A flow injection system for the determination of organophosphate and carbamate pesticides is described. A sensitive fluorescence probe was synthesized and used as the pH indicator to detect the inhibition of the enzyme acetylcholinesterase (AChE). The percentage inhibition of enzyme activity is correlated to the pesticide concentration. Several parameters influencing the performance of the system are discussed. The detection limits of 3.5, 50, 12 and 25 μg/l for carbofuran, carbaryl, paraoxon and dichlorvos, in pure water, respectively were achieved with an incubation time of 10 min. A complete cycle of analysis, including incubation time, took 14 min. The detection system has been applied to the determination of carbofuran in spiked vegetable juices (Chinese cabbage and cole), achieving recovery values between 93.2 and 107% for Chinese cabbage juice and 108 and 118% for cole juice at the different concentration levels assayed.  相似文献

Low-dimensional (low-D) organic metal halide hybrids (OMHHs) have emerged as fascinating candidates for optoelectronics due to their integrated properties from both organic and inorganic components. However, for most of low-D OMHHs, especially the zero-D (0D) compounds, the inferior electronic coupling between organic ligands and inorganic metal halides prevents efficient charge transfer at the hybrid interfaces and thus limits their further tunability of optical and electronic properties. Here, using pressure to regulate the interfacial interactions, efficient charge transfer from organic ligands to metal halides is achieved, which leads to a near-unity photoluminescence quantum yield (PLQY) at around 6.0 GPa in a 0D OMHH, [(C6H5)4P]2SbCl5. In situ experimental characterizations and theoretical simulations reveal that the pressure-induced electronic coupling between the lone-pair electrons of Sb3+ and the π electrons of benzene ring (lp-π interaction) serves as an unexpected “bridge” for the charge transfer. Our work opens a versatile strategy for the new materials design by manipulating the lp-π interactions in organic–inorganic hybrid systems.  相似文献

Electron transfer activity from excited single CdSe/ZnS core/shell quantum dots (QDs) to adsorbed Fluorescein 27 was studied by single QD fluorescence spectroscopy. In comparison with QDs, the QD-acceptor complexes showed a shorter average and broader distribution of QD emission lifetimes due to electron transfer to adsorbates. Large fluctuation of lifetimes in single QD/dye complexes was observed, indicating intermittent electron transfer activity from QDs.  相似文献

In this paper, we first discuss the existence of an equilibrium point to a general Cohen–Grossberg neural networks with multiple delays by means of using degree theory and linear matrix inequality (LMI) technique. Then by applying the existence result of an equilibrium point, linear matrix inequality technique and constructing a Lyapunov functional, we study the global exponential stability of equilibrium solution to the Cohen–Grossberg neural networks. Compared with known results, our results of global exponential stability of equilibrium point are new. In our results, the hypothesis for differentiability in existing papers on the behaved functions is removed and the hypotheses for boundedness and monotonicity in existing papers on the activation functions are also removed.  相似文献

Efficiency improvements of high-order weighted compact nonlinear scheme (WCNS) are verified using a series of benchmark cases, proposed at the International Workshop on High-Order CFD Methods. A seventh-order tri-diagonal compact one of WCNSs (WCNS-E8T7), constructed in recent years, is investigated as a basic scheme, and compared to a typical fifth-order explicit WCNS (WCNS-E6E5) and a traditional second-order TVD scheme MUSCL. Among these tests, a symmetrical conservative metric method (SCMM) is adopted to ensure the accuracy and robustness of WCNSs when solving cases in the curvilinear coordinates. The computational efficiency of schemes is evaluated based on a non-dimensional cost in achieving the same level of accuracy. Related results show that WCNS-E8T7 has a better performance than WCNS-E6E5 with the same interpolation stencils. Moreover, the opinion that high-order methods can obtain higher computational efficiency than second-order methods is demonstrated on the cases ranging from academic problems to real-life computations.  相似文献

Bismuth Vanadate (BiVO4) photoanode has been popularly investigated for promising solar water oxidation, but its intrinsic performance has been greatly retarded by the direct pyrolysis method. Here we insight the key restriction of BiVO4 prepared by metal–organic decomposition (MOD) method. It is found that the evaporation of vanadium during the pyrolysis tends to cause a substantial phase impurity, and the unexpected few tetragonal phase inhibits the charge separation evidently. Consequently, suitably excessive vanadium precursor was adopted to eliminate the phase impurity, based on which the obtained intrinsic BiVO4 photoanode could exhibit photocurrent density of 4.2 mA cm−2 at 1.23 VRHE under AM 1.5 G irradiation, as comparable to the one fabricated by the currently popular two-step electrodeposition method. Furthermore, the excellent performance can be maintained on the enlarged photoanode (25 cm2), demonstrating the advantage of MOD method in scalable preparation. Our work provides new insight and highlights the glorious future of MOD method for the design of scale-up efficient BiVO4 photoanode.  相似文献

ZnTe nanorods with controllable aspect ratios were synthesized using polytellurides a tellurium precursor. The use of polytellurides which allow nucleation and growth at relatively low temperature is the key to formation of wurtzite phase and controlled anisotropic growth along c-axis. The aspect ratio of the resulting ZnTe nanorods was controlled by tuning the temperature that in turn controls the kinetics of the nanocrystal growth. A diameter dependent quantum confinement effect in ZnTe nanorods was observed by UV-vis absorption spectroscopy. Transient absorption measurements show ultrafast charge injection dynamics from ZnTe nanorods, suggesting their strong potential for applications in photocatalysis.  相似文献
