Silica bonded S-sulfonic acid (SBSSA) was prepared by the reaction of 3-mercaptopropylsilica (MPS) and chlorosulfonic acid in chloroform. Silica-bonded S-sulfonic acid, as a reusable solid acid catalyst, was used for the condensation reactions of indole with carbonyl compounds at ambient temperature. Tetra-(indolyl)methanes were also obtained by the condensation reaction of indole with dialdehyde compounds. Silica bonded S-sulfonic acid was recovered and reused.

In this work, an electrochemical DNA biosensor, based on a dual signal amplified strategy by employing a polyaniline film and gold nanoparticles as a sensor platform and enzyme‐linked as a label, for sensitive detection is presented. Firstly, polyaniline film and gold nanoparticles were progressively grown on graphite screen‐printed electrode surface via electropolymerization and electrochemical deposition, respectively. The sensor was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), cyclic voltammetry and impedance measurements. The polyaniline‐gold nanocomposite modified electrodes were firstly modified with a mixed monolayer of a 17‐mer thiol‐tethered DNA probe and a spacer thiol, 6‐mercapto‐1‐hexanol (MCH). An enzyme‐amplified detection scheme, based on the coupling of a streptavidin‐alkaline phosphatase conjugate and biotinylated target sequences was then applied. The enzyme catalyzed the hydrolysis of the electroinactive α‐naphthyl phosphate to α‐naphthol; this product is electroactive and has been detected by means of differential pulse voltammetry. In this way, the sensor coupled the unique electrical properties of polyaniline and gold nanoparticles (high surface area, fast heterogeneous electron transfer, chemical stability, and ease of miniaturisation) and enzymatic amplification. A linear response was obtained over a concentration range (0.2–10 nM). A detection limit of 0.1 nM was achieved.  相似文献

Fe(NO3)3·9H2O is used as an efficient and effective catalyst for the one‐pot three‐component synthesis of highly functionalized piperidines from aromatic aldehydes, anilines and b–ketoesters in ethanol at ambient temperature. This procedure includes some important aspects like the easy work‐up, no need to column chromatography, simple and readily available precursors, and good to high yields.  相似文献

An efficient approach for the preparation of functionalized 2‐aryl‐2,5‐dihydro‐5‐oxo‐4‐[2‐(phenylmethylidene)hydrazino]‐1H‐pyrroles is described. The four‐component reaction between aldehydes, NH2NH2?H2O, dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylates, and 1‐aryl‐N,N′‐bis(arylmethylidene)methanediamines proceeds in EtOH under reflux in good‐to‐excellent yields (Scheme 1). The structures of 4 were corroborated spectroscopically (IR, 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR, and EI‐MS, and, in the case of 4f , by X‐ray crystallography). A plausible mechanism for this type of reaction is proposed (Scheme 2).  相似文献

An efficient and straightforward procedure has been developed for the synthesis of highly substituted mono- and bis-N-aryl-3-aminodihydropyrrol-2-one-4-carboxylates via a one-pot, four-component domino reaction of amines, dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylates and formaldehyde in the presence of InCl3 (20 mol%) in MeOH at ambient temperature. The salient advantages of this method are mild reaction conditions, environmentally benign, high to excellent yields, shorter reaction times, easy operation and no column chromatographic separation.  相似文献
