Stimuli-sensitive porous hydrogels prepared with an emulsion templating method developed by the authors are potentially applicable in the medical and pharmaceutical fields; thermosensitive N-isopropylacrylamide (NIPA) hydrogels having randomly distributed sphere-like cavities have been prepared by the polymerization in an aqueous phase in an oil-in-water (O/W) emulsion, followed by the washing of oil (oleyl alcohol) microdroplets. The surfactant plays a dominant role in the preparation of porous hydrogels and the pore size. This study concerns with the surfactant effects on the stability of pre-gel O/W emulsions. The porous NIPA hydrogels were successfully prepared using the surfactants forming the stable emulsion and their internal structures and swelling properties were characterized. The O/W emulsions and the porous hydrogels prepared using various amounts of oil and surfactant were characterized. The information obtained serves for preparation of porous hydrogels having suitable porous structure for their applications.  相似文献

Miniaturized sample preparation technique for complex sample matrices has been developed with a polymer-coated fibrous extraction medium. Several hundreds of fine fibrous materials were packed longitudinally into a fused-silica capillary followed by a polymeric coating on it to prepare the extraction capillary. The extraction capillary was installed in a liquid chromatograph as a sample loop of the injection valve. The on-line coupled sample preparation/separation system demonstrated a good validity for the analysis of phthalates in real river and wastewater samples. The lowest limits of quantification for several phthalates were less than 1 ng/ml. The effect of polymeric coating to the filaments on the extraction power was also investigated.  相似文献

Exchange-coupled fct-FePd/alpha-Fe nanocomposite magnets were fabricated by converting anisotropically phase-segregated Pd/gamma-Fe2O3 nanoparticles via the interfacial atom diffusion. The magnetically hard fct-FePd phases formed by the interdiffusion between alpha-Fe and fcc-Pd phases nearly preserve their sizes at the nanometer scale because they are surrounded by the alpha-Fe matrix. The VSM measurements reveal that the exchange coupling between the soft and hard phases has been realized.  相似文献

A series of cyclohumulanoids, i.e., tricocerapicanols A–C (1a–1c), tricoprotoilludenes A (2a) and B (3), tricosterpurol (4), and tricoilludins A–C (5–7) were isolated along with known violascensol (2b) and omphadiol (8) from the culture broth of Daedaleopsis tricolor, an inedible but not toxic mushroom. The structures were fully elucidated on the basis of NMR spectroscopic analysis, and the suggested relative structures were confirmed via density functional theory (DFT)-based chemical shift calculations involving a DP4 probability analysis. In the present study, the 1H chemical shifts were more informative than the 13C chemical shifts to distinguish the diastereomers at C-11. The absolute configurations of 1–5 were determined by comparing the experimental and calculated electronic circular dichroism (ECD) spectra. For 6 and 7, the same chirality was assigned according to their biosynthetic similarities with the other compounds. The successful assignment of some Cotton effects was achieved by utilizing DFT calculations using simple model compounds. The plausible biosynthesis of 1–7 was also discussed on the basis of the structural commonality and general cyclohumulanoid biosynthesis. Compounds 2a and 5 were found to simultaneously induce hyphal swelling and branching at 5.0 μg/mL against a test fungus Cochliobolus miyabeanus.  相似文献

We report pulsed homodyne detection of squeezed pulses at a repetition rate of 76 MHz. Measurement of individual pulses, which were interrogated by the correlation coefficient between adjacent pulses, was realized. A homodyne detector was constructed using a low-noise, high-speed operational amplifier; it had a usable bandwidth of 250 MHz. We observed 2.3 dB of squeezing in both the time and frequency domains.  相似文献
