X射线荧光光谱法测定重整铂催化剂中氯

建立重整铂催化剂中氯的X射线荧光光谱测定方法。通过研磨机将铂催化剂研磨至粒径小于75 μm的颗粒,采用仪器压片制样,通过测量不同氯含量样品的计数率,建立铂催化剂中氯含量与计数率的线性关系。氯的质量分数在0.85%~1.04%范围内与计数率成良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9995,检出限为0.0076%。样品加标回收率为96.2%~104.2%,测定结果的相对标准偏差小于2%(n=6)。该法测定结果与电位滴定法相吻合。该方法精密度高,分析速度快,满足重整装置生产调整的要求。     

Photo-driven water splitting photoelectrochemical cells by tandem organic dye sensitized solar cells with I−/I3− as redox mediator

Dye-sensitized photoelectrochemical tandem cells have shown the promise for light driven hydrogen production from water owing to the low cost,wide absorption spectra in the visible region and ease to process of their constitutive photoelectrode materials.However,most photo-driven water splitting photoelectrochemical cells driven by organic dye sensitized solar cells exhibit unsatisfactory hydrogen evolution rate,primarily attributed to their poor light capturing ability and low photocurrent performance.Here we present the construction of a tandem system consisting of an organic blue-colored S5 sensitizer-based dyesensitized photoelectrochemical cell(DSPEC) wired in series with three spectral-complemental dyes BTA-2,APP-3 and APP-1 sensitizers-based dye-sensitized solar cell(DSC),respectively.The two spectral-complemental chromophores were used in DSC and DSPEC to ensure that the full solar spectrum could be absorbed as much as possible.The results showed that the photocurrent of tandem device was closely related to the open-circuit voltage(Voc) of sensitized DSC,in which the tandem configuration consisting of S5 based DSPEC and BTA-2 based DSC gave the best photocurrent.On this basis,tandem device with the only light energy and no external applied electrical bias was further constructed of BTA-2 based 2-junction DSC and S5 based DSPEC and obtained a photocurrent of 500 μA cm-2 for hydrogen generation.Furthermore,I-/I3-was used as a redox couple between dye regeneration and O2 production on the surface of Pt-IrO2/WO3.The strategy opens up the application of pure organic dyes in DSC/DSPEC tandem device.

高效液相色谱法测定碳酸氢钠注射液中乙二胺四乙酸二钠

建立碳酸氢钠注射液中乙二胺四乙酸二钠的高效液相色谱测定方法。采用葡聚糖凝胶G-10色谱柱,以水为流动相,用高效液相色谱法测定碳酸氢钠注射液中乙二胺四乙酸二钠的含量。乙二胺四乙酸二钠的质量在0.1758~17.58μg的范围内与色谱峰面积线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9991,乙二胺四乙酸二钠的检出限为6.31μg/L。测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.89%(n=6),加标回收率为97.2%。该方法操作简单、准确、重现性好,可有效地控制碳酸氢钠注射液的质量。     

Preparation of a new chiral stationary phase for HPLC based on the (R)- 1-phenyl-2-(4-methylphenyl)ethylamine amide derivative of (S)-valine and 2-chloro-3,5-dinitrobenzoic acid: enantioseparation of amino acid derivatives and pyrethroid insecticides

A novel chiral stationary phase (CSP) for HPLC was prepared by bonding (R)-1-phenyl-2-(4-methylphenyl)ethylamine amide derivative of (S)-valine to aminopropyl silica gel through a 2-amino-3,5-dinitro-1-carboxamido-benzene unit. The CSP was used for the separation of some amino acid derivatives and pyrethroid insecticides by chiral HPLC. Satisfactory baseline separation required optimization of the variables of mobile phase composition. Use of dichloromethane as modifier in the mobile phase gave baseline separations of amino acid derivatives. The two enantiomers of fenpropathrin and four stereoisomers of fenvalerate were baseline separated using hexane-dichloromethane-ethanol as mobile phase. The results show that the enantioselectivity of the new CSP is better than Pirkle type 1-A column for these compounds. Only partial separations were observed for the stereoisomers of cypermethrin and cyfluthrin, which gave even and eight peaks, respectively.     

Full-parallax three-dimensional display using new directional diffuser

A full-parallax three-dimensional(3D) display using a new directional diffuser is demonstrated.The display could present 3D images with 45 views comprising 9 horizontal views by 5 vertical views.The resolution and size of the 3D images displayed are 226×226 pixels and 300×300(mm).The new directional diffuser consisting of two perpendicular lenticular sheets can be widely used in the display domain owing to its low cost and simple process.     

Rhodium-catalyzed reactions of 3-diazoindolin-2-imines with enamines and their extensions towards 5H-pyrazino[2,3-b]indoles

The rhodium-catalyzed reactions of 3-diazoindolin-2-imines with β-enamino esters furnished 2,3-diaminoindoles in excellent yields with wide functional group tolerance. The synthesized 2,3-diaminoindoles could be converted into 5H-pyrazino [2,3-b]indoles via a sequential dehydrogenation/6π-ERC/aromatization process.     

Determination of triadimenol based on the quenching effect on resonance light scattering from the triadimenol–deoxyribonucleic acid–hydrochloric acid system

Analysis of triadimenol was carried out using deoxyribonucleic acids (DNA) via the resonance light scattering (RLS) technique. After adding triadimenol into aqueous medium of pH 1.72, the RLS of DNA was remarkably quenched. A resonance light scattering peak at 310 nm was found, and the quenched intensity of RLS at this wavelength was proportional to the concentration of triadimenol. The linear range of the calibration curve was approximately 0–3 μg mL⁻¹ with a detection limit (S/N = 3) of 0.07 μg mL⁻¹. The triadimenol in samples of water, cucumber and human serum was determined. The results were satisfactory, and the recovery rates were in the range of 96.3–106.0%, 94.8–105.9% and 92.3–100.5%, respectively. The interaction mechanism was also studied.
