The size and morphology of asphaltene aggregates, precipitated from live oil by pressure depletion at the reservoir temperature was studied using scanning electron microscopy and atomic force microscopy. The experimental studies showed that the mean size of aggregates increased when pressure decreased. The results indicate that the morphology of aggregates was changed from amorphous spherical and elliptical shapes to irregular. A bimodal distribution function was able to describe the size distribution in pressure range of 500 to 3500 psi. At higher pressure, the unimodel was able to represent the size distribution. The results showed reduction in live oil stability and asphaltene aggregation with pressure drop. 相似文献

In the first, Cadmium selenide Nanoparticle loaded on activated carbon (CdSe-NP-AC) has been synthesized and characterized by different techniques including XRD and SEM. Then, this new adsorbent successfully has been applied for the removal of muroxide (MO) from aqueous solution in batch studies, while the effect of various experimental parameters like initial pH (pH(0)), contact time, amount of (CdSe-NP-AC) and initial MO concentration (C(0)) on its removal percentage was examined by one at a time optimization method. It was found following optimization of variable, the adsorption of MO onto (CdSe-NP-AC) followed pseudo-second-order kinetics and show Tempkin and Langmuir models for interpretation of experimental data. It was observed that by increasing the temperature the removal percentage was improved and the positive change in entropy (ΔS°) and heat of adsorption (ΔH°) show the endothermic nature of process, while the high negative value in Gibbs free energy change (ΔG°) indicates the feasible nature of adsorption process. 相似文献

A novel series of β-lactams bearing an anthraquinone moiety have been synthesized from imines derived from anthraquinone-2-carbaldehyde and ketenes by a [2+2] cycloaddition reaction. The cycloadducts were fully characterized and evaluated for their antimalarial activities against Plasmodium falciparum K14 resistant strain and showed moderate to excellent EC50 values varying from 9 to 50 μM. 相似文献

The oxidation of indigo carmine by potassium hexacyanoferrate(III) is catalyzed by trace of silver nanoparticle (AgNP). The reaction is followed UV‐Vis absorption spectrophotometrically by measuring the change in the absorption spectra (λmax 612 nm). The catalytic oxidation reaction is used for the quantification of indigo carmine. The calibration graph was linear in the concentration range 50 nM—1.8 μM of indigo carmine. The variables affecting the method have been optimized. The method is applied to the determination of indigo carmine in groundwater samples with the satisfactory results. 相似文献

In this paper, we describe a facile method for preparation of ZnSe quantum dots (QDs) using an inexpensive and biocompatible source of acetyl cysteine in aqueous media. The structural properties of the ZnSe QDs have been characterized using XRD, FT-IR, and TEM techniques. The optical properties of the as-prepared QDs were found to be size-dependent, due to the strong confinement regime at relatively low refluxing time. Effect of solution pH and refluxing temperature on absorption and emission characteristics of the ZnSe QDs was studied. The empirical effective mass approximation also reveals that, both solution pH and refluxing temperature parameters would effect on ZnSe QDs growth, and increase their size. However, the influence of the solution pH was found to be more prominent. Water-solubility, high emission intensity and sub-10 nm nanocrystals size are the most essential features that suggest our synthesized aqueous-based ZnSe QDs (with a very cost-effective and biocompatible capping agent) can be utilized for biological intentions. 相似文献

Supported Na2WO4/ZSM5 as catalyst was used for deep oxidative desulfurization (ODS) of mixed thiophenic compounds model oil and natural gas condensate under mild conditions by using hydrogen peroxide as oxidant. A one factor at a time optimization strategy was applied for optimizing the parameters such as temperature, loading of catalysts, reaction time, type of extractant and oxidant to S‐compounds molar ratio. The corresponding products can be easily removed from the model by using MeCN as best extractant. Results showed highly catalytic activity of Na2WO4/ZSM5 for the oxidative removal of dibenzothiophene and mixed thiophenic model oil under atmospheric pressure at 75 °C in a biphasic system. By applying the ODS to mixed model/MeCN and gas condensate/MeCN, the conversion reached to 94 and 81 %, respectively, using 40 % loading Na2WO4/ZSM5 as catalysis under the optimal conditions. To investigate the oxidation and adsorption effects of gas condensate composition on ODS, effects of cyclohexene, 1,7‐octadiene, and o‐xylene were studied with different concentrations. 相似文献
