Treatment of 1-(2'-bromo-3',4'-dialkoxybenzyl)-1,2,3, 4-tetrahydroisoquinoline carbamates, 1a,c, with excess alkyllithium gave 8-oxoberbines, 2a,c, which were successively attacked in situ with another molecule of alkyllithium to give 1,2 and/or 1,4 addition products. A primary alkyllithium, such as MeLi or BuLi, gave a 1,2 addition product, 8-methyleneberbine 9a or 8-butylideneberbine 3a. t-BuLi preferred 1,4 addition, followed by elimination of the alkoxy group, to give 9-tert-butyl-8-oxoberbine 6a or 7c. s-BuLi gave a mixture of 1,2 and 1,4 addition products, 1-[2'-(2' '-methylbutyryl)benzyl]-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinoline 4a and 9-s-butyl-8-oxoberbine 5a. Similar treatments of carbamate 1b having no alkoxy group at its 3' position gave 1,2 addition products, 8-butylideneberbine 3b, 1-[2'-(2' '-methylbutyryl)benzyl]-1,2,3, 4-tetrahydroisoquinoline 4b, and 1-(2'-pivaloylbenzyl)-1,2,3, 4-tetrahydroisoquinoline 6b, in all cases. Reactions of 1a with s-BuMgCl and isoPrMgCl also gave the 1,4 adduct, 5a, and its 9-isoPr analogue, 12a. Treatment of 9a with excess NaBH(4) in AcOH gave (+/-)-coralydine (10b). 相似文献

Stability of porphyrin-calix[4]arene complexes analyzed by electrospray ionization mass spectrometry

The stability of some porphyrin-calix[4]arene sodium-ion complexes were determined by a collision-activated decomposition (CAD) method utilizing electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS). Comparing the values of E(1/2), the collision energy at which the relative intensity of the complex ion is 0.5, we found that the porphyrin-calix[4]arene complex with the higher value of E(1/2) corresponded to that with the larger association constant (Kass), as measured by 1H-NMR in CDCl3. Both our ESI-MS and NMR studies proved that the number of hydrogen bonds and the rigidity of the calix[4]arene stabilized the complex. The ESI-MS technique could be successful in screening the binding affinity in host-guest systems with a small amount of sample. 相似文献

The change in the conformation of the flexible O-CH2-CH2-CH2-O segment of poly(trimethylene terephthalate) (PTT) monofilament caused by drawing was investigated by means of the gamma-gauche effect on the 13C solid-state NMR chemical shift of the internal methylene carbon, combined with the NMR relaxations. The conformation around the O-CH2 and CH2-O bonds for as-spun fiber was trans/trans. On drawing, followed by heat treatment, the conformation changed to gauche/gauche. The ratio of gauche/gauche to trans/trans for the drawn PTT fiber was determined quantitatively. 相似文献

A new monomer, 4-O-vinylbenzyl-2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidine, was homopolymerized and copolymerized with some vinyl monomers in the presence of AIBN as an initiator. Inhibition of acetylcholinesterase (AChE) activity by essential oils of Citrus paradisi (grapefruit pink in USA) was studied. Inhibition of AChE was measured by the colorimetric method. In this study, we have investigated the singlet oxygen ((1)Delta(g)) generation mechanism using phthalocyaninatosilicon (SiPc) covalently linked to nitroxide radicals (NRs), and we succeeded in increasing the singlet oxygen quantum yield (Phi(Delta)) by linking the NRs. This originates from both an increase in the triplet quantum yield and excited-state lifetimes long enough to utilize photochemical reactions. Because the electron exchange interactions with paramagnetic species were known to result only in very fast excited-state relaxation, leading to a decrease in photochemical reaction yields, this increase in Phi(Delta) is an unusual and precious example for increasing photochemical reaction yields by electron exchange interactions with paramagnetic species. In addition, our experiments and theoretical analyses show that the spin-selective energy transfer rate constant is not influenced by linking the NRs and can be evaluated by the product of spin-statistical factors and matrix elements between the initial and final states. 相似文献
