The new compound trifluoroacetylsulfenyl trifluoroacetate, CF(3)C(O)SOC(O)CF(3), which possesses two identical carbonyl substituents attached to the S-O bond, has been synthesized. The IR and UV spectra of the gas phase as well as the (13)C NMR spectrum of the solution in CDCl(3) were recorded and assigned. Quantum chemical calculations were performed with the ab initio methods HF and MP2 and the density functional approach B3LYP. The 6-31G basis set was chosen in all calculations. The molecule possesses a skew structure, and according to all computational methods, the syn-syn structure (C=O bonds of both C(O)CF(3) groups synperiplanar to S-O bond) represents the most stable conformer. In agreement with the quantum chemical calculations, the presence of small amounts (< or =5%) of a second conformer (anti-syn) cannot be excluded on the basis of the IR spectrum. The calculated values for the torsional angle around the S-O bond (delta(C-S-O-C)) of the syn-syn form are smaller than 80 degrees (72-78 degrees). Comparison with theoretical results for the corresponding disulfide CF(3)C(O)SSC(O)CF(3) and peroxide CF(3)C(O)OOC(O)CF(3) indicates that the structural properties of sulfenyl compounds are more similar to those of disulfides than to those of peroxides.  相似文献

Pristine and WO3 decorated TiO2 nanorods (NRs) were synthesised to investigate n-n-type heterojunction gas sensing properties. TiO2 NRs were fabricated via hydrothermal method on fluorine-doped tin oxide coated glass (FTO) substrates. Then, tungsten was sputtered on the TiO2 NRs and thermally oxidised to obtain WO3 nanoparticles. The heterostructure was characterised by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and energy-dispersive X-ray (EDX) spectroscopy. Fabricated sensor devices were exposed to VOCs such as toluene, xylene, acetone and ethanol, and humidity at different operation temperatures. Experimental results demonstrated that the heterostructure has better sensor response toward ethanol at 200 °C. Enhanced sensing properties are attributed to the heterojunction formation by decorating TiO2 NRs with WO3.  相似文献

In this study, methanol extracts (MEs) and essential oil (EO) of Angelica purpurascens (Avé-Lall.) Gill obtained from different parts (root, stem, leaf, and seed) were evaluated in terms of antioxidant activity, total phenolics, compositions of phenolic compound, and essential oil with the methods of 2,2-azino-bis(3ethylbenzo-thiazoline-6-sulfonic acid (ABTS•+), 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazil (DPPH•) radical scavenging activities, and ferric reducing/antioxidant power (FRAP), the Folin–Ciocalteu, liquid chromatography−tandem mass spectrometry (LC−MS/MS), and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC−MS), respectively. The root extract of A. purpurascens exhibited the highest ABTS•+, DPPH•, and FRAP activities (IC50: 0.05 ± 0.0001 mg/mL, IC50: 0.06 ± 0.002 mg/mL, 821.04 ± 15.96 µM TEAC (Trolox equivalent antioxidant capacity), respectively). Moreover, EO of A. purpurascens root displayed DPPH• scavenging activity (IC50: 2.95 ± 0.084 mg/mL). The root extract had the highest total phenolic content (438.75 ± 16.39 GAE (gallic acid equivalent), µg/mL)). Twenty compounds were identified by LC−MS/MS. The most abundant phenolics were ferulic acid (244.39 ± 15.64 μg/g extract), benzoic acid (138.18 ± 8.84 μg/g extract), oleuropein (78.04 ± 4.99 μg/g extract), and rutin (31.21 ± 2.00 μg/g extract) in seed, stem, root, and leaf extracts, respectively. According to the GC−MS analysis, the major components were determined as α-bisabolol (22.93%), cubebol (14.39%), α-pinene (11.63%), and α-limonene (9.41%) among 29 compounds. Consequently, the MEs and EO of A. purpurascens can be used as a natural antioxidant source.  相似文献

Chlorodifluoroacetyl azide, ClF(2)CC(O)N(3), was prepared and characterized by IR (gas, Ar matrix), Raman (liquid), UV-vis (gas), and (19)F, (13)C NMR spectroscopy. The vibrational spectra were analyzed in terms of a single conformer, gauche-syn, where the Cl-C and the N(α)═N(β) bonds are gauche and syn to the C═O bond, respectively. The photo and thermal decomposition reactions of the azide were studied with the aid of matrix isolation. In both cases, a new isocyanate species ClF(2)CNCO was produced and characterized by matrix IR spectroscopy. The conformational properties and the Curtius rearrangement pathways of this new carbonyl azide were theoretically explored, which suggest the preference of a concerted over stepwise decomposition for the global minimum gauche-syn conformer.  相似文献

