Investigation of one step synthesis of 2-substituted 3-tri-(or di-)fluoromethyl-2-propenals has been carried out using versatile aldehydes, tri- or di-fluoroacetaldehyde ethyl hemiacetal in the presence of diethylaminotrimethylsilane (DEATMS) in an ionic liquid, and it was demonstrated that this route enabled us to successfully construct 2-substituted 3-tri-(or di-)fluoromethyl-2-propenals with the high level selectivity of geometric isomers.  相似文献

Analysis by reflection spectrometry was performed to clarify the interfacial adsorption of protonated lipophilic tetraphenylporphyrin derivatives in a dodecane-aqueous sulfuric acid system, and to confirm the utility of partial reflection spectroscopy. Interfacial adsorption was not observed for porphyrins substituted at the 2,6 positions of meso-phenyl groups, suggesting that the substituents prevent porphyrins from forming aggregates by steric hindrance. Polymorphous J-aggregates of acid dications were produced by tetra-p-tolylporphyrin with a saturated interfacial molecular density of 1.0 x 10(-10) mol cm(-2), which could yield 48 degrees as a mean tilting angle of the pyrrole ring plane from the interface normal. Partial-reflection spectrometry can provide sensitive detection and molecular orientation analysis of interfacial adsorbates.  相似文献

The propagation characteristics of shear horizontally polarized (SH) waves passing through (Ni42Nb28Zr30)100–x Hx (x = 0–15.2) glassy alloys were investigated as a function of hydrogen content. With an increase in hydrogen content, the propagation time and main frequency of the receiving waves show increase and decrease, respectively, indicating expan‐ sion in average atomic distance which comes from solution of hydrogen. In sharp contrast to crystalline alloys, the decrease in damping ratio and the delay in phase with increasing hydrogen suggest a strong settlement of hydrogen into four‐coordination sites surrounded tetrahedrally by four Zr atoms and the resulting increase in dynamic elasticity, respectively. A novel cyclodextrin (CD) dimer linked with a bis(picolinyl)cystine (Cys) moiety was prepared by the coupling of Boc-protected Cys with amino-modified CDs, followed by deprotection of the Boc groups and bispicolinylation. The dimer showed less affinity to an organic guest molecule compared to that of a native CD monomer. It was attributed to an intramolecular inclusion of the pyridine moiety into CD cavity. The dimer caused significant increase of its organic guest affinity by an addition of a copper ion. The included pyridine group may come out of a CD cavity to bind the copper ion and the two CDs included cooperatively and intermolecularly a guest molecule with high affinity.  相似文献

The sensitization effect of tertiary amines on the photopolymerization of methyl methacrylate was studied. N,N-Dimethylbenzylamine, triethylamine, and N,N-dimethylaniline increased the rate of polymerization in this order, but pyridine did not show any effect. A free-radical mechanism was confirmed by the tacticity of polymer, the retarding effect of hydroquinone, and the copolymer composition with styrene. On the basis of the detailed kinetics of the sensitized polymerization and the ultraviolet spectra of the reaction mixtures, a sensitization mechanism is proposed, in which the excited monomer and the amine form a complex and generate an initiating radical.  相似文献

In the course of an exploratory investigation of antitumor-promoting catechins, 3-O-acyl-(+)-catechins of varying carbon lengths from C(4) to C(18) were assessed for inhibitory effects on the activation of the Epstein-Barr virus early antigen. Like 3-O-acyl-(-)-epigallocatechins, the (+)-catechin derivatives showed promising effects with the C-3 acyl chain of C(8)-C(11) carbon atoms.  相似文献

Gallium oxynitride, isostructural to hexagonal gallium nitride (h-GaN), was obtained by ammonia nitridation of a precursor prepared from the addition of citric acid to an aqueous solution of gallium nitrate. Gallium oxynitride produced at 750 °C had a small amount of gallium vacancies, and was formulated as (Ga0.890.11) (N0.66O0.34) where the symbol □ stands for gallium vacancy. Both the gallium vacancies and oxygen substituted for nitrogen were randomly distributed within the structure. The amount of vacancies decreased with nitridation temperatures in the range of 750-850 °C. Approximately, 10 at% Li+ was doped into the gallium oxynitride, using a similar preparation with the additional presence of lithium nitrate, resulted in the random substitution of Ga3+ in an atomic ratio of Li/Ga<1 at 750 °C. Oxygen was codoped with lithium and substituted nitrogen in the wurtzite-type crystal lattice. These substitutions reduced the electrical conductivity in the gallium oxynitride semiconductor. A new oxynitride, Li2Ga3NO4, was also obtained with Li2CN2 impurity using similar preparations from a mixture of Li/Ga?1. The crystal structure was isostructural with h-GaN, and was refined as P63mc with a=0.31674(1) nm, and c=0.50854(2) nm. The Ga and Li occupancies at the 2b site were refined to be 0.6085 and 0.3915, respectively, assuming that the other 2b site was randomly occupied with 1/5O and 4/5N. When the new compound was washed for over 1 min for the removal of Li2CN2 impurities, it was decomposed to a mixture of α-GaOOH and α-LiGaO2. The as-prepared product with Li/Ga=1 showed the highest intensity in yellow luminescence among the products under excitation at 254 nm.  相似文献

Cheletropic additions forming cyclopropane rings were studied theoretically. Ten addition paths were traced by means of density-functional-theory calculations. Two 1,4-dienes, 1,4-pentadiene, and tricyclo[5.3.1.04,9]undeca-2,5-diene were adopted as substrates. CO, SO2, C2H5PCl2, CCl2 and SiCl2 were employed as cheletropic reagents (Xs). An orbital correlation diagram of the Woodward–Hoffmann (W–H) rule and frontier molecular orbital (FMO) interactions between them were investigated in detail. The FMO interactions, HOMO (1,4-diene)lumo (X) and homo (X)LUMO (diene), work reasonably for the progress of the reactions. Those cause the formation of two C–X bonds and a cyclopropane ring, and alternation of double bonds to single bonds. All the additions are concerted. The easiness of the ring formation depends upon the energy gap between HOMO and lumo and that between homo and LUMO, and the spatial directions of HOMO and LUMO extensions. Symmetry conservation of the W–H rule does not hold necessarily for those addition paths.
