Summary.  A novel method for the synthesis of a new series of 5-substituted 1,3-dimethyl pyrazolo[4,3-e][1,2,4]triazines is described. The new synthetic strategy is based on the classical Bischler 1,2,4-benzotriazine synthesis. This approach involves the preparation of 5-hydrazinopyrazole from 5-chloro-1,3-dimethyl-4-nitropyrazole followed by acylation and nitro group reduction to form the corresponding 4-amino-3-(acylhydrazino)pyrazoles. Intramolecular oxidative cyclization of the latter derivatives, using polyphosphoric acid, produced the respective target pyrazolotriazines.  相似文献

We present the results of three-dimensional simulations of quasar polarizations in the presence of pseudoscalar?Cphoton mixing in the intergalactic medium. The intergalactic magnetic field is assumed to be uncorrelated in wave vector space but correlated in real space. Such a field may be obtained if its origin is primordial. Furthermore we assume that the quasars, located at cosmological distances, have negligible initial polarization. In the presence of pseudoscalar?Cphoton mixing we show, through a direct comparison with observations, that this may explain the observed large scale alignments in quasar polarizations within the framework of big bang cosmology. We find that the simulation results give a reasonably good fit to the observed data.  相似文献

The reaction of [SnMe2Cl2] with the bidentate ligand 4,7‐phenanthroline (4,7‐phen) resulted in the formation of [SnMe2Cl2 (4,7‐phen)]n ( 1a ) which is probably a polymeric chain in solution. On the other hand, the reaction of [SnEt2Cl2] with 4,7‐phen afforded the complex [Sn2Et4Cl41‐N‐4,7‐phen)2(μ‐κ2‐N,N‐4,7‐phen)] ( 1b ) which dissociates in dimethylsulfoxide solution. The reaction of [SnR2Cl2] (R = Me, Et) with 2,2′‐biquinoline (biq) yielded the complexes [SnMe2Cl22‐N,N‐biq)] ( 2a ) and [SnEt2Cl21‐N‐biq)2] ( 2b ) in the solid state. Moreover, the reaction of [SnR2Cl2] (R = Me, Et) with the tridentate ligand 4′‐(2‐furyl)‐2,2′:6′,2″‐terpyridine (ftpy) resulted in the formation of ionic penta‐ and hexa‐coordinated tin complexes [SnMe2Cl (ftpy)][SnMe2Cl3] ( 3a ) and [SnEt2Cl (ftpy)]Cl ( 3b ). The reaction of [SnMe2 (NCS)2] with ftpy afforded the hepta‐coordinated complex [SnMe2 (NCS)2(ftpy)] ( 4a ). The products were fully characterized using elemental analysis, and infrared, UV–visible, multinuclear (1H, 13C, 119Sn) NMR, DEPT‐135°, HH‐COSY and HSQC NMR spectroscopies. The crystal structure of complex 3a reveals that it contains the simultaneous presence of penta‐ and hexa‐coordinated tin (IV) atoms. Notably, the crystal structure of complex 4a shows that tin (IV) is hepta‐coordinated in a pentagonal bipyramidal geometry SnC2N5 by three nitrogen atoms of ftpy, two nitrogen atoms of NCS? and two Me groups with trans‐[SnMe2] configuration. These data indicate the influence of halide or pseudo‐halide group on the coordination number and geometry of tin. Hirshfeld surface analysis and two‐dimensional fingerprint plots were calculated for 3a and 4a which show the π–π interaction between molecules in the solid is relatively weak.  相似文献

The platinum(II) complex [PtMe2(bpy)] (bpy = 2,2′-bipyridine) reacted with a large excess of dihaloalkanes X(CH2)nX (n = 1, X = Cl; n = 4, X = Br) to form the platinum(IV) complexes [PtMe2X{(CH2)nX}(bpy)] (n = 1, X = Cl, 1a; n = 4, X = Br, 1b). The reaction of complexes 1a and 1b with SnBr2 resulted in insertion of SnBr2 into Pt–X (X = Cl, Br) bond to afford the trihalostannyl complexes [PtMe2(SnBr2X){(CH2)nX}(bpy)] (n = 1, X = Cl, 2a; n = 4, X = Br, 2b). The synthesis of such trihalostannylplatinum(IV) complexes is reported for the first time. The complex 2a was decomposed in CH2Cl2 solution and single crystals of [PtBr2(bpy)] (3a) were obtained. The X-ray structure determination of 3a revealed a new polymorphic form of [PtBr2(bpy)]. The molecules undergo a remarkable stacking along the b-axis to form a zigzag Pt?Pt?Pt chain containing both short (3.799 Å) and long (5.175 Å) Pt?Pt separations through the crystal. The crystal structure is compared to that of the yellow modification of [PtBr2(bpy)].  相似文献

A combination of negative refraction and diffraction compensation in a superprism-based photonic crystal structure is used to demonstrate a compact on-chip photonic crystal spectrometer. This structure provides strong dispersion and signal isolation, which are essential for forming an efficient and compact spectrometer. Performance of these spectrometers as spectral pattern detectors is discussed. The experimental results show that a PC structure with 80 μm × 220 μm dimension can locate a single spectral feature with better than 10 pm accuracy over a bandwidth of 50 nm around 1550 nm center wavelength at an output signal-to-noise ratio of 13 dB.  相似文献

A new series of amphiphilic β-cyclodextrins were designed and synthesized by grafting peptide chains on to all primary hydroxyl groups via ester bond formation. The desired amphiphilic structures have been produced from ester connection between the C-6 of β-cyclodextrin and the carboxyl group of N-acetylated resides: H2N-Leu-COOH, H2N-Leu-Gly-COOH, H2N-Leu-Gly-Leu-COOH, and H2N-Leu-Gly-Leu-Gly-COOH (3a-d). The synthetic pathway involves selective bromination of all primary hydroxyls of β-cyclodextrins and then substitution with the carboxylate moiety of the mentioned N-acetyl residues in the presence of DBU (1,8-diazabicyclo[5,4,0]undec-7-ene). The ability of the synthetic compounds for extraction and phase transfer of glucosamine, as a hydrophilic organic compound, was then studied. The results showed a considerable ability of these amphiphilic compounds for extraction and a selective tendency of 3c for phase transfer of glucosamine.  相似文献

The electrochemical behavior of tryptophan was studied at the carbon ionic liquid electrode (CILE) modified with gold nanoparticle (GNP). This electrode has a stable and excellent response toward tryptophan. Under optimum experimental conditions, the calibration curve was linear in the tryptophan concentration range of 5 to 900 µM with an excellent correlation coefficient (0.995). The experimental limit of detection was 4 µM. Contrary to many other electrodes, the oxidation of tryptophan on GNP/CILE does not result in electrode fouling. GNP/CILE has been effectively applied to the determination of tryptophan in composite amino acid injection.  相似文献

This research aims to develop a time‐dependent pseudospectral‐finite difference scheme for solving a 3D dual‐phase‐lagging heat transport equation in a submicroscale thin film. The scheme uses periodic pseudospectral discretization in space and a fully second‐order finite difference discretization in time. The three consecutive time steps model is then solved explicitly, by using a preconditioned conjugate gradient method. The scheme is illustrated by an example which is used to investigate the heat transfer in a gold submicroscale thin film.
