermediate oligomeric species of diphenylalanine in solution during the process of its self‐assembly to form nanotubular structures.  相似文献

The influence of material and thickness on the subwavelength imaging performance of a negative dielectric constant slab is studied. Resonance in the plane-wave transfer function produces a high spatial frequency ripple that could be useful in fabricating periodic structures. A cost function based on the plane-wave transfer function provides a useful metric to evaluate the planar slab lens performance, and using this, the optimal slab dielectric constant can be determined.  相似文献

Nano‐magnetite supported N‐heterocyclic carbene‐copper complex with wingtip ferrocene has been prepared via multi‐step procedure. The complex has been characterized by various analytical techniques such as fourier transform infrared (FT‐IR), fourier transform Raman (FT‐Raman), X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), X‐ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) analysis. The catalytic activity of the complex has been exploited in intramolecular O‐arylation of o‐iodoanilides under heterogeneous conditions. Plants are subjected to multifaceted stresses that significantly jeopardize crop production. Pathogenic microbes influence biotic stress in plants, which ultimately causes annual crop loss worldwide. Although the use of pesticides and fungicides can curb the proliferation of pathogens in plants and enhance crop production, they pollute the environment and cause several health issues in humans and animals. Hence, there is a need for alternative biocontrol agents that offer an eco-friendly mode of controlling plant diseases. This review discusses fungal- and bacterial-induced stress in plants, which causes various plant diseases, and the role of biocontrol defense mechanisms, for example, the production of hydrolytic enzymes, secondary metabolites, and siderophores by stress-tolerant fungi and bacteria to combat plant pathogens. It is observed that beneficial endophytes could sustain crop production and resolve the issues regarding crop yield caused by bacterial and fungal pathogens. The collated literature review indicates that future research is necessary to identify potential biocontrol agents that can minimize the utility of synthetic pesticides and increase the tenable agricultural production.  相似文献

This reaction is suitable for all types of amines and gives the desired urea products with good to excellent yield. Hyperpolarized magnetic resonance spectroscopy enables quantitative, non‐radioactive, real‐time measurement of imaging probe biodistribution and metabolism in vivo. Here, we investigate and report on the development and characterization of hyperpolarized acetylsalicylic acid (aspirin) and its use as a nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) probe. Aspirin derivatives were synthesized with single‐ and double‐13C labels and hyperpolarized by dynamic nuclear polarization with 4.7 % and 3 % polarization, respectively. The longitudinal relaxation constants (T1) for the labeled acetyl and carboxyl carbonyls were approximately 30 seconds, supporting in vivo imaging and spectroscopy applications. In vitro hydrolysis, transacetylation, and albumin binding of hyperpolarized aspirin were readily monitored in real time by 13C‐NMR spectroscopy. Hyperpolarized, double‐labeled aspirin was well tolerated in mice and could be observed by both 13C‐MR imaging and 13C‐NMR spectroscopy in vivo.  相似文献