The (Z)-4,4,4-trifluoro-3-(2-hydroxyethylamino)-1-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-2-buten-1-one (C(12)H(12)F(3)NO(3)) compound was thoroughly studied by IR, Raman, UV-visible, and (13)C and (19)F NMR spectroscopies. The solid-state molecular structure was determined by X-ray diffraction methods. It crystallizes in the P2(1)/c space group with a = 12.1420(4) ?, b = 7.8210(3) ?, c = 13.8970(5) ?, β = 116.162(2)°, and Z = 4 molecules per unit cell. The molecule shows a nearly planar molecular skeleton, favored by intramolecular OH···O and NH···O bonds, which are arranged in the lattice as an OH···O bonded polymer coiled around crystallographic 2-fold screw-axes. The three postulated tautomers were evaluated using quantum chemical calculations. The lowest energy tautomer (I) calculated with density functional theory methods agrees with the observed crystal structure. The structural and conformational properties are discussed considering the effect of the intra- and intermolecular hydrogen bond interactions.  相似文献

Trichloromethanesulfenyl acetate, CCl 3SOC(O)CH 3, belongs to the family of sulfenic esters. This molecule has been characterized by vibrational spectroscopy. The conformational and geometrical properties of this species have been determined by IR and Raman spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, and quantum chemical calculations. Geometry optimizations of the most stable forms were performed with ab initio (HF, MP2) and density functional theory (B3LYP) methods. According to our data, this compound results in a gauche-syn conformer with C 1 symmetry (gauche orientation around the S-O bond and syn orientation of the CO double bond with respect to the S-O single bond) for the most stable geometry, and trans-syn conformer with C s symmetry (trans orientation around the S-O bond and syn orientation of the CO double bond with respect to the S-O single bond) for the second stable conformer (1.1 and 0.53 kcal/mol higher in energy than the most stable C 1 form according to the matrix FTIR spectroscopy and MP2/6-31G* level of the theory, respectively). The crystalline solid (monoclinic, P2 1/ n, a = 8.0152(17) A, b = 5.7922(13) A, c = 17.429(4) A, alpha = gamma = 90 degrees , beta = 100.341(3) degrees ) consists exclusively of the main form. The geometrical parameters (X-ray diffraction) are d C-Cl = 1.767(19) A, d C-S = 1.797(2) A, d S-O = 1.663(14) A, d CO = 1.189(2) A, d O-C = 1.389(3) A, d C-C = 1.483(3) A, angles Cl-C-Cl = 110.3(11) degrees , Cl-C-S = 111.8(12) degrees , C-S-O = 97.4(8) degrees , S-O-C = 116.7(11) degrees , O-CO = 122.8(19) degrees , OC-C = 127.1(2) degrees , and the main torsion angles are delta(CSOC) = 105.9(15) degrees and delta(SOC(O)) = 7.6(3) degrees . The geometrical data calculated with B3LYP/6-31G++(3df,3pd), B3LYP/6-311G++(3df,3pd), B3LYP/aug-cc-pVTZ, and MP2/6-31G* are in good agreement with diffraction data.  相似文献

Trichloromethyl trifluoromethanesulphonate, CF3SO2OCCl3, was prepared by quantitative reaction between Ag(CF3SO2O) and BrCCl3. The conformational and structural properties of the gaseous molecule were studied by vibrational spectroscopy (IR (gas, liquid), Raman (liquid) and quantum chemical calculations (DFT and ab initio methods)).Theoretical and experimental vibrational results evidenced the presence of a single conformer with C1 symmetry. This result is in agreement with the adopted geometry of covalent sulphonates. The conformational preference was studied using the total energy scheme and natural bond orbital partition scheme. Additionally, the total potential-energy has been deconvoluted using six fold decomposition in terms of a Fourier-type expansion.  相似文献

The conformational and tautomeric compositions of malonamide, NH2-C(O)-CH2-C(O)-NH2 were determined by vibrational spectroscopy and theoretical calculations (HF/6-31G*, B3PW91/6-31G*). Solid state Fourier transform infrared and Raman spectra were analysed. They reveal the existence of a diketo tautomer. Theoretical calculations predict a diketo structure belonging to the C1 symmetry group. No enol form is present in the molecule in the solid. 13C-NMR studies show only signals of a diketo tautomer.  相似文献
