Solubility behaviors of binary mixtures of CFCl3 (R-11), CFCl2-CF2Cl (R-113), CHCl3 (R-20), CDCl3 (R-20-d), CHCl2–CF3 (R-123) with room-temperature ionic liquid [bmim][PF6] (1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate) have been investigated using the volumetric and cloud-point methods, since all the systems show liquid–liquid equilibria (LLE). Large immiscibility (LLE) gaps of the perhalogenated compounds (R-11 and R-113) in the ionic liquid have been drastically reduced by the addition of only one hydrogen (or deuterium) in these compounds. The R-123 + [bmim][PF6] binary system belongs to the Type-V fluid behavior. Noticeably large negative values (−2 to −8 cm3 mol−1) of the excess molar volume in the ionic liquid-rich side solution have been observed for all the present systems. Experimental LLE data have been well correlated by the use of the NRTL (non-random two liquid) activity coefficient model. 相似文献

The solubility of CO2 and N2O in olive oil has been measured at temperatures of about 298, 310, and 323 K with a gravimetric microbalance under pressures up to 2 MPa. The molecular weight of olive oil has been analyzed and found to be about 882 g mol−1 as a mixed oil compound. The observed solubility data have been correlated with a cubic equation of state (EOS) model. N2O has a larger solubility than CO2 in olive oil based on either the mole or mass fraction. The present results clarify some ambiguities from the previous N2O solubility data in the literature. 相似文献

The concept of a doubly stochastic matrix whose entries come from a convex subset of the unit square is defined. It is proved that the only convex subsets of the unit square which contain (0,0) and (1, 1) and allow an extension of Birkhoff's characterization of the extreme points of the set of doubly stochastic matrices are parallelograms. A sufficient condition is given for a matrix to be extreme when the convex subset is not a parallelogram. 相似文献

Carbon dioxide solubility {(vapor + liquid) equilibria: VLE} in ionic liquid, 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium acetate ([bmim][Ac]), has been measured with a gravimetric microbalance at four isotherms about (283, 298, 323, and 348) K up to about 2 MPa. (Vapor + liquid + liquid) equilibria (VLLE: or liquid–liquid separations) have also been investigated with a volumetric method used in our previous works, since the present analysis of the VLE data using our equation-of-state model has predicted the VLLE at CO2-rich side solutions. The prediction for the VLLE has been confirmed experimentally. CO2 solubilities at the ionic liquid-rich side show extremely unusual behaviors; CO2 dissolves in the ionic liquid to a great degree, but there is hardly any vapor pressure above these mixtures up to about 20 mol% of CO2. It indicates that CO2 may have formed a non-volatile or very low vapor pressure molecular complex with the ionic liquid. The thermodynamic excess properties (enthalpy, entropy, and Gibbs free energy) of the present system do support such a complex formation. We have conducted several other experiments to investigate the complex formation (or chemical reactions), and conclude that a minor chemical reaction occurs but the complex formation is reversible without much degradation of the ionic liquid. 相似文献

Setup operations are significant in some production environments. It is mandatory that their production plans consider some features, as setup state conservation across periods through setup carryover and crossover. The modelling of setup crossover allows more flexible decisions and is essential for problems with long setup times. This paper proposes two models for the capacitated lot-sizing problem with backlogging and setup carryover and crossover. The first is in line with other models from the literature, whereas the second considers a disaggregated setup variable, which tracks the starting and completion times of the setup operation. This innovative approach permits a more compact formulation. Computational results show that the proposed models have outperformed other state-of-the-art formulation. 相似文献

Rare earth element substituted bismuth ferrites (BiFeO3) are of enormous importance as magnetoelectric materials. The polycrystalline samples of Bi
x
La1−x
FeO3 (x=0, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8) were prepared by solid-state reaction using standard ceramic method. The single-phase formation of
these compounds was confirmed by X-ray diffraction (XRD) studies. The samples with x=0, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6 are found to be orthorhombic while the sample with x=0.8 is triclinic. The dielectric constant (ε′) and dissipation factor (tan δ) were measured in the frequency range 100 Hz
to 1 MHz at room temperature and as a function of temperature at certain fixed frequencies (1 kHz, 10 kHz, 100 kHz, 1 MHz).
All the samples showed dielectric dispersion. The dielectric constant with temperature shows a broad peak; the peak temperature
shifts with frequency which reflects the relaxor-type behavior. The peak above 600 K in the measured temperature range corresponds
to antiferromagnetic ordering temperature (Néel temperature). The broadness of the peak changes with composition. The ac conductivity
as well as ε′ are found to be maximum for the sample x=0.2 at room temperature. 相似文献

CoFe2O4-BaTiO3 composites were prepared using conventional ceramic double sintering process with various compositions. Presence of two phases
in the composites was confirmed using X-ray diffraction. The dc resistivity and thermoemf as a function of temperature in
